འགྲུབ་མི་འགྱུར། །དེ་ལྟར་གསུངས་པའི་བསམ་གཏན་དང་བཅས་བཟླས་དང་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་ངེས་ལྡན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་སྔགས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་གནས་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱ། །འདིར་ལྷ་གང་དག་གི་དམ་ཚིག་གང་དང་གང་ཡིན་པའི་ལྷ་དེ་ནི་དམ་ཚིག་དང་བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་དང་ངེས་པ་དེས་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱ་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། རྣམ་པ་གཞན་དུ་ན་འགྲུབ་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བསྒྲུབ་བྱའི་མིང་གི་ཡི་གེ་གལ་ཏེ་སྒྲུབ་པ་པོའི་མིང་གེ་ཡི་གེ་དང་པོའི་དགྲར་གྱུར་ན་དེའི་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་པ་པོ་འཆི་བར་འགྱུར་ཞིང༌། ཅི་སྟེ་ཐ་མལ་པར་གྱུར་ན་དེའི་ཚེ་ཉོན་མོངས་པར་འགྱུར་ལ། ཅི་སྟེ་གྲོགས་པོར་གྱུར་ན་དེའི་ཚེ་ལྷ་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དབྱངས་དགྲ་ཡིས་འཆི་བ་སྟེ་གསལ་བྱེད་དགྲ་ཡིས་ན་བའོ། །གཞན་པ་རླུང་གི་ཡི་གེ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཆུའི་ཡི་གེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དགྲ་སྟེ་དབྱངས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དབྱངས་རྣམས་དང་གསལ་བྱེད་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གསལ་བྱེད་རྣམས་སོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ཆུའི་ཡི་གེ་རྣམས་མེའི་ཡི་གེ་རྣམས་ཀྱིའོ། །མེའི་ཡི་གེ་རྣམས་སའི་ཡི་གེ་རྣམས་ཀྱིའོ། །སའི་ཡི་གེ་རྣམས་རླུང་གི་ཡི་གེ་རྣམས་ཀྱིའོ། །ནམ་མཁའི་ཡི་གེ་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་གྲོགས་པོ་སྟེ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཡི་གེ་རྣམས་ནམ་མཁའི་གྲོགས་པོའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་སའི་གྲོགས་པོ་ཆུ་དང་མེའི་གྲོགས་པོ་རླུང་དང་རླུང་གི་མེ་དང་ཆུའི་ས་སྟེ། དེ་ལྟར་ན་གྲོགས་པོའི་སྡེ་ཚན་ནོ། །རླུང་གི་ཐ་མལ་པ་ནི་ཆུ་དང་མེའི་ཐ་མལ་པ་ནི་ས་དང་ཆུའི་ཐ་མལ་པ་ནི་མེ་དང་སའི་ཐ་མལ་པ་ནི་རླུང་ངོ༌། །དེ་ལྟར་ཐམས་ཅད་ཤེས་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་ནས་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་རྩ་བའི་རྒྱུད་ལས་ངེས་པའོ། །དེ་སྐད་དུ་རྩ་བའི་རྒྱུད་ལས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པ། ཨ་ཀུ་ཧ་ཐྐ་མགྲིན་བྱུང་གང༌། །དབྱངས་དང་གསལ་བྱེད་མཚན་ཉིད་རྣམས། །སྟོང་པ་རླུང་སོགས་ཁམས་རྣམས་ཀྱི། །གྲོགས་པོ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་རྟག་ཏུ་གནས། །ཨི་ཙུ་ཡ་ཤ་རྐན་ལས་བྱུང༌། །དབྱངས་དང་གསལ་བྱེད་མཚན་ཉིད་རྣམས། །རླུང་གི་ ཁམས་ལས་ཡང་དག་བྱུང༌། །ཆུ་ལས་སྐྱེས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དགྲ། །རྀ་ཊུ་ར་ཥ་སྤྱི་བོ་སྐྱེས། །དབྱངས་དང་གསལ་བྱེད་མཚན་ཉིད་རྣམས། །མེ་ཡི་ཁམས་ལས་ཡང་དག་བྱུང༌། །ས་ལས་སྐྱེས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དགྲ། །ཨུ་པུ་ཝ་ཝ་མཆུ་སྐྱེས་གང༌། །དབྱངས་དང་གསལ་བྱེད་མཚན་ཉིད་རྣམས། །ཆུ་ཡི་ཁམས་ལས་ཡང་དག་བྱུང༌། །མེ་ལས་སྐྱེས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དགྲ། །ལྀ་ཏུ་ལ་ས་སོ་སྐྱེས་གང༌། །དབྱངས་དང་གསལ་བྱེད་མཚན་ཉིད་རྣམས། །ས་ཡི་ཁམས་ལས་ཡང་དག་བྱུང༌།

