Again, it is the same. Constant things and annihilated things do not exist; where these do not exist is the Vajra-holder, that is, the completely pure mind. This is its meaning. The mind of samsara and nirvana is certain. Now, from "Thus it is" etc., speech is proclaimed. In the order of such proclamation, one becomes the speaker of existence and the doer, without a speaker and without self. The Bhagavan is the nature of a completely pure mind, neither existent nor non-existent, neither existent nor non-existent. Not the nature of both, nor the non-nature of both, the sole teacher of the three realms is not the doer. Having attained the omniscient first Buddha, the nature of all wisdom, the nature of all aspects of wisdom, the nature of the path wisdom, the nature of the aspect of the path wisdom. Revered by the three realms, possessing the wheel of time, possessing the bliss without outflows, possessing all aspects of Dharma, possessing the wheel of time, not the pervader. Why? Because from there, even Brahma, the pervader, the fierce ones, Especially seek refuge at the lotus feet of whom, I prostrate to that wheel of time. This is the nature of Manjushri. The best of victors, without qualities, without conceptual thought, is the characteristic previously stated. This is the definitive understanding of the speaker of emptiness. Now, from "peaceful" etc., birth is proclaimed by the power of thought at the end of death. In this samsara, sentient beings, by the power of their own karma, have thoughts of courage, qualities, etc. From that thought arises. Here, at the time of death, by the power of virtuous deeds, it turns into a peaceful thought. It is the nature of the qualities of courage. When that thought arises, one will become a god after death. The so-called "lord of men" is a name for Zla-ba bzang-po (Moon Good). By the power of non-virtue, it turns into a fierce thought. It is the nature of the qualities of darkness. For that thought of darkness, one will become hell. By the power of medium non-virtue, a thought of dust arises. Having become that thought of dust, one will become an animal after death. The best one on earth, humans are mixed. Virtue and non-virtue mixed will become human. Self-arising is of three kinds, namely dust, darkness, and courage mixed with each other.

This is about the explanation of it. Here, those with abundant mental strength are the excellent pretas. Those with abundant dust are the middling ones. Those with abundant darkness are the inferior ones. The Asuras are included within the gods. Similarly, people with abundant mental strength are those who possess happiness. Those with abundant dust possess both happiness and suffering. Those with abundant darkness constantly possess suffering. Similarly, in all places such as the heavens, sentient beings also experience immeasurable ripening of karmic results due to the power of their own karma. Therefore, at the time of death, whatever thought is remembered in the mind, that person will truly be born there, this is the reason for the arising of thought. Now, with phrases such as "the gods themselves," the distinctions of gods and so forth are explained. Here, the excellent place of the gods, in the heavens, changes through the eight distinctions of the gods themselves, namely, meditating on the exhaustion of earth, the exhaustion of water, the inexhaustible, the exhaustion of wind, the exhaustion of space, the exhaustion of the moon, the exhaustion of the sun, the exhaustion of Rahu, as well as the power of merit from generosity and so forth, and completely abandoning the ten non-virtuous actions, it changes through the eight distinctions of the gods themselves. The human self is one, being the nature of the six elements as they are. Animals and so forth are also in the form of water repositories, being four forms of the nature of the six elements. In the hell realms, hell itself is likewise one, arising from the imprints of the six elements, similar to a dream. The Asura self is included within the gods. The preta self is included within hell, because it is close to experiencing suffering. The eight kinds, one kind, four kinds, and one kind of birth, in these fourteen places, the so-called "place of corpses," in the six realms, beings, the dharmata of the alaya-vijnana, revolve, being firmly bound by the ropes of karma, countless beings are not liberated from the ropes of karma, nor do they go to the blissful state of supreme liberation. The distinctions of gods and so forth are determined by the power of sentient beings' thoughts. Now, with phrases such as "aggregates," the causes of bondage are explained. In this cycle of the six realms, life, that is, the dharmata of the alaya-vijnana, is bound and revolves. Bound by what? By the aggregates, that is,
