After accomplishing with the previously spoken ritual, oṃ kālacakra ājñā siddha gulikāṃ sādhaya svāhā. Then, in order to accomplish the pill, the deity will grant great blessings, and this is its ritual. The so-called "accomplishment," as stated in the chapter on empowerment, the thirty-six ḍākinīs who move in the sky, five, six, ten, eight, and eight are groups. From these groups, take the flesh of one group, dry it in the shade, and grind it into powder together with the five amṛtas. Then, knead it with Acala (power), and make pills the size of a caṇaka, and that is what is called "accomplishment." The so-called "bound by three irons," here refers to the purity of body, speech, and mind, with the distinctions of the moon, sun, and Rāhu, namely silver, copper, and lodestone iron. Binding them separately is "bound by three irons." If one practices in the order of explaining the accomplishment method of the flesh pill of those who move in the sky, then the ḍākinī herself will give her word. Similarly, pills made from the flesh of the bodies of dogs, horses, etc., who move on the ground and those who move in the water, bound by three irons, can eliminate hunger, thirst, etc., and diseases from the body, and this is the essence of pill accomplishment. Now, the accomplishment of eye medicine that is spoken of refers to "those," etc. Here, first accomplish the mantra for eye medicine accomplishment as before, and then accomplish the eye medicine. oṃ kālacakra ājñā siddhā ñjñānaṃ sādhaya svāhā. Then, take the eyes of those who move in the sky, grind them into fine powder, and knead them with bodhicitta. This eye medicine will thoroughly excavate the earth in order to accomplish treasures. The so-called "with bile," refers to making eye medicine from the bile of dogs, horses, etc., and kneading it with a woman's menstrual blood. This eye medicine makes one invisible in invisible places and attracts the hearts of young women in places where one can control. It is accomplished in the glorious charnel ground. This is its ritual, on the night of the black eighth, or on the days and nights of Manu, that is, on the night of the black fourteenth, construct a maṇḍala, and from the practice of the Asura Lord previously spoken of, carry out the protection previously spoken of in all ways.

Having done that, in the center of it, at the center of the mandala, place the pills or eye medicine, and let it remain in the skull. Like that, in the center of it, having placed the meat pills or eye medicine, offer them properly with very fragrant flowers, and similarly, bless the torma etc. that were mentioned before, and then perform well with the recitation ritual of the mantra that was mentioned before. By the command of the Wheel of Time, recite the mantra until the pills or eye medicine emit rays of light. Then, take it out and hold it in that interval. If the rays of light do not emit, then at that time also, exert yourself to recite the mantra until the deity is completely established. Then, the people who hold the number of pills, will become the vidyadhara of the pills. Similarly, they will become the vidyadhara of the eye medicine. With a sword, one becomes the vidyadhara of the sword, and similarly, with jewels etc. as well. The mantra for that is: Om Kalachakra Ajna Siddha Khata Gam Sadhaya Svaha. Similarly, for jewels etc., first ascertain the word "Kalachakra". Then, having made an iron sword, accomplish it with the ascertainment of the deity. With a crystal jewel, and a silver lotus, and a golden wheel, and a vajra of the nature of all iron, and similarly, a bell, and having made an iron hook knife. This is the ascertainment of accomplishing the signs, similarly, all the weapons such as the trident and battle-axe should be accomplished. By the command of the Wheel of Time, whatever weapon is accomplished, that sign will become the vidyadhara of that kind of thing. If, like the essence accomplished by the ascertainment of the deity, one encounters seven lifetimes of samsara, then even without practice, one will be able to accomplish walking in the sky, this is the ascertainment from the root tantra, this is the ritual of accomplishing pills etc. Then, from the hundred verses of more than seventy verses, the fourteen verses of the dakinis are easy to understand, therefore they are not written here. Now, the illusion wheels of pacification etc., called "knowledge" etc., here are the banyan leaves etc. mentioned in the initiation chapter, with holy earth etc., and sandalwood etc. pens, the illusion of pacification etc.
