All sentient beings should be meditated upon in an instant in the form of Ra-lo. Or, in detail, in the secret place of the goddess, each seed syllable should be perfected individually and made joyful. Thus, the Bhagavan said in the Root Tantra: "In the Buddha-fields, whatever sentient beings there are, with the nectar of the three bodies' vows, generated and touched by the glory of the vajra, all those Tathagatas there, attain the wisdom of the three vajras. Here, meditate on becoming completely enlightened, and then all those, place them well in their own fields." It is certain that empowerment and giving are done for the benefit of sentient beings. Now, it is said that the tenth month is for giving life to the limbs of existence and for giving birth for the sake of generating the speech vajra. It is also the second generation in the external realm. There, in the navel and the crown, there is also the syllable HOḤ (藏文,梵文天城体:होः,梵文罗马拟音:hoḥ,汉语字面意思:吼), and in the forehead contained in the middle of these two, the body vajra OṂ (藏文,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), in the throat the speech vajra ĀḤ (藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), in the heart the mind vajra HŪṂ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), these three syllables are the nature of body, speech, and mind, and generate the three roots. In the navel, the syllable HOḤ (藏文,梵文天城体:होः,梵文罗马拟音:hoḥ,汉语字面意思:吼) melts with the rays of wisdom, and on the lotus of equal bliss, there is the body, speech, and mind vajra, which melts with the desire of wisdom, and the all-pervading Vajradhara also, with the syllable "yaṃ" together with wisdom, observes like holding a rabbit, and the meaning of the five mandalas descending inside, and the meaning of enjoying all the external lands, and when the deities are perfected in the external realm, it is done for the sake of benefiting all beings. Possessing the nature of loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity. The goddesses Tara, Mamaki, White-robed Mother, and Eye Mother sing songs. Bhagavan, you are the one who benefits all sentient beings. Please protect us, the Vajradhara, the teacher of gods and humans, please grant the desires of those who seek them. The loving-kindness nature Tara with the mind vajra, the compassionate nature Mamaki with the body vajra, the joyful nature White-robed Mother with the speech vajra, and the equanimous nature Eye Mother urge the wisdom vajra. Thus, the song of the Bhagavan Vajradhara, who possesses the nature of mind, body, speech, and wisdom.

Having heard these, view the three realms of desire, form, and formlessness as if they were illusions. Visualize the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) arising from the melting moon, emitting blue, immaculate rays of light, and completely transforming into a vajra. From that arises the yogi himself becoming the Bhagavan, possessing the adornment of the vajra, holding the crown of the Victorious One, embraced by wisdom, which is also complete. As before, again with the nature of wisdom and means, extensively spread the mandala with the Dharma of mind, speech, and body, in order to fully awaken the newborn infant. Here, according to the tantric ritual, starting from the womb-born, in the order of birth, complete the infant's body with nine "lavas," and fully manifest the characteristics of enlightenment with five aspects, which is the complete body of the deities, this is the first branch of practice. Here, for the sake of the deity's pride, recite the words of the mantra: Om Subivishuddha Dharma Dhatu Svabhava Atmako Ya Ham (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སུ་བི་ཤུད་དྷ་དྷ་རྨྨ་དྷཱ་ཏུ་སྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ་ཉ་ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ subiviśuddha dharma dhātu svabhāva ātmako ya haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om, extremely pure, Dharma realm, nature, self, what). After that, in order to generate the speech vajra, the yogi should practice the second branch of close practice. King of Condensed Tantras, the extensive and concise of the Kalachakra, following the root tantra of Twelve Thousand Verses, the order of arising from Immaculate Light, the Great Condensed Meaning of Body Completion, which is the Second Chapter. Third Chapter. The Great Condensed Meaning of Generating Life and Deities. Here, from the union of life, arises the speech vajra, which is the master of the ten-direction mandala. From the distinctions of emptiness and so forth, possessing the nature of vowels, constantly abiding in the five places. From the fear of existence, with the particular inclination of sentient beings, making the supreme path empty. This arising, may it be extensively developed by the explanation of the eight speeches by Manjushri. The syllable "Hoḥ (Tibetan: ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: होः, Sanskrit Romanization: hoḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Hoḥ)" and so forth, here, in order to generate the life-wind of those born from the womb in the human world, with the descent of one's own mandala and so forth, for the consciousness entering the state of dream, encourage for the meaning of the awakened state, likewise, for the sake of sentient beings, the goddesses such as Chakshumati should be distinguished. Here, the deity
