པ་ལོ་བརྒྱར་འགྱུར་ཏེ་ཟླ་བ་བརྒྱད་དང་ཉིན་ཞག་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་ལྷག་པའོ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་ངེས་པའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ས་སྐྱེས་སྟོང་པ་ཆུ་ཟླ་ཉི་མ་གཟའ་ལག་བསངས་མཇུག་རིངས་ལ་ཡང་སྟོང་པ་ཀླུ་མཁའ་གཅིག་ཅེས་པ་སྟོང་བརྒྱད་ཅུ་སྟེ་གཟའ་ལྔ་པོ་འདི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་གཅིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པ་ལས་མཁའ་མིག་མིག་དང་གཅིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པ་ཞེས་པ་ཉི་ཤུ་ལྷག་པའི་ཉིས་བརྒྱ་དང་སྟོང་ཕྲག་གཅིག་གོ །དེ་རྣམས་མཆོག་གི་ཁྱབ་བདག་གི་ནི་དག་བའི་གསུང་ལས་བྱུང་ཞེས་པ་གསུང་གི་ཐིག་ལེ་ལས་སྐྱས་པའོ་ཞེས་པའི་དོན་ཏོ། །གང་ཞིག་ཟླ་བའི་དུས་ཀྱི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་མཁའ་མཁའ་རོ་མོ་ཞེས་པ་དྲུག་བརྒྱ་ལྷག་པའི་སྟོང་ཕྲག་གིས་ཆུ་ཚོད་ཀྱི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དོ། །དེ་རྣམས་སྐུ་ཡི་རྡོ་རྗེ་དག་ལས་ཕྱུང་ཞེས་པ་ནི་སྐུའི་ཐིག་ལེ་ལས་བྱུང་ཞེས་པའོ། །དགུ་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མཐའ་དག་གཅིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པ་རོ་དྲུག་ཀླུ་དང་དུས་རྣམས་དག་སྟེ་ཞེས་པ་བརྒྱད་དྲུག་ཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་ལྷག་པའི་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བཞི་དང་ཕྱེད་ཀྱི་ཆུ་ཚོད་དེ་བཞིན་ཉིད་ཅེས་པ་ནི། དུས་གཅིག་ལ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གྲངས་སོ། །དེ་རྣམས་ནི་མཁའ་འགྲོ་དུས་ཀྱི་ གཟུགས་ཅན་མཐའ་དག་ལུས་ལ་གནས་ཤིང་ལྷ་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྲོག་ཆགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྲོག་ནི་ཕྲོག་བྱེད་མ་སྟེ་དུས་གཅིག་ལའོ། །དུས་དྲུག་པོ་རྣམས་ལ་ནི་བརྒྱ་ཕྲག་གཅིག་དང་དགུ་བཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་ལྷག་པའི་ཉི་ཁྲི་དགུ་སྟོང་ངོ་ཞེས་པ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མའི་གྲངས་ཏེ་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གཟའ་རྒྱུ་བའི་ནང་དུ་འདུས་པའོ་ཞེས་པ་ངེས་པའོ། །དེ་ཕྱིར་ཉིན་ཞག་སོ་སོའི་དུས་སུ་རང་གི་ལམ་ནི་དགག་པ་བྱས་ནས་དེ་རྣམས་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྲོག་དང་ཐུར་སེལ་འགགས་པས་ཐིག་ལེ་བཞི་འགག་གོ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་ངེས་པའོ། །ཇི་སྲིད་ཅེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་གཉིས་པས་གསུངས་པ་ནི་གོ་སླའོ། །ད་ནི་ཟླ་བའི་རྐང་པ་ལ་སྒྲ་གཅན་འཇུག་པ་གསུངས་པ་ཉི་མ་ཞེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྟེ། འདིར་ཉི་མའི་རྐང་པ་ནི་རོ་དང་དུས་དང་རི་བོང་ཅན་ཞེས་པ་སྔར་བརྗོད་པ་བཅུ་གཅིག་པོ་རྣམས་སོ། །ཟླ་བའི་རྐང་པ་ནི་འབྱུང་དང་འབྱུང་བ་མངལ་ཞེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་ལྔ་སྟེ་འདི་རྣམས་གཅིག་ཏུ་བསྡོམས་པ་ནི་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་ཏུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་རྣམས་ཡོན་ཏན་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་བསྒྱུར་པ་ནི་ཉིས་བརྒྱ་བརྒྱད་ཅུ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་དུ་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ལྟར་སྲེད་པས་བསྣུན་པ་རྣམས་ཞེས་པ་ནི་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་སོ། །ཡན་ལག་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཞེས་པ་དུས་སྦྱོར་བཅུ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་བགོས་པས་ཐོབ་པ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་བ

