ར་བསོད་ནམས་དང་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་དག་ལས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་སོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཚོགས་གསུམ་གྱིས་ཀྱི་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཁྱོད་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཉིད་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །གཞན་དུ་མཐའ་ཡས་བསྐལ་པས་མིན་པར་གང་རྒྱལ་བས་གསུངས་པའོ་ཞེས་པ་སྟེ་རྒྱུད་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་རྣམ་པར་དག་པའི་ཆོས་བསྟན་པའི་ངེས་པའོ། །ད་ནི་ཆུ་ནི་སྒྲོལ་མ་ལ་སོགས་ལྷ་མོ་ཞེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པས་དབང་གི་རྣམ་པར་དག་པ་གསུངས་ཏེ་འདིར་ཆུའི་དབང་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ནི་རླུང་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཁམས་ལྔ་རྣམ་པར་དག་ཅིང་སྒྲིབ་པ་མེད་པ་ཉིད་དོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ཅོད་པན་གྱི་དབང་ནི་རྣམ་པར་ཤེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཕུང་པོ་ལྔ་རྣམ་པར་དག་པའོ། །དཔའ་བོའི་དར་དཔྱངས་ཀྱི་དབང་ནི་ཕ་རོལ་དུ་ཕྱིན་པ་རྣམས་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པའི་དོན་དུ་སྦྱིན་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ནུས་མ་བཅུའོ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་དང་རྡོ་རྗེ་དྲིལ་བུའི་དབང་ནི་ལ་ལ་ནཱ་དང་ར་ས་ནཱ་རྣམ་པར་དག་པ་སྟེ་ཟླ་བ་དང་ཉི་མ་སྒྲིབ་པ་མེད་པ་ཉིད་དོ། །བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་ཀྱི་དབང་ནི་གཟུགས་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཡུལ་དང་མིག་ལ་སོགས་པའི་དབང་པོ་རྣམ་པར་དག་པ་སྟེ་ལྷའི་མིག་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ་འཇུག་པའོ། །མིང་གི་དབང་ནི་བྱམས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་སྦྱོར་བ་ཚངས་པའི་གནས་བཞིས་གནས་པ་ལ་དུས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་འདོད་ཆགས་དང་ཞེ་སྡང་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྣམ་པར་དག་པ་སྟེ་སྒྲིབ་པ་མེད་པ་ཉིད་དོ། །རྗེས་གནང་གི་དབང་ནི་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་དཔལ་མོ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་སྐོར་ཞིང་ཆོས་སྟོན་པའོ། །དེ་ཡང་སྲིད་པའི་འཇིགས་འཇོམས་ཏེ་གཞན་ལ་ཕན་པ་བྱེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །དུས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་རྗེས་སུ་རིག་པ་ནི་མི་འཕོ་བའི་བདེ་བ་རྗེས་སུ་རིག་པ་སྟེ་སྟོང་པ་ཉིད་སྟོན་པའོ་ཞེས་པ་ངེས་པའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་སྡིག་པའི་དྲི་མ་འཕྲོག་པའི་དབང་བསྐུར་བདུན་པོ་འདི་རྣམས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་ནི་ཡང་དག་རབ་སྦྱིན་བྱ་སྟེ། སློབ་དཔོན་གྱིས་སློབ་མ་རྣམས་ལའོ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་རྡོ་རྗེ་སློབ་དཔོན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དབང་བསྐུར་བདུན་སྦྱིན་པ་ལ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་ངེས་པའོ། །ད་ནི་དབང་ཞེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པས་དབང་བསྐུར་བའི་འབྲས་བུ་གསུངས་ཏེ། འདིར་དབང་བདུན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཆེན་པོར་མངོན་པར་དབང་བསྐུར་བར་གྱུར་པ་ན་དགེ་བའི་དབང་གིས་ས་བདུན་གྱི་ནི་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཉིད་དུ་འགྱུར། གལ་ཏེ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་བྱེད་ན་དེའི་ཚེ་ལུས་འདི་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ས་བདུན་གྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཉིད་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཅི་སྟེ་མི་དགེ་བ་བཅུ་དང་བྲལ་ཏེ་ཤི་བར་གྱུར་ན་དེའི་ཚེ་དེ་ནས་ད

Similarly, the crown empowerment is the purification of the five aggregates, such as consciousness. The hero's banner empowerment is for the perfection of the perfections, the ten powers of generosity, etc. The vajra and vajra bell empowerment is the purification of Lalana and Rasana, that is, the moon and sun are without obscuration. The conduct empowerment is the purification of objects such as form and faculties such as the eye, that is, entering into the divine eye, etc. The name empowerment is abiding in the four immeasurables with love, etc., and at all times, desire and hatred, etc., are purified, that is, without defilement. The subsequent permission empowerment is the Glorious Lady of Perfect Enlightenment turning the wheel of Dharma and teaching the Dharma. This is also to destroy the fear of existence, for the benefit of others. Following the Kalachakra is following the immutable bliss, that is, teaching emptiness, this is the definitive. Thus, these seven empowerments that remove the stains of sin should be properly bestowed in the mandala, the teacher bestowing them upon the disciples. With the vase and secret abhisheka, one is manifestly empowered, and one will surely enter into non-retrogression, etc. Here, the manifest empowerment with the vase and secret, etc., is due to the power of morality, becoming non-retrogressive and immovable, and the word "etc." indicates that one will become good wisdom. When immovable, stirring in the genitals, the bodhicitta is immovable, and good wisdom refers to the mind of great bliss. Here, if manifest empowerment is done with wisdom and knowledge, then with the power of the accumulation of morality, destroying the fear of existence, one will become Manjushri, which means one will become a cloud of Dharma, and the cloud of Dharma accomplishes the benefit of oneself and others with the rain of great bliss, this is certain. Thus, the accumulation of merit and morality that precedes is the accumulation of knowledge. After that, on the twelfth ground, the yogis are the Buddhas, this is the certainty of the Tathagatas. If due to the power of deception, which means due to entering the ten non-virtuous actions, if the root downfall that will be declared occurs, then here everything will become the suffering of hell, due to that power, etc., it is due to the power of reversal, this is certain. Now, with "fundamental transgression," etc., the purification of the fundamental transgressions is declared. Here, when the fundamental transgression that will be declared occurs, then those who abide in the seven empowerments will be purified by reciting mantras thirty-six thousand times. Having qualities means abiding in the vows not to commit them again. For those who abide in the vase and secret empowerment, when a fundamental transgression occurs, then if by the power of ascetic determination, which means by the power of the accumulation of merit and morality, one will be purified, and for that person, the teacher should give punishment with the determination of asceticism. For the higher empowerment, there is no purification, which means for the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge, when a fundamental transgression occurs, then there is no purification. What is the meaning? For that person, the teacher should not give such punishment, but rather
