When there is a disease of the eye, pour cooled urine into the eye, and like numbers, both diseases will be removed, so urine is warm and cool. "Afflicted by elements" means that when one is seized by elements, yakshas, etc., inhaling the immovable one with three heats will give happiness. "Even if eaten" means that even if eaten by a snake, it will give happiness. It is certain that diseases of the mouth, etc., will be pacified. Now, in order to increase longevity, the combination of the five amritas is taught, beginning with "feces." Here, since it is said that "the body is like the outside," combining the five external substances and the five internal substances is the combination of the five amritas. By eating these five amritas, yogis will be given longevity. Externally, the word "feces" refers to Vairochana, the powerful one, the oil of strength, that is, ghee. Internally, it is feces itself, and these are equal parts. Urine, externally, is the juice of the all-pervading lord of men, bhṛṅgarāja (藏文：བྷྲིཾ་ག་རཱ་ཛཱ，梵文天城体：भृङ्गराज，梵文罗马拟音：bhṛṅgarāja，汉语字面意思：蜂王). Internally, it is urine itself. Blood, externally, is safflower. Internally, it is the flower of women, and these are equal parts. Semen, externally, is mercury. Internally, it is semen itself, and these are equal parts. Human flesh, externally, is three fruits. Internally, it is the shinbone, and these are also equal parts. Thus, one part feces, a part of flesh less than the shinbone, half a part of blood, and one part of semen. These are mixed together and soaked in urine seven times, and then repeatedly dried in the sun. Then, if one eats about two servings of yogurt with butter and honey each day, longevity will be given after six months. "Abstaining from leaves, sourness, sesame oil, salt, and intercourse with women" is the definition of the five amritas. Now, it is taught to inhale flowers with meditation, beginning with "with meditation." Here, meditation is the complete injection of life force into the central channel, and being with meditation is being with meditation. The flower is the dust of women. The semen is the same as the flower of a woman. If one smells a flower while in meditative concentration, then the white hair and aging of those in meditative concentration, as well as the growth of the body, will be deprived within six months, this is the certainty of smelling. Now, five lamps are spoken of: the flesh of a cow, a dog, one with teeth, a horse, and a person mixed with the vomit of bees; by eating the five lamps mixed with honey, one will be deprived of everything. Another vomit of bees is honey wine; with it, all diseases will be deprived, this is the certainty. The semen of a woman's flower mixed with is the self of the outer and inner, as previously stated; after eating for a year, it will surely eliminate aging, this is the certainty previously stated. Now it is said that wind and so on are pacified: to pacify wind, salt and sour tastes will become very strong; sweet and astringent substances are the enemy of bile. To pacify phlegm, all bitter tastes and the three hot properties, medicines or juices, are eaten or drunk. To pacify phlegm, mother's milk with three hot properties, buffalo milk with sugar cane, is the enemy of bile. To pacify wind, goat's milk with rock salt, these three kinds of mother's milk that deprive diseases, as many as their number, with rock salt and so on, pacify wind, bile, and phlegm.
