讲述了生命能量运作的确定性。在此，修习真言者应对身体进行生命能量的宝瓶式运作，直至心脏和头部被火焰灼烧，即心脏被焚烧，头部也被灼烧为止。确定的是，不可再向上运作。如果再向上运作，则会在美好的莲花（指脐轮）处昏厥，即生命能量会在脐轮莲花处昏厥。如果不加以控制，或者凭借力量使顶髻隆起，并完全舍弃身体和各元素，就会走向死亡。因此，对于那些与手印结合、修行不佳的修行者来说，这种生命能量的运作无法带来安乐的果实。这是生命能量运作的确定性。 现在，从“手印”等开始，讲述了瑜伽士们对于手印、体验、食物和行为的确定性。在此，世尊所说的手印，是为了禅修的目的而说的瑜伽手印，是断绝贪欲之意，而不是像有些人所说的那样，日夜与女性嬉戏。同样，饮用酒也只是稍微感到满足而已，而不是像水壶等那样，因为麻醉品不会给瑜伽的自在者们带来解脱。同样，食用食物，在此，所有食物都是为了安乐的目的。无论稍微食用什么食物，都会变得非常微小而安乐。因此，不要在每天的各个时段，使其成为无法消化的原因，这是食物的确定性。拥有光荣的行为，即瑜伽行为是成就的因缘，因此，夜晚在坟墓、住所附近的地方等处游荡，并非是为了玩乐，这是瑜伽行为的确定性。 现在讲述了舍弃一切的瑜伽士的药物。在此，当瑜伽士的口腔出现疾病时，稍微加热未出生的东西（指尿液），含在口中，就能平息口腔疾病。还有牙齿疼痛，即从“也”字来说，也是指牙虫。当头部疼痛时，清晨吸入未移动的东西（指尿液），就能治疗瑜伽士们的头部疾病。

The certainty of vital energy operation is explained. Here, the mantra practitioner should perform the vase-like operation of vital energy on the body, until the heart and head are burned by fire, that is, until the heart is burned and the head is also burned. It is certain that it should not be done upwards from there. If it is done upwards from there, one will faint in the beautiful lotus (referring to the navel chakra), that is, the vital energy will faint in the navel lotus. If it is not controlled, or if the topknot is raised by force, and the body and elements are completely abandoned, one will go to death. Therefore, for those practitioners who are combined with mudras and have poor practice, this operation of vital energy cannot bring the fruit of bliss. This is the certainty of vital energy operation. Now, starting from "mudra" etc., the certainty of mudras, experiences, food and behavior of yogis is explained. Here, the mudra spoken by the Bhagavan is the yoga mudra spoken for the purpose of meditation, which is the meaning of cutting off desire, not as some say, playing with women day and night. Similarly, drinking alcohol is only to feel slightly satisfied, not like a kettle etc., because narcotics will not bring liberation to the free ones of yoga. Similarly, eating food, here, all food is for the purpose of happiness. Whatever food is eaten slightly will become very small and happy. Therefore, do not make it a cause of indigestion at various times of the day, this is the certainty of food. Having glorious behavior, that is, yoga behavior is the cause of accomplishment, therefore, wandering at night in tombs, places near residences, etc., is not for the purpose of playing, this is the certainty of yoga behavior. Now the medicine of the yogi who abandons everything is explained. Here, when a yogi has a disease in his mouth, if he slightly heats the unborn thing (referring to urine) and holds it in his mouth, it will pacify the mouth disease. There is also toothache, that is, from the letter "ya", it also refers to tooth worms. When the head hurts, inhaling the unmoved thing (referring to urine) in the morning will cure the head disease of the yogis.
