གསུངས་པའི་རིམ་པས་ཨ་ཨི་རྀ་ཨུ་ལྀ། ཨ་ཨེ་ཨར་ ཨོ་ཨལ། ཧ་ཡར་ཝ་ལ་ཞེས་པ་ཨ་ཡིག་ལ་སོགས་པ་ནས་ལ་ཡིག་གི་མཐར་ཐུག་པར་དབྱངས་བཅྭ་ལྔ་པོ་རྣམས་མཐེ་ཆུང་གི་རྩ་བའི་ཚིགས་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལག་པ་གཡོན་པའི་སོར་མོའི་ཚིགས་ཀྱི་མཚམས་རྣམས་ལ་དགོད་པར་བྱའོ། །ལག་པ་གཡས་པའི་མཐེ་བོ་རྒན་པོའི་རྩེ་མོའི་ཚིགས་ནས་བརྩམས་ཏེ་མཐེ་ཆུང་གི་རྩ་བའི་ཚིགས་གསུམ་པའི་བར་དུ་ལཱ་ཝཱ་རཱ་ཡཱ་ཧཱ། ཨཱ་ལ་ཨཽ་ཨཱ། ལཱྀ་ཨཱུ་རཱྀ་ཨཱྀ་ཨཱ་ཞེས་པ་ལཱ་ཡིག་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་རིམ་པས་དགོད་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་ལག་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་སྦྱར་བའི་ཟླ་བ་དང་ཉི་མ་དག་གི་དབུས་སུ་ཧཱུཾ་ཡིག་ཁ་དོག་མཐོན་མཐིང་བསྒོམས་ཏེ། དེ་ནས་ཟླ་བ་དང་ཉི་མ་དང་སྒྲ་གཅན་གྱི་ས་བོན་དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་འཆད་པར་འགྱུར་པ་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྩེ་ལྔ་པའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བཅིང་བར་བྱ་སྟེ་དེས་གཙུག་ཏོར་ནས་བརྩམས་ནས་རྐང་པའི་མཐའ་དང་སོར་མོའི་སེན་མོའི་མཐར་ཐུག་པར་བདག་ཉིད་ལ་ཡང་དག་པར་རེག་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་སྔགས་འདི་བརྗོད་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧུཾ་ཧོཿ་ཧོཾ་ཀྵཿཀཱ་ཡ་བཱ་ག་ཙིཏ་ཛྙཱ་ནཱ་དྷི་བ་ཏེ་བཛྲ་ཀཱ་ཡ་མ་མ་ཀཱ་ཡ་བཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་ཛྱཱ་ནཱ་བཛྲ་བཛྲ་ཀཱ་ཡ་སྭཱ་བྷཱ་བཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། དེ་ནས་ང་རྒྱལ་ནི་ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐའ་ག་ཏ་བཛྲ་ཀ་ཡ་སྭཱ་བྷཱ་བ་ཨཱ་ཏྨ་ཀོ་ཧཾ་ཞེས་པ་སྟེ་སྐུ་དང་གསུངས་དང་ཐུགས་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྣམ་པར་དག་པའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་རིགས་དྲུག་དགོད་པར་བྱས་ནས་ཕྱི་ནས་ཡན་ལག་དྲུག་དགོད་པར་བྱ་སྟེ་ལག་པ་གཉིས་ཁ་སྦྱར་བ་བྱས་ནས་མཐེ་བོ་ཟུང་གིས་སྙིང་གར་ཨོཾ་ཧྲླྀཾ་གྲི་ད་ཡཱ་ཡ་ན་མཿམྒོ་བོར་ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱུཾ་སི་ར་ས་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། གཙུག་ཏོར་ལ་ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱྀཾ་ཤི་ཁཱ་ཡཻ་པཽ་ཥ་ཊ། ཡན་ལག་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཾ་ཀ་བ་ཙཱ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ་ལག་པ་གཉི་གས་ཡན་ལག་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་རེག་པར་བྱའོ། །ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱཾ་ནེ་ཏྲཱ་ཡ་ཝ་ཥ་ཊ་མིག་ལའོ། །ཨཽཾ་ཧྲཱཿཨ་སྟྲ་ཡ་ཕཊ་དགེ་བ་ལ་གཡོན་པ་དང་མི་དགེ་བ་ལ་གཡས་པའི་མཛུབ་མོ་དང་མཐེ་བོའི་སེ་གོལ་གྱིས་ཕྱོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་མཚོན་ཆ་དགོད་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཧྲྀ་ད་ཡ་སི་རཿཤི་ཁཱ་ཀ་བ་ཙ་ནེ་ཏྲ་ཨ་སྟྲ་བཛྲ་ཥ་ཌམ་ག་སྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཨཱ་ཏྨ་ཀོ་ཧཾ་ཞེས་པ་སྟེ་ཡན་ལག་དྲུག་དགོད་པའི་ཆོ་གའོ། །སལ་སོགས་པ་ཡན་ལག་དྲུག་ནི་དགོངས་པའི་སྐད་ཀྱིས་ཚུལ་གཞན་ཡང་སྟེ་སྙིང་ག་ནི་ལྟེ་བའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་སྙིང་ག་དང་མགྲིན་པ་དང་དཔྲལ་བ་དང་གཙུག་ཏོར་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྟེ་མགོ་ པོ་ལ་སོགས་པས་གཟུང་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་སྔགས་འདིས་སྔར་བརྗོད་པའི་བསྲུང་བའི་འཁོར་ལོ

