That which is spoken of as the wisdom body in the hundred-syllable mantra with more than sixty-two verses called "Ultimate," is spoken in Vajra words, and that itself is the king of all tantras. In order to ripen children, it is hidden by various chief ones with supreme compassion, and the bliss of the two organs is greatly shown to the children. Therefore, that Vajra word should be divided, and at the time of each day and night, the yogi should meditate with the eyes previously spoken of, that is, for the sake of the accomplishment of the mudra, that is, for the sake of the accomplishment of the great mudra. What is that? That is the birthplace of the best of victors, indestructible, Kalachakra, that is, the determination of the Bhagavan, in order to obtain the state of complete Buddhahood, yogis should realize it from all other tantras. The condensed king of tantras, the extensive commentary on Kalachakra, following the root tantra, the twelve thousand verses of Vimalaprabha, the great summary of various methods of accomplishment, is the fifth chapter. The extensive commentary on the chapter on methods of accomplishment is complete. Fourth, the explanation of the chapter on empowerment. First, a great summary of the characteristics of accomplishing the teacher and all kinds of activities. Homage to glorious Kalachakra! He who gives horses and so on, the ten kinds of giving, to those who seek giving. With great merit, wisdom, and power, he has destroyed the Maras and so on. In the mandala of the glorious Dharmadhatu, the immaculate lord of speech, having conferred empowerment. To the Buddha who prophesied the realm of the sole teacher of all, I pay homage. Likewise, the great wheel of bliss. The three supreme bodies and the three mandalas. The three supreme Vajras, the Vajra sound. I pay homage to the unchanging one. In order to obtain the fruit of merit and wisdom. From understanding the root tantra. In this tantra, in the chapter on empowerment. I will write an extensive commentary. Here, in the south of the glorious Kalapa city, in the garden of Malaya, at the eastern gate of the Kalachakra mandala palace. Of a great precious jewel.

In the gatehouse, like sitting on a great precious jewel lion throne, the one prophesied by the Tathagata, the emanation of Manjushri, King Name, the sun chariot prayed to him. From the supreme primordial Buddha, the meaning of what was requested by Good Moon is greatly elucidated. From the empowerment chapter of the Condensed Tantra, what is explained by the first verse, such as "the body has various measures," is exactly what was prophesied by the Tathagata and urged by Manjushri, the emanation of Lokeshvara, White Lotus, I will extensively explain with the Great Condensed Commentary. Here, from "the body has various measures" and so on, to the end of "please show the mandala," is what was requested by Good Moon. After that, having heard the words of Good Moon, all the verses of the empowerment chapter, such as "the Sugata spoke extensively of the Kalachakra mandala," are the answers given by the Tathagata, and there is no further request until the end of the chapter. Here is the request of Good Moon. O Bhagavan, in this chapter on the inner body, whatever the Bhagavan has said, such as the various measures, the times of day and night, and the distinctions of the changing months, including the ultimate of the distinctions such as the knower and the agent, I have heard and know all of them. Therefore, now for the sake of sentient beings obtaining merit and wisdom, please, O Bhagavan, show the mandala, that is, endowed with the ten perfections, for bestowing empowerment on the disciples, for giving blessings to offerings and images, and for accomplishing worldly siddhis up to the ultimate of Akanishta, that is, with worldly truth. In terms of ultimate truth, there is no drawing of mandalas with colored powders, because the Bhagavan has forbidden it. Thus, in the Primordial Buddha, the Bhagavan said: If one establishes vajra lines, and also establishes colored powders, one should not do it with the nature of mantra. If one does, it is difficult to attain enlightenment. Here, if the nature of mantra is mantra, that is, wisdom, because it is the protector.
