The so-called transformation, each transformation refers to the melting of iron, followed by melting, being devoured, and all diseases being eliminated. Rotten iron is completely abandoned, and the so-called "teeth", except for lead and tin, can melt gold and the like. This is the determination of taste and near taste, etc. All of these, such as Mashika, should be purified by the scriptures and rituals that explain taste, and then used for the said activities. Otherwise, unclean tastes and near tastes will cause the substance to decay. Similarly, enemies of gold and silver should not be added to gold and silver, but friends who are helpful to the business of gold and silver should be added. For killed iron, enemies should be added in the form described in the scriptures. Similarly, copper and impure sharp objects should not be added to gold and silver. Unkilled lead and tin should not be added anywhere. To tame killed iron, unraised iron should be killed. To tame living substances such as copper, enemies with great taste and near taste should be given to tame them. Friends of silver and gold refer to the business of seeds. Now, to explain the nature of taste, first, etc., here, first, it runs with the nature of smoke, exists in the fire, and what is boiled is in order, what runs with sound is a child, what runs with jumping is a young person, what runs with violent trembling is a mature person, and what has no trembling is an old person, that is, when it melts and then melts. Here, the child who makes a sound is not the one who melts iron, nor is the one who jumps. However, the young person applies it with leaves and enters slightly with a gentle fire. Therefore, the child applies it with leaves. The young person is also with a closed bowl. The mature person melts with a spear. The old person melts as he pleases. Therefore, the one who makes a sound and jumps is also melting, and that is also the first one who has the movement of smoke, melts with leaves. The one with trembling melts with a spear. That will also explain the three forms.

That which is translated by those translators will become old, so how will it melt iron at will? This is the ascertainment of the merits of mercury. Now, the merits of medicine are spoken of, starting with "supreme," etc. Here, it refers to the fact that in all treatises on mercury, contact with vajra causes harm, and in the preparation of supreme medicine, mercury and minerals circulate without separation. Therefore, those stones that can melt vajra and minerals are the knowledge and vidya of those stones. The supreme medicine is the mercury medicine that will be explained. They will become very powerful and will melt all minerals, such as minerals. Who will do this? If there are no supreme medicines, who will pour out and seize the bonds of mercury in the place above "ye"? If bound, it will fly in the sky, and likewise, if eaten, the deaths of people will also decrease, by whose power? Therefore, if there is no wisdom, for the sake of eliminating diseases, the lords of the earth should practice this king of mercury. This is the ascertainment of the king of mercury. Other easy-to-understand verses should also be understood by others. Now, the characteristics of the supreme medicine are spoken of, starting with "whatever is smeared," etc. Here, it refers to anything that, by merely smearing it, immediately removes the stain of a copper leaf that has been burned in fire. This supreme medicine is similar to great mercury, and when eaten, it eliminates all diseases, and for the sake of binding mercury, it can melt all kinds of metals. Those fortunate ones will see it on the earth. Other medicines cannot make the bonds of this mercury more firm; it must go through the so-called "annual period," which is twelve years of residence, and the preparations that include fullness. That binding will not become stronger; it will not melt more than a thousand pigs, this is certain. Apart from this verse, the other four verses are easy to understand. Now, for the sake of protecting mercury, the offering to Jambhala is spoken of, starting with "half a cubit," etc. Here, half a cubit refers to an eight-petaled golden lotus about a span high, and in the center of the heart, a pure vajra should be bound with gold.
