The downward-moving air flows below the navel. The equal-dwelling air is located on the eastern petal's channel, Nama, and is the remaining deity. The upward-moving air is located on the fire petal, on the tongue with channels. The pervasive air is located on the southern petal, on the red-yellow channel. The dragon is located on the unreal petal, on the king channel. The turtle is located on the water petal, on the victory channel. The crab is located on the wind petal, on the Alambusha channel. The god-given is located on the northern petal, on the Ida channel. The victorious over wealth is located on the free petal, on the Kuha channel. The life air is located on the Sushumna channel. The downward-moving air, with the number of directions, whoever causes the mind of enlightenment to leak with a conch-like container, that is the remaining deity, thus the ten kinds of air, with the distinction of karma, truly dwell in the wheel of channels. All these life airs, etc., pervade the seventy-two thousand channels, yet eight are born in eight positions. Smoky, boundless Ida, etc., all the lotus channel wheels in one's own heart, called the birthplace of the equal-dwelling ones, etc., is the determination of the heart wheel. Now, starting from the life air, etc., the functions of the life air, etc., are explained, here in the body, the life air acts as strength with life air. When located on the path of the sun and moon, the path of the sun is red-yellow or Rasana. The path of the moon is Ida or Lalana, being located on its path is dwelling. Also, it is the connection of words. All food and drink, that is, having eaten the six tastes and drunk water, etc., all these are guided downward by the downward-moving air, this is the scripture. All tastes are equal, that is, between the same tastes, the body is called equal-dwelling air.