Ha, Ya, Va, La, from the letter A and so on to the end of the letter La, these fifteen vowels should be placed on the joints of the little finger root, etc., on the joints of the left hand fingers. Starting from the tip joint of the right hand thumb, up to the third joint of the little finger root, La, Va, Ra, Ya, Ha, A, La, Au, A, Ḷ, U, Ṛ, Ī, A, these letters beginning with La, etc., should be placed in the order of La, etc. Then, with the hands properly joined, meditate on the dark blue Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉字字面意思：吽) syllable in the middle of the moon and sun. Then, using the seed syllables of the moon, sun, and Rāhu, explain, bind the five-pointed vajra mudrā, and with it, starting from the crown of the head, all the way to the end of the feet and the tips of the fingernails, thoroughly touch oneself. Then recite this mantra: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hoḥ Hōṃ Ṣaḥ Kāya Vāga Citta Jñānādhi Pate Vajra Kāya Mama Kāya Vāka Citta Jyāna Vajra Vajra Kāya Svābhāvaṃ Kuru Kuru Svāhā. Then the pride is: Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Vajra Kāya Svābhāva Ātma Ko Haṃ, which is the complete purification of body, speech, mind, and wisdom. Having thus placed the six families, then place the six limbs from the outside, joining the two hands together, and with the two thumbs at the heart, Oṃ Hrīṃ Hṛdayāya Namaḥ, at the head, Oṃ Hrūṃ Sirase Svāhā. At the crown of the head, Oṃ Hrīṃ Śikhāyai Pauṣaṭ. On all the limbs, Oṃ Hrīṃ Kavacāya Hūṃ, touch all the limbs with both hands. Oṃ Hrāṃ Netrāya Vaṣaṭ, on the eyes. Auṃ Hrāḥ Astraya Phaṭ, for virtue use the left hand, and for non-virtue use the right hand's index finger and thumb cymbals to place weapons in all directions. Then, Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Hṛdaya Siraḥ Śikhā Kavaca Netra Astra Vajra Ṣaḍamga Svabhāva Ātma Ko Haṃ, this is the ritual for placing the six limbs. The six limbs, such as Sa, etc., are in the language of intention, and there are other ways, the heart is the navel. Similarly, the heart, throat, forehead, and crown of the head, etc., should be grasped with the head, etc. Then, with this mantra, protect the previously mentioned protection wheel.
