Here, there is bondage for the dharmas that arise, and there is no bondage for the dharmas that cease. Things and non-things also exist, that is, the existence of things that are momentarily separated and without inherent existence. Here, things and non-things are mixed together, without inherent existence, similar to a Pra-phab-ba that is free from conceptualization of substance, momentarily separated, that is, things that are separated from arising and ceasing, exist for the purpose of the Buddhas turning the wheel of Dharma. These are mine, that is, the words that are completely liberated from all demonic obstacles, which cannot be destroyed by gods and those with qualifications with words that have demonic obstacles. Here, for example, a giant possessed by a demon cannot destroy a giant liberated from a demon. Similarly, one possessed by the demon of conceptualization cannot destroy one liberated from the demon of conceptualization. Selflessness and so on are established. This is a brief statement, and the details should be learned from the vast Vinaya Pitaka, this is certain. Now, it is refuting the views of the Vaibhashika, Sautrantika, and Yogachara schools, that is, the so-called "that is it" and so on. Here, some non-Buddhist Buddhists are completely attached to one side. Those who are attached to their own side will become attached to the other side, and those with childish minds do so through their Dharma or their non-conforming Dharma. Here, if the Vaibhashika says "that is the Pudgala, existing in the body," then their nature will decline, because if there is a Pudgala with arising parts inside the Pudgala, then its nature should be stated. Is it a nature with intelligence or a nature without intelligence? If it is a nature with intelligence, then it is impermanent, here when the perception of a pot disappears, the perception of cloth will arise. Therefore, it is impermanent. If it is a nature without intelligence, then for one without intelligence, there is no sensation of pleasure and pain, etc. Therefore, that nature of the Vaibhashika, if analyzed, will decline. Here, there is a Pudgala who bears burdens, and the Blessed One's statement "I neither say permanent nor do I say impermanent" is wisdom.

Now, let's elaborate on the reasons from the chapter. Those who speak in terms of conventional truth also believe that there is no ignorance in ultimate truth. Here, the speaker who holds onto the meaning of grasping blue, etc., through conventional truth is fallen. Why? Because they believe that the body of wisdom in ultimate truth is non-existent, like the child of a barren woman. Similarly, the speaker says: Space and cessation, the two unconditioned are permanent. All conditioned things are momentary, empty of self and without a maker. The wisdom born from the senses, through non-discrimination, truly knows the accumulation of subtle particles. In the Kashmirian text 'Water Treasury,' the views of the Vaibhashika school will change. The cause of the arising of consciousness is not the appearance of the sense object. Space is like the child of a barren woman, cessation is like space. Conditioned matter does not exist, nor do the three times follow, nor does unobstructed form exist. This is what the Sutra school knows. Therefore, if the one who knows unobstructed form and the three times is like a extinguished lamp, then, because unobstructed form does not exist, he will not become omniscient. One will not become a Buddha with a Nirmāṇakāya other than the four bodies. Here, a Buddha who is separated from the unobstructed body will not be able to show all kinds of miracles, will not become the voice of all languages, and will not know the minds of others. All the divine eyes and so on will be without fruit, which is the fault of the Sutra school's clinging. Now, the faults of the Yogacharas' clinging are explained. Saying that all of the three realms are only consciousness, they also want consciousness, that is, saying: There are no limbs, there are no subtle particles. Like experiencing a dream, it appears without an object. Consciousness, liberated from the grasped and the grasper, is the ultimate truth. This is the Yogachara school's text, proclaiming all that goes beyond the ocean. Therefore, because analyzing consciousness with the nature of one and many is separate, the speaker of consciousness is fallen. Here, the three realms are only consciousness.
