Those and so on. Thus it is said, from all places are hands and feet, from all places are eyes, head, and face, from all places possessing hearing, pervading the edge of the world, the one who abides is Vajrasattva. Similarly, the one who knows self and others, the supreme being who benefits all, the one who transcends worldly metaphors, is the lord of knowledge and the knowable. Thus it is said, meaning accomplished, thought accomplished, abandoning all discriminations, the non-discriminating realm is inexhaustible, the supreme Dharmadhatu is inexhaustible to know, this is the nature of the wisdom body from the 'Praise of Names'. Now, according to the inclinations of sentient beings, the various abidings of the Buddhas are explained, such as the five aggregates and so on. Here, in order to make those who are free from obscurations such as afflictions, enter the womb, hold the five aggregates, and abide in the lotus of the Vajra woman, that is, whatever is born in a woman's womb, is to ripen ordinary beings who have not cultivated virtue and have not accumulated merit with compassion. Thus it is said: Why is the body of the Vajra body, all Buddhas are impermanent, like the essence of a water tree, what thought is there for other beings? etc., is to ripen those who speak of permanence. Again, whatever is born in pure lands and so on, is to subdue the pride of the Hearers who have become gods, that is, showing that gods have great suffering at the time of falling, thereby ripening them. What is the letter E-vam (ཨེ་ཝཾ།,E vaṃ,E-vam,Thus), that is, the one who abides in emptiness, is to make Subhuti and others who have supreme certainty, and Maitreya and others, rejoice in the most perfect complete enlightenment by showing the four bodies. The object of emptiness is emptiness itself, here the knowable of the past and future is emptiness. Seeing that is the emptiness of things is profound and vast, that is, it is profound because the things of the past and future do not exist. It is vast because it sees the past and future. Thus it is said: The supreme group of emptiness speakers, profound and vast, emits sound, is the conch of Dharma with great sound, is the sound of the bell of Dharma.
