Naga Patiṃka Rotu. Idaṃ Sthānoṃtya Katrābāhye Maṇḍalabhūmyaṃ Tiṣṭhatu Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ. Vajradhara Ājñāpayati Svāhā. Having thus given the torma, the lord of the place departs, and then burn the previously mentioned assembly of obstructing demons, and contemplate the protection wheel. Among them, first, from the complete transformation of the letter Yoṃ, the wind mandala arises, with the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) above and below, which is the union of vajras. Similarly, the nature of the letter Raṃ (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Raṃ) is the fire mandala, the nature of the letter Vaṃ (Tibetan: ཝཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vaṃ) is the water mandala, and the nature of the letter Loṃ (Tibetan: ལོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: लोँ, Sanskrit Romanization: loṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Loṃ) is the earth mandala. Then, the four mandalas are made into one, like the edge of the shadow at dawn, until the very end of the boundary. Then, again, one should contemplate a storied house two hundred yojanas high, at the edge of what is visible in the distance. Where the sky and earth meet, appearing as a circular mandala, from that very union of the four mandalas, there are the three realms. Then, for the purpose of protecting the country, one should contemplate five fences at the border of the country, with spears below and a sharp net of arrows above in all directions. In the center is the vajra ground, which should be contemplated until the very end of the country's border. Then, in the center of the storied house, one should contemplate a lotus or an eight-spoked wheel twelve yojanas in size. Its center or circumference, together with the seat, that is, together with the sun seat, is also four yojanas. Above that sun, one should contemplate the body of the wrathful Vajra Vega, with twenty-six hands and four faces, free from faults, which I myself will explain. Thus, in the center of the wheel, the lord of wrath, Vajra Vega, with the hands of more than twice the victors and the face of time, is certain, as it will be explained in the chapter on sadhana, and the mantra practitioner should contemplate it. Then, having contemplated that king of wrathful ones, possessing the certainty of the guru, that is, possessing the words of the Buddha, anyone who slightly desires accomplishment should practice, that is, for the purpose of protecting the place of the mandala and the disciples, one should generate the assembly of deities such as wrathful ones on the protection wheel. Here, samadhi is first oneself.

Meditate on Vajra Power. Then, in the heart, meditate on the nature of stacking Ha, Ya, Ra, Wa, La, etc., on the solar disc. Among them, the green color that arises from the letter Ha, possessing the hands, weapons, and face that are described, emerges from the left ear of the chief of faces, and in the stacking above, place the one with a crown, extending to the right, on the lunar disc or the solar disc. Here, the wrathful ones manifest in five forms due to the distinctions of the sun's feet. Here, according to the definition of "Ro, Da, and Rabbit," there are eleven solar feet. Among them, the rabbit represents Vajra Power. Da represents Yama Destroyer and the other four. Ro represents the crown and the other six. Therefore, due to the distinction between the sun's debt and wealth, everything abides in the sun, or similarly, due to the distinction between the moon's wealth and debt, everything abides in the moon. Similarly, due to the distinction of the body, in the directional places, abide in the moon, and in the non-directional places, abide in the sun. Similarly, due to the distinction of thought, in the non-directional places, abide in the moon, and in the directional places, abide in the sun. Similarly, in the west and south, abide on the seat of the sun, and in the north and east, abide on the seat of the moon, which is determined by the distinction of the sun's feet. Therefore, as the mantra practitioner wishes to manifest, it should be established according to the ritual of the wrathful ones, which is certain. Similarly, the Harmful Beautiful King, blue in color, arising from the long Hā (ཧཱ་,Devanagari: हा,IAST: hā,Literal meaning: Ha), emerges from the right ear and is placed on the sun on the Vajra ground. Similarly, the Obstacle Destroyer, black in color, arising from the letter I (ཡི་,Devanagari: इ,IAST: i,Literal meaning: I), emerges from the left nostril and is placed on the lunar disc or the sun on the eastern spoke. Similarly, the blue-black club arising from the letter Ī (ཡཱི་,Devanagari: ई,IAST: ī,Literal meaning: I), emerges from the right nostril and is placed on the sun or moon on the spoke of fire. Similarly, the Wisdom Destroyer, red in color, arising from the letter Ṛ (རྲྀ་,Devanagari: ऋ,IAST: ṛ,Literal meaning: Ri), emerges from the left eye and is placed on the seat of the moon or sun on the southern spoke. Similarly, the King of Desire, red in color, arising from the letter Ṝ (རྲཱྀ་,Devanagari: ॠ,IAST: ṝ,Literal meaning: Rri), emerges from the right eye and is placed on the seat of the sun or moon on the spoke of non-truth.
