能摧毁尘垢。上面是脚，下面是头，能完全消除身体上的所有痰病。能阻止死亡，几天之内必定能消除剧烈的腹泻和尿频等疾病。清晨，那些没有名字的人，在未用水清洗之前，即未洗漱之前，用牙齿摩擦牙齿，能变成眼睛的眼药，能消除眼疾。清晨用水冲洗也能消除眼疾。 仰卧，用左手抓住肚脐，凡是手握莲花的人，都能消除不消化的疼痛，这是通过生命能量实现的。对于出现的痘疹，在痘疹和肿块等出现时，用涂有黄油的盐和布包裹并熏蒸，能抑制其生长。然后涂抹马利筋的乳汁也能达到同样的效果。这是指痘疹等疾病的出现，是确定的。有些人如果牙齿生虫并伴有疼痛，此时用刺蒺藜的种子燃烧的烟熏等方法熏，能消除虫子等。刺蒺藜指的是蒺藜科植物。这是普遍平息疾病的确定方法。现在，用“年”等方法，是为了平息麻风病而宣说的仪式。这是伟大的瑜伽，之前通过烟等征兆和生命能量，能毫不动摇地成就安乐的瞬间。手印和完全融合，将菩提心置于堕落之中，然后与手印结合，堕落的菩提心与安乐相结合，通过命气和下行气等阻止，半年之内就能消除咒士们最上等身体上的麻风病，更何况其他的呢？如果麻风病没有消除，那时就不要修持十六岁的手印。瑜伽士每天都要食用肉类和饮用酒，在六个月内，如果在其生殖器上涂抹，如果能完全控制堕落的菩提心，就能消除麻风病，这是通过宝瓶气实现的。对如来所说的话没有怀疑。不仅能消除麻风病，还能使七十岁的老人，头发变白的人，也能通过手印和融合

Then, applying the milk of milkweed can also achieve the same effect. This refers to the appearance of diseases such as pox, which is certain. If some people have tooth worms and pain, at this time, fumigating with the smoke burned from the seeds of Tribulus terrestris can eliminate worms, etc. Tribulus terrestris refers to the Tribulus family of plants. This is a definite method for generally pacifying diseases. Now, the rituals proclaimed with "year" and other methods are for pacifying leprosy. This is great yoga, before which, through signs such as smoke and life energy, one can unshakably accomplish the moment of bliss. Mudra and complete integration, placing the Bodhicitta in downfall, and then combining with the mudra, the fallen Bodhicitta combined with bliss, prevented by life force and downward-moving air, etc., within half a year, can eliminate leprosy on the supreme body of the mantra practitioners, let alone others? If leprosy is not eliminated, then do not practice the sixteen-year-old mudra. Yogis must eat meat and drink alcohol every day, and within six months, if applied to their genitals, if they can completely control the fallen Bodhicitta, they can eliminate leprosy, which is achieved through Kumbhaka. There is no doubt about the words of the Tathagata. Not only can it eliminate leprosy, but it can also enable a seventy-year-old man, a person with white hair, to also achieve through mudra and integration.

Leprosy will be quickly pacified. Now, the determination of life force is explained: Here, the mantra practitioner should perform the life force kumbhaka on the body, the heart and the head should be burned by fire, that is, the heart is burned and the head is also burned to that extent. Do not exceed that, this is certain. If it is done beyond that, one will faint on the good lotus, that is, life will faint on the navel chakra lotus. Without restraint or strength, the crown of the head will be broken, abandoning the body and elements, one will go to death. Therefore, for those who are merged with mudra and extremely weak, in this life, life force will not give the fruit of happiness. This is the determination of life force. Now, with words such as mudra, the determination of the mudra, drinking, food, and walking of the yogis is explained: Here, the mudra spoken by the Bhagavan is the yoga mudra spoken for the purpose of meditation, it is the meaning of the exhaustion of desire, not as some say, playing with women day and night. Similarly, drinking alcohol is only to slightly satisfy thirst, not like a water bottle, etc., because intoxication will not give liberation to the yogic masters. Similarly, eating food, here all food is for the sake of happiness, eating a little food, all of these will become very small and happy. Therefore, do not become a cause of indigestion at every time of the day, this is the determination of food. Auspicious conduct, that is, yogic conduct is the cause of accomplishment, therefore, wandering at night in the charnel ground or nearby places is not for the purpose of playing, this is the determination of yogic conduct.
