It is certain that the cause of enjoying the fruit changes, and as long as the aggregates of sentient beings exist, they exist. Therefore, at the time of contracting the world, this karma wind is what previously created the world and the Buddha-field. Its nature has two forms: one is immovable like a star relying on the sky, and it does not go in any direction of the world and the Buddha-field. The second is the nature of revolving like a house wheel in the sky. Similarly, the stable things gathered in the world are the immovable nature. Sentient beings are the moving nature, and the so-called karma wind is the nature of omniscience. Similarly, the bodies made of atoms are contracted. Therefore, it has the characteristics of formation and destruction, and has the law of birth and death, at the time of contracting the Buddha-field and contracting the world. At the time of the destruction of the world, the so-called earth element, that is, the dust of the elements such as water in the earth element, those that exist in true combination, those are separated from the collection of dust of the earth element, and the dust of the earth element is separated and enters the water element, that is, enters the collection of dust of the water element. Similarly, it is separated from the water element and enters the fire element, separated from the fire element and enters the wind element, and separated from the wind element and enters the sky, each existing universally. This is how the world is contracted, and it is not that there is some deity called the fire of time under the earth that burns the world and turns it to ashes. The fire of time is what accumulates dust, because it can devour other things, so whatever is separated from dust cannot be burned or devoured at all. In this way, after the stable things are destroyed, all the lives that have the nature of omniscience go to the other world of the field created by the karma wind, in order to enjoy them closely. Thus, the infinite karma winds

Just as cultivating the realm of dependence and cultivating the Buddha-field, for example, the lives of sentient beings each cultivate their own bodies. The so-called "cultivating the growth of the steadfast" is the ultimate of conventional truth. Now, the dwelling place of those who are liberated from the winds of karma is spoken of, namely the Buddha-field and so on. Here, in the "Bhadra-caryā-praṇidhāna," the Blessed One said: Within a single atom are Buddhas as numerous as atoms; I dwell in the midst of the sons of the Buddhas. Therefore, in the conventional truth, the dwelling place of the Buddhas is neither abandoning dependence nor without dependence. In the ultimate truth of the unobstructed Dharma, there is no dwelling place. As it is said in the chapter on the noble Dharma of the Prajñāpāramitā Sutra: The Buddhas have never gone nor come, nor will they go or not go in the future. Therefore, the essence realm formed by pure minute particles, which penetrates everything, at the tip of a single atom, all the Buddhas, that is, those whose nature is emptiness and who are without obscurations, are all there. Thus, the Buddha-field is completely without karma, that is, free from the winds of karma. The one who creates the three realms, having truly seen with the body of wisdom, all the Buddhas and the pure minute particles dwell together with those skillful means. The so-called "the two are of equal taste in the pure minute particles" refers to transforming ordinary essence into accomplished essence, and transforming the Bodhicitta of samsaric beings into non-retrogression. Surrounded by Bodhisattvas, it means having a small portion obscured by aspirational mind. The so-called Vajra sons refer to those who dwell in the Dharma of wisdom and skillful means in each and every taste particle, that is, those who dwell in the immovable ground and so on. Similarly, in the particles of time and so on, those who have manifestly realized the endless cessation of detachment and so on, that is, those who have thoroughly entered the immovable ground and so on. Here, the word "particle" refers to the grounds such as the immovable ground, not the minute particles. The pure particle of

The twelve grounds that serve as the basis for sound, meaning that they are for the purpose of exhausting all obscurations. Together with them, they remain in the sky until the time when Vajrasattva is formed, meaning that as long as sentient beings have not accumulated merit and wisdom, they will not see the appearance of the Buddha. Therefore, they remain in the sky, meaning that they abide in the Dharmakaya. Now, the formation of the world is explained, and the time of "Samvarta," which is said to mean destruction. Here, this word is not so, but it enters into Dharma and non-Dharma in a correct manner, therefore it is formation. From that cause, the wind of karma transforms into three forms, namely, holding correctly, stirring, and shaping. Among them, the one that holds correctly holds the collection of particles of earth and so on, just as the wind of clouds holds the collection of fine particles of water. Then, the one that stirs stirs the collection of particles of earth and so on, up to the extreme of taste, like salt, until the elements become solid. Likewise, they become mutually combined, the main thing is the fundamental thing. Therefore, for the solid Dharma, the fine particles of earth are the main ones, and the rest are secondary. Similarly, for water it is water, for fire it is fire, for the nature of movement it is wind, and all enjoyment is the same, that is, separate from their respective qualities. Then, the wind of shape, all the great ones arrange all the Buddha fields with it, meaning with the ten such as life and downward cleansing. Just as the causes of destruction and increase of external dependents, similarly, for the body, it is also life and so on. The world is again surrounded by great mountains for each individual, meaning like the hairs and skin on the bodies of sentient beings. In the center of that Buddha field, the nature of karma transforms into one world, like the one Avadhuti of all the channels. The remaining worlds, the nature of enjoyment, etc., are other channels.
