That which is called dwelling in the directions and non-directions means that the letters Ya, Ma, etc., dwell in the directions, and the letters of the name of the one to be subdued dwell on the petals of the non-directions, and also on the eight petals between the sixteen spokes. Thus, on the first circle, the one to be subdued is at each corner. In the center, at the navel, Ya transforms greatly, Ma is in the east, and Ra (Tibetan: རཱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: rā, Chinese literal meaning: ra) is in the east of the twelve spokes. The second is Ja (Tibetan: ཛཱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: जा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: jā, Chinese literal meaning: Tsa), the third is Sa (Tibetan: ས་, Sanskrit Devanagari: स, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: sa, Chinese literal meaning: Sa), and the fourth petal is Do (Tibetan: དོ, Sanskrit Devanagari: दो, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: do, Chinese literal meaning: Do). In the south of the first eight spokes is Me (Tibetan: མེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: मे, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: me, Chinese literal meaning: Mai). Again, on the fifth petal of the twelve spokes is Ru (Tibetan: རུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रु, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ru, Chinese literal meaning: Ru), the sixth is Na (Tibetan: ཎ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ण, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ṇa, Chinese literal meaning: Na), and the seventh is Yo (Tibetan: ཡོ, Sanskrit Devanagari: यो, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: yo, Chinese literal meaning: Yao). Again, the western petal of the eight spokes is Da (Tibetan: ད, Sanskrit Devanagari: द, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: da, Chinese literal meaning: Da). Again, the tenth two spokes, the eighth is Ni (Tibetan: ནི, Sanskrit Devanagari: नि, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ni, Chinese literal meaning: Ni), the ninth is Ra (Tibetan: ར་, Sanskrit Devanagari: र, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ra, Chinese literal meaning: ra), and the tenth is Ya (Tibetan: ཡ, Sanskrit Devanagari: य, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ya, Chinese literal meaning: Ya). Again, the north of the eight spokes is Kshe (Tibetan: ཀྵེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्षे, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: kṣe, Chinese literal meaning: Kai). Again, the eleventh of the twelve spokes is Tsa (Tibetan: ཙྪ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्ष, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: kṣa, Chinese literal meaning: Tsa), and the twelfth is Ni (Tibetan: ནི, Sanskrit Devanagari: नि, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ni, Chinese literal meaning: Ni). Thus, as stated in the root tantra: Ya Ma Ra Ja Sa Do Me Ya, Ya Me Do Ru Na Yo Da Ya, Ya Da Yo Ni Ra Ya Kshe Ya, Ya Kshe Ya Tsa Ni Ra Ma Ya. The one lord dwells with the sixteen letters on the sixteen petals. Thus, in the center, Ya Ma Ra Ja Sa Do Me Ru Na transforms greatly, from which Yo arises. After that, from the center of the essential spokes, Da Ni Ra Ya Kshe Tsa, and then finally becomes Ni Ru, which is certain for the eight spokes and the twelve spokes. After that, on the sixteen spokes, this mantra should be written on the intervening petals of the name of the one to be subdued. Thus, it changes from one mesh to another, that is, the lord of men, the lord of men, the name of the one to be subdued, and this mantra. Separation, killing, and control mean that here, for separation, there is the remaining deity Ya in the center, for killing it is Ma, and for control Ra transforms greatly. Thus, Kshe Da Me Do Sa Tsa, etc., mean that here, for stiffness it is Kshe, for summoning it is Da, for bewilderment it is Me, for exerting power it is Do, for pacifying it is Sa, for expelling it is Tsa, for causing epidemics it is Na, for moving it is Ru, for fainting it is Ja, for pacifying suffering it is Yo, and for repelling enemies it is Ni. There, the letter Ya emerges from the words of the essence, by the power of merit, which means that here, by the nature of the action, whichever letter becomes the lord of the essence, the letter Ya should be written in its place.

Everything is as before, this is the determination of the wheel of the terminator of death. Now, the wheel of Manjushri is spoken of, such as "all the letters," etc. Here, "the supreme limb of all the letters" refers to the bindu at the head of all the letters. From that supreme limb, in front, washing with vowels, speech transforms into a mother sound, and afterwards, embracing with the nasal vowel A, it transforms into a mother sound. Furthermore, embracing with letters such as Ka, it transforms into a final consonant, that is, it transforms into the letters Nga, Nya, Na, Ma, and Na. By the power of the Vajra family, the fifth letter is said to be Hum (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) and Sam (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). Therefore, the bindu is myself. Separately, combining the supreme vowel with two bindus, that is, in the middle of two A's, this also transforms into my wisdom letter U. Thus, Mah (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is method, and Muh (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is wisdom. Similarly, Hum (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Huh (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Sam (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Suh (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Mam (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Juh (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), these eight letters are on the eight petals. On the petals of the sun, that is, on the second circle of twelve spokes. On the outside, on the first petal is Shri, and on the second is Ba. Similarly, in order, are the twelve letters Jra, Ghosha, Sa, Samanta, Bhatra, Hum, Phat, and all the rest are as before. Here, the object to be accomplished is in the center, that is, the first letter of the name of the object to be accomplished is in the center. Then, at the time of recitation, exhorting the glorious peaceful ones, etc., that is, Om Shri Vajra Ghosha Sa Samanta Bhatra Che-ge-mo'i Shantim Kuru Kuru Nama. Similarly, for increase, etc., at the end, bestow Svaha (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Phat (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Hum (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Pa-sha-ta, Bau-sha-ta, and when writing the wheel, also on the final petals. Similarly, for the previously mentioned wheels, the name of the object to be accomplished should always be written. All of these, by my grace, by the command of the Lord of Victors, people will be able to accomplish. This is the ritual for writing the wheel. Then, after verses eight, nine, ten, and eleven, the forty verses are easy to understand, starting from "What is sound?" etc., up to the end of the verse "Giving the essence of food to the female messengers," some verses are easy to understand, and some verses have been supplemented in the chapter on empowerment due to necessity.
