White light is the intestines. The moon is the pulse, the soft realms. Mountain refers to, Vajra Mountain is the nails of the feet and hands. Cool Mountain is the bones of the hand. Drona is the bones of the near arm. Jewel Light is the bones of the arm. Nishata is the bones of the foot. Mandara Mountain is the bones of the thigh. Blue Light is the bones of the thigh, these seven mountains are the hard realms. The eighth, Mount Meru, is the spine of the body, starting from the hips and ending at the shoulders, determined to be the realms of the three natures of wet, soft, and hard. The square stove at the navel is the fire of combustibles, that is, the fire of eating meat, this is the determination that the light gradually increases, burns every day, and also on the stove in the corner of the reservoir. Above these, there are other stainless fires, radiating light, the body of wisdom is the end of darkness. The secret lotus and the forehead lotus are inseparable, in a place where the sun and lightning cannot touch.
