Because name and form are extinguished. The charnel grounds near the spokes of the detached side, because the fish are extinguished, the consciousness is extinguished. Thus, two charnel grounds. Then, on the spokes of the wheel of the sphere of space, there are blood drinkers or four houses, because the vase is extinguished, the formation is extinguished. The blood drinkers near the spokes of the detached side, because the Capricorn is extinguished, ignorance is extinguished. Thus, two charnel grounds. Because the four intersections of the seasons are extinguished, there are four other charnel grounds. Or, because the sixteen parts of the moon are extinguished, there are sixteen charnel grounds, as it is said: It has twelve aspects of truth, that nature understands sixteen aspects. Because eight watches are extinguished, there are eight goddesses, or because the planets are extinguished. On the basis of the ultimate meaning, the goddesses without obscurations are the nature of the basis, which is the truth of the ultimate meaning. Even by worldly convention, the birth of the mantra deities in places and so on, as stated by the Blessed One in the root tantra, is as follows: It is known as Kamarupa Zala. pūrṇagiri (पूर्णगिरि, Pūrṇagiri, Full Mountain) also resides there. Godāparīrāmeśa (गोदापरीरामेश, Godāparīrāmeśa, phonetic transcription), Devīkoṭamālava (देवीकोटमालब, Devīkoṭamālava, phonetic transcription), these are the four nearby places. Arbuda, Mumuni field, Oḍraṃ Kāraṇyapaṭa, Dhidṛthutlī (धिदृथुत्लि, Dhidṛthutlī, phonetic transcription) is called the goddess, all places depend on the basis of the earth. Triśa Kuni is a nearby field. Similarly, Karmārāpātra, Kośala and Lāḍa land, Tlīthūdṛdhī (त्लीथूद्रीधी, Tlīthūdṛdhī, phonetic transcription) is the chief mother there. Kalinga, Harikela, Candra Dvīpa, Lampakaṃ, Candoha are four kinds, Bhipṛphuplī (भिप्रिफुप्ली, Bhipṛphuplī, phonetic transcription) is the chief mother there.
