Then mix it with Akshobhya and make pills the size of chickpeas, and this is accomplishment. Bound by three irons, here it refers to the purity of body, speech, and mind, with the distinctions of the moon, sun, and Rahu, which are silver, copper, and magnetic iron respectively. Binding them separately is binding with three irons. If the flying meat pill that is about to be explained is practiced in sequence, then the dakini will give speech. Then, in the center of the mandala, at the central point, place the pill or the eye medicine in a skull. In this way, place the meat pills or the eye medicine in its center, offer it with very fragrant flowers, and give the previously mentioned torma and other offerings. Then, complete it with the previously mentioned mantra and ritual. According to the teachings of the Kalachakra, recite the mantra until the pills or eye medicine emit light. Then, at that moment, take it and hold it. If the light does not emit, then recite the mantra until the deity is fully present. Then, the number of people who hold the pill will become those who possess the knowledge of the pill. Similarly, one can also possess the knowledge of eye medicine. With a sword, one can possess the knowledge of the sword; similarly, with jewels and so on. The mantra for this is: Om, Kalachakra, Ajna, Siddhi, Khatga, Gam, Sadhaya, Svaha.
