Grasping the penis and causing semen to be released is the moment of burning passion in sexual intercourse, the third is the special joy. Then, the moment of Oddiyana is when the semen is transferred, at the end of the body, speech, and mind semen, when the fourth semen appears, the coemergent joy arises. Thus, the five parts of the first day, etc., are the nature of space, wind, fire, water, and earth, named joy, goodness, victory, emptiness, and perfection, A A I Ri U Li Ka (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), A E Air O Ala Tsa (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), Ha Ya Ra Va La Ta (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) these vowels' dharma-holders, thus the fifth is the complete joy. The tenth is the supreme joy complete. The fifteenth is the special joy complete. Coemergent joy refers to the sixteenth part, which is all realms gathered, assembled, collected, and filled. Thus, attachment to bodhicitta is the white side, detachment is the black side. Similarly, in the "Namasangiti," the Bhagavan said: Detachment first, attachment is great, various colors burning light, the place of vajra complete enlightenment, holding the dharma spoken by the Buddha, and similarly: Possessing all aspects, without aspects, sixteen half-halves holding bindu, without parts, surpassing parts, holding the peak of the fourth dhyana. This is the Bhagavan's definitive understanding. Thus, in terms of ultimate meaning, the fifth chapter will extensively explain the wisdom of Mahamudra, therefore it is not extensively elaborated here. Now, the four unions of the sixteen joys spoken of by "desire" etc., here, with the distinction of waking, dreaming, deep sleep, and the fourth of all sentient beings, are the union of body, speech, mind, and wisdom, these are also divided into sixteen by the distinctions of joy etc. Among them, desire refers to the joy of the body. Joy refers to the joy of speech. Trembling refers to the joy of mind. The name "immutable" refers to the joy of wisdom. Thus, these four are one union of joy. Similarly, being full refers to the supreme joy of the body. Here, placing the three, supreme joy etc., at the end and the beginning, speech and mind and wisdom vajra.

are those due to the power of combination. Therefore, "supreme joy" refers to the supreme joy of speech. "Birth" refers to the supreme joy of mind. "Ability" refers to the supreme joy of wisdom, which is the second union. "Burning" refers to the special joy of body. "Special joy" refers to the special joy of speech. "Sleep" refers to the special joy of mind. "Bindu" refers to the special joy of wisdom, which is the third union. Similarly, "Oḍḍa" refers to the coemergent joy of body. "Coemergent joy" refers to the coemergent joy of speech. "Sleep" refers to the coemergent joy of mind. "Nāda" refers to the coemergent joy of wisdom. Similarly, with the distinction of Nirmāṇakāya, Sambhogakāya, Dharmakāya, and Svābhāvikakāya, there are four bodies, similarly four speeches, four minds, and four wisdoms. Similarly, the distinctions of the sixteen joys will be explained later and should be extensively discussed. The end of the sixteen is coemergent, this is certain. Now, starting with "of the mind" etc., the purity of action mudrā that is spoken of, here in all the tantras, the mudrās such as mother etc. are commonly taught, in order to make the yogis subsequently develop attachment. That is to say, this is for those who have stabilized bodhicitta, and not for others. For others, women with worldly names will become mothers etc. due to the distinction of stages. Here, when a yogi thinks of a woman, then through the thought of the mind, she will become a mother. Through touch, she is a sister. Through the entry of the vajra, she becomes a daughter. Through action and great joy, she becomes a sister's daughter. If the bindu falls, she becomes a wife. Abiding in another lineage, becoming a Caṇḍālī yoginī, is from the decline of desire, that is, from non-desire. These are the six yoga mudrās, which are the earth etc. of the yogis. Here, first the earth element shakes. Similarly, the elements of water, fire, wind, and space shake, and those that shake drip.
