The squatting posture is for expelling and distinguishing, which is when the two feet are together, the heels touching the perineum, and the buttocks and thighs are placed on top of them, this is the squatting posture. There are two distinctions of the half-auspicious posture, which is that here the taming posture is with the left foot like the auspicious posture and the right foot like the squatting posture, slightly leaning to the right. The second distinction of the hooking posture is with the right foot like the auspicious posture and the left foot like the squatting posture, slightly leaning to the left, these are the two distinctions of the half-auspicious posture.
