The method of practice of the Bhagavan explained through the generation stage. Emptiness and so on. Here, the signs of generation, both external and internal, are: externally, the infinite realm of space, and internally, the triangular source of wisdom's dharma. Externally, in the human realm, it is a round, ten-spoked vajra nature, and internally, it is the mother's womb. There, externally, from the complete transformation of the letter ཡོཾ་ (Yom,梵文天城体:यों,梵文罗马转写:yoṃ,字面意思:风), arises the black wind mandala, in the center of which is a bow-shaped form, directly measuring four hundred thousand yojanas, with two diverse vajras below and above, transformed from the letter ཧཱུཾ་ (Hūṃ,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马转写:hūṃ,字面意思:种子字), marked with a victory banner. Above that, from the complete transformation of the letter རོཾ་ (Roṃ,梵文天城体:रों,梵文罗马转写:roṃ,字面意思:火), arises the red fire mandala, triangular, measuring three hundred thousand yojanas in width, with two diverse vajras below and above, transformed from the letter ཧཱུཾ་ (Hūṃ,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马转写:hūṃ,字面意思:种子字), marked with auspiciousness. Above that, from the complete transformation of the letter ཝོཾ་ (Voṃ,梵文天城体:वों,梵文罗马转写:voṃ,字面意思:水), arises the white water mandala, round, measuring two hundred thousand yojanas, with two diverse vajras above and below, transformed from the letter ཧཱུཾ་ (Hūṃ,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马转写:hūṃ,字面意思:种子字), marked with a lotus. Above that, from the complete transformation of the letter ལོཾ་ (Loṃ,梵文天城体:लों,梵文罗马转写:loṃ,字面意思:地), arises the yellow earth mandala, square, measuring one hundred thousand yojanas, with two diverse vajras below and above, transformed from the letter ཧཱུཾ་ (Hūṃ,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马转写:hūṃ,字面意思:种子字), marked with a vajra. Above that, from the complete transformation of the letter མཾ་ (Maṃ,梵文天城体:मं,梵文罗马转写:maṃ,字面意思:山), arises the great Mount Meru, of vajra nature, sixteen thousand yojanas wide at the bottom and fifty thousand yojanas wide at the top. In its center, from the complete transformation of the letter ཀྵོཾ་ (Śoṃ,梵文天城体:षं,梵文罗马转写:ṣoṃ,字面意思:莲花), arises diverse lotuses half the size of Mount Meru. One-third of that is the navel. Above that, from the complete transformation of the letter ཧོཾ་ (Hoṃ,梵文天城体:हों,梵文罗马转写:hoṃ,字面意思:觉知), arises the moon mandala, equal to the navel. Above that, from the complete transformation of the separated part, arises the sun mandala. Above that, from the complete transformation of the bindu, arises the Rahu wheel called fire, dark blue in color. Thus, all of that merges into one, and one should contemplate it as the seed syllable ཧྐྵྨླྺྲྱོཾ་ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), and think that the world is formed from that. This is the external. Internally, as previously stated, in the human body, the wind mandala is at the forehead, the fire mandala is at the throat, and the water mandala is at the heart.

At the center is the mandala of earth, and from the center to the end of the secret lotus is the great Mount Meru. The secret lotus is like the lotus of the Bhagavan. The three channels from which excrement, urine, and semen flow are the mandalas of the moon, sun, and Rahu, and they all gather at the center of the secret lotus. Likewise, above it, the tiered houses radiate immaculate light, or are born from the vajra, that is, the vajra tent born from the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), is in the mother's womb. It is called the part of the vajra and lotus because it arises from it. Therefore, it is also the tent of the vajra nature. In its center, on the vajra ground, from the complete transformation of the letter Bhrūṃ (Tibetan: བྷྲུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Bhrūṃ), or from the complete transformation of the letter Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ), arises the mandala of the collection of jewels, radiating light. The letter Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ) is born from wisdom, is the lotus of the supreme Victor, and is called the seat of the moon and sun, is the end of the earth mandala, is the mind mandala. On its periphery is the speech mandala, which is the end of the ocean mandala, called the jewel lotus, these eight petals are inferior to the moon and sun. On its periphery is the body mandala, which is the end of the wind mandala, called the daytime lotus, these twelve petals are inferior to the moon and sun, and likewise at the four gates are chariots. Thus, the width of the body mandala is four million yojanas. Half of it is the speech mandala, half of it is the mind mandala, half of it is the great bliss wheel, and half of it is the lotus of the Bhagavan. One-third of the lotus is the center, and likewise are the mandalas of the moon, sun, and Rahu. Likewise, internally, from the heart center downwards and upwards, as far as the secret lotus and the crown of the head. Or, from the heart center to the shoulder and the nearby shoulder, as far as the end of the breasts, this is for the purpose of contemplating the analysis of the mother's body, this is certain. Thus, each mandala has four gates, therefore these twelve gates are the gates of the sun, called the king (Tibetan). The stables of the nature of jewels and gold, and the outer periphery of the body mandala are the charnel grounds.
