The Wheel of Time is the state of supreme and immutable bliss. The Blessed One, in the praise of the great mandala of the Vajra Realm in the "Compendium of True Names," said in the first verse: Thus, the Buddha, the Blessed One, the perfect Buddha arises from A. A is the best of all letters, the great meaning is immutable and excellent. Similarly, in the "Praise of Diligent Action Wisdom," the second verse says: The generator of all secret mantra meanings, the great bindu without letters, the great emptiness is immutable five, the bindu emptiness is immutable six. Similarly, it is said in the root tantra: Those who combine A, etc., and Ka, etc., on the seat of Vajrasattva, on the body arising from the immutable, do not desire Hum, etc. That which is born from the immutable and whose change has deteriorated, possessing the supreme power, wherein change is the characteristic of the state of arising and ceasing, that is, the moment of transition. Where it ceases, that is the supreme immutable, the moment without transition, called time, which is the vajra, which is wisdom. The aggregates, elements, and sense bases of that time without obscuration are called the wheel, the three existences are one, which is the knowable without obscuration. That is called the great mandala of the Vajra Realm, possessing all aspects, all freedoms, the nature of bindu, holding various illusions, that is, the body of the Blessed One, which is the nature of wisdom and means. The Blessed One, in the praise of the five aspects in the fifth chapter of the King of Tantras, said in the second verse: Time and various vajras, and the incomparable man, all actions without elaboration, constantly abiding ears, nose, mouth, and eyes, head, hands, and feet are all possessors. The limit of beings, the protector of beings, holding the supreme three existences, becoming the cause of all causes, understood by intelligence and yoga, the supreme bliss, I prostrate to the Wheel of Time. Similarly, other inner intelligence is also the Blessed One.