一百年变成八个月零二十一天以上，这是确定的。像这样，土生空、水月、太阳、星宿、手印、长长的拂尘末端，还有空、龙、虚空一，即八十空，这五个星宿的享受合一，虚空、眼、眼合一，即超过二十的二百一千。这些是至高遍主清净的语言中产生的，意思是语言的明点中产生的。凡是月亮时期的享受，虚空、虚空、味道，即超过六百的千，是小时的享受。这些是从身体的金刚中取出的，意思是身体的明点中产生的。九个全部合一，味道、六、龙和时间等，即超过八十六的四千五百小时，就是这样。这是一个时期中空行母们的数量。这些是空行时期的 有形之物全部安住于身体，夺取天等众生的性命，即一个时期。六个时期中，超过一百九十六的二万九千，这是空行母的数量，是众生星宿运行中聚集的，这是确定的。因此，在每天的每个时期，都要阻止自己的道路，努力成办这些。阻止这些的性命和下行，四明点就会停止，这是确定的。如“多少”等两句偈颂所说，很容易理解。现在说的是罗睺进入月亮的脚，如太阳等。这里太阳的脚是味道、时间和兔子的拥有者，即之前所说的十一个。月亮的脚是地、地生胎等二十五个，这些加在一起就是三十六。这些用八功德来乘，变成二百八十八。像这样，贪欲所触，即用八。用肢分，即用十二时轮来分，得到二十多

It is certain that one hundred years becomes eight months and twenty-one days or more. Thus, earth-born emptiness, water-moon, sun, constellations, handprints, long dust-sweeping ends, and also emptiness, dragon, space one, that is, eighty emptinesses, the enjoyment of these five constellations becomes one, space, eye, eye becomes one, that is, two hundred and one thousand exceeding twenty. These come from the pure speech of the supreme pervader, meaning that they arise from the bindu of speech. Whatever is the enjoyment of the lunar period, space, space, taste, that is, thousands exceeding six hundred, is the enjoyment of hours. These are extracted from the vajra of the body, meaning that they arise from the bindu of the body. All of the nine become one, taste, six, dragon, and times, etc., that is, four thousand five hundred hours exceeding eighty-six, just like that. This is the number of dakinis in one period. These are the dakinis of the time. All tangible things reside in the body, and the lives of beings such as gods are taken away, that is, in one period. In the six periods, twenty-nine thousand exceeding one hundred and ninety-six, this is the number of dakinis, which are gathered in the movement of the constellations of beings, this is certain. Therefore, in each period of each day, one must prevent one's own path and strive to accomplish these. By stopping the life and downward flow of these, the four bindus will stop, this is certain. As said in the two verses such as "how much", it is easy to understand. Now it is said that Rahu enters the foot of the moon, such as the sun, etc. Here, the foot of the sun is taste, time, and the possessor of the rabbit, that is, the eleven mentioned before. The foot of the moon is earth, earth-born womb, etc., twenty-five, and these added together become thirty-six. These are multiplied by the eight qualities, becoming two hundred and eighty-eight. Like this, touched by desire, that is, by eight. By the limbs, that is, divided by the twelve time wheels, obtaining twenty more.
