Then consume the essence, know that it can be increased a thousand times, or multiplied by a hundred times, that is, increased a hundred thousand times, or increased a million times, and consume. Increasing a thousand times means consuming a pea-sized amount each day. Increasing a hundred thousand times means consuming a mustard seed-sized amount, increasing a million times means consuming a louse-sized amount, in short, the last is a part of a louse. Here, in order to consume the essence, know the cool, windless, and heatless pavilion or earthen house. Like this, the medium essence, increasing a thousand times, can make the body like a god in six months, free from white hair and wrinkles, while other accomplished essences, which will be told later, can be done in one day.
