The Lord of Wrathful Deities, Vajra Force, is perfected from the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and the vajra, according to the previously spoken method of accomplishment. He has twenty-six arms, holds an elephant skin garment, has four faces, two legs, reddish-yellow eyes and hair, wears the crown of the Lord of Conquerors, adorned with the crown of Akshobhya, has sharp fangs, is adorned with snakes, wears a tiger skin loincloth, his main face holds weapons like the wheel of time, and on his head is a garland of five pure skulls of all the victorious lineages. Thus, he is immaculate and radiant. First, the mandala's house is of various colors, with various lotuses and a sun disc in the center, and on top of that is a single hero. At the four doors are arranged vajra iron hooks, vajras, lassos, and vajra bells in order. With his two feet and speech, he subdues the lord of the bhutas, the protector of the yidags, with unsurpassed power, standing with his right leg extended, causing fear to the bhutas and others. Holding the elephant skin, with the threatening gestures of his hands, he terrifies the asuras, the arrogant ones, and the gods. By the words of the mantra "Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ" (藏文:ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ), the yogi, meditating on the union with the wisdom being, can accomplish it in just one month in the charnel ground, that is, among the assembly of bhutas dwelling in the charnel ground. Whichever is the chief of the bhutas and others, when that form is placed under his feet, the retinue will also be accomplished, that is, the yidags or rakshasas and others. This is the key to the method of accomplishing the bhutas and others. Now, for the sake of the power of cloud rain, the method of accomplishing the king of nāgas is spoken, that is, "the nāgas" and so on. Here, by meditating on the Lord of Wrathful Deities, Vajra Force, in a few days, that is, in the days of the month, the assembly of clouds is to be accomplished, that is, in this way, that is, by this ritual. The nāgas are on an eight-petaled lotus, that is, in the water.

On the eastern petal, the cause of power; in the southeast, the lotus; in the south, the son of wealth increase; in the southwest, the conch holder of truth separation; in the north, the boundless; in the northeast, the possessor of lineage; in the west, the giver; in the northwest, the great lotus. The east and southeast are black; the south and southwest are red; the north and northeast are white; the west and northwest are yellow. The dragon kings Victory and Supreme Victory, green and blue, are placed upon the sun, that is, upon the mandala of the sun, under the left and right feet, from the navel upwards in human form, below in serpent form, with seven heads encircling the head, radiating great jewels, lying supine. The other dragon kings are also placed upon it, their tail ends respectively upon the Victorious One, the tail ends of the east and north, and upon the Supreme Victorious One, the tail ends of the south and west. Thus, the feet and others press down on those with heads, and the tail ends of those on the corners and lotus petals. Thus, the eight dragon kings, with five heads, are of the cloud lineage, and from the belly of the cloud masses, they will surely spread everywhere. Thus, in the charnel ground, practicing the Lord of Wrathful Ones, with the days and nights of the moon, the cloud masses should be accomplished, and from there, when the desired appearance is manifested, rain will fall, and if requested to return, it can be prevented. This is the determination of the dragon king practice. Now, with the distinctions of actions, the practice of the deities spoken of, etc., what is spoken of here in the mandala, etc., and the practice of other lords of men, gods and goddesses, each in this mandala, is transformed by the sole hero, etc., and by the power of one's own victorious clan, then by the power of the clan of Vairochana, etc., all the practices of the distinctions of actions can be transformed. Rigidity and tranquility, etc., as well as subjugation and seizing others' wealth, killing and expelling, etc., and also the thirty-six yoginis, etc., and the ultimate ones of the charnel ground, the practices that will be explained.