不会成就。如是所说的，以禅定和合的念诵和火供，苦行决定具足者，应当成办明咒的生处。此处任何诸神的誓言是什么和什么，彼神即以誓言和苦行和决定而应当成办，以其他方式则不会成就。如是，所成办之名的字母，如果成为作明者名字第一个字母的仇敌，彼时作明者将会死亡，如果成为庸常者，彼时将会成为烦恼，如果成为朋友，彼时神将会成就。元音以仇敌而死亡，辅音以仇敌而生病。其他，风的字母全部是水的字母的仇敌，即元音中的元音们和辅音中的辅音们。如是，水的字母是火的字母的仇敌。火的字母是土的字母的仇敌。土的字母是风的字母的仇敌。虚空的字母是全部的朋友，即全部的字母是虚空的朋友。如是，土的朋友是水，火的朋友是风，风的火和水的土，如是则是朋友的部类。风的庸常者是水，火的庸常者是土，水的庸常者是火，土的庸常者是风。如是应当了知全部，然后应当成办明咒的神，这是从根本续部中决定的。如是根本续部中薄伽梵所说：阿库哈塔卡喉咙生，元音和辅音的体性们，虚空风等界诸，以朋友性而恒常住。伊楚雅夏腭生，元音和辅音的体性们，从风的 界中真实生，是水所生者们的仇敌。日突拉沙头顶生，元音和辅音的体性们，从火的界中真实生，是土所生者们的仇敌。乌普瓦瓦嘴唇生，元音和辅音的体性们，从水的界中真实生，是火所生者们的仇敌。利突拉萨牙齿生，元音和辅音的体性们，从土的界中真实生。

It will not be accomplished. As it is said, the birthplace of mantras should be accomplished by those who are steadfast in vows, with meditation, recitation, fire offerings, and asceticism. Here, whatever the vows of the deities are, that deity should be accomplished by those vows, asceticism, and steadfastness. Otherwise, it will not be accomplished. Likewise, if the letter of the name to be accomplished becomes an enemy of the first letter of the name of the accomplisher, then the accomplisher will die. If it becomes ordinary, then it will become afflicted. If it becomes a friend, then the deity will be accomplished. Vowels die by enemies, and consonants become ill by enemies. Furthermore, all the letters of wind are enemies of the letters of water, that is, the vowels of the vowels and the consonants of the consonants. Likewise, the letters of water are enemies of the letters of fire. The letters of fire are enemies of the letters of earth. The letters of earth are enemies of the letters of wind. The letters of space are friends of all, that is, all the letters are friends of space. Likewise, the friend of earth is water, the friend of fire is wind, the fire of wind and the earth of water, thus it is the category of friends. The ordinary of wind is water, the ordinary of fire is earth, the ordinary of water is fire, and the ordinary of earth is wind. Thus, all should be known, and then the deity of the mantra should be accomplished, which is determined from the root tantra. As it is said in the root tantra by the Bhagavan: A ku ha tha ka born from the throat, the characteristics of vowels and consonants, emptiness, wind, etc., the elements, always abide by the nature of friends. I tsu ya sha born from the palate, the characteristics of vowels and consonants, truly arise from the element of wind, enemies of those born from water. Ṛ ṭu ra ṣa born from the crown of the head, the characteristics of vowels and consonants, truly arise from the element of fire, enemies of those born from earth. U pu va va born from the lips, the characteristics of vowels and consonants, truly arise from the element of water, enemies of those born from fire. Ḷ tū la sa born from the teeth, the characteristics of vowels and consonants, truly arise from the element of earth.
