Here, the vows such as taking life are of two kinds: the nature of outer and inner by direct meaning and definitive meaning. Among them, externally, the act of taking life as spoken by the Bhagavan refers to those who commit the five inexpiable sins, those who harm the Buddha's teachings, and those who break their vows. This is definitive, knowing these five inexpiable sins both before and after. Here, some who previously committed the five inexpiable sins later become virtuous, like the tyrant Ashoka and the Dharma King Ashoka. Therefore, harming them will lead to hell, because the mantra practitioner does not fully understand the actions of virtue and non-virtue. Therefore, until one possesses the five clairvoyances, the mantra practitioner should not engage in violent actions except for pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating. Similarly, lying, taking what is not given, stealing another's wife, relying on vows, showing intimacy to those of the same or different caste, and even giving away the entirety of one's body are for the benefit of others, not for oneself. This is definitive. Here, when one is about to die and is committing the five inexpiable sins, one should conceal it with the mantra previously practiced from the wrathful lineage and the samadhi of Akshobhya. This is the Bhagavan's direct meaning. Similarly, in order to visibly expel those who have fallen into the wrong path, one should speak false words, but not for oneself. Similarly, taking what is not given is for the purpose of averting going to the realm of the pretas, but not for oneself. Similarly, stealing another's wife is for the purpose of averting going to the animal realm, but not for oneself. In order to destroy the attachment to lineage, one should rely on vows such as the five ambrosias. Similarly, for the sake of accomplishing the siddhi of karma mudra, one should not slander women such as prostitutes. For the sake of accumulating merit, one should give great generosity. Thus, the sword lineage, the jewel lineage, the lotus lineage, and the wheel.

When mantras are accomplished and become powerful for things like hand gestures and curved knives, the yogi should do all of these, but not become like a worldly laughingstock. This is the meaning of the provisional. Now, the definitive meaning will be spoken. Here, stopping the life of one's own body is killing. Regarding the Vajra family, it should be prohibited at the crown of the head. That killing causes the yogi's semen to rise upwards. For the sword, untrue words, here untrue words means unstable words. With the meaning of the provisional and the definitive, simultaneously speaking the Dharma to all sentient beings in the language of all sentient beings, and that sound is the indestructible sound engraved in the heart, this is the definitive. Regarding the Jewel family, it says to steal the wealth of others, here others refers to Vajrasattva. His wealth is the jewel, the wish-fulfilling jewel. Stealing it refers to the Jewel family, that is, the position of the eighth ground in the throat, this is the definitive. Regarding the supreme Lotus family, it says to steal another's woman, here another's woman refers to Mahamudra, stealing her means stealing another's woman. Stealing it refers to the supreme Lotus family, that is, the position of the tenth ground on the forehead, the semen rises upwards. Liquor and lamps, all the Buddhas and good places should be relied upon in the wheel. Here, liquor refers to co-emergent joy. Lamps refers to Gokula etc., that is, the five inner senses. The Buddhas refers to the five ambrosias. Relying on the wheel means relying on the navel lotus, relying on it means eating it. Not excreting feces, urine, and semen externally, this is the definitive meaning. For young women and so on, do not use the curved knife, that is, do not denigrate the secret lotus (referring to the female genitalia). In the lotus of space, that is, stirring in the place of generation, the celibacy of not transferring semen externally is the definitive meaning. For the sake of sentient beings, one should give, together with wealth, sons, wives, and so on, completely giving one's own body for the sake of the accumulation of merit. Likewise, for the accumulation of discipline, do not denigrate the lotus of space of women. Therefore
