ར་གནས་པར་རིག་པར་བྱའོ། །ཆུ་གཏེར་ནམ་མཁའ་དག་དང༌། ཟླ་བའི་གྲངས་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བཞི་ནི་བླ་མའི་ཆུ་ཚོད་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་ཏེ། རྒྱུ་བའི་དབྱེ་བས་རྣམ་པར་ཕྱེ་བ་དག་གནས་བཅུ་བཞི་ལ་འགྱུར་བ་ནི་ཆུ་ཚོད་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་དེ་ལས་གནས་གཉིས་དག་ལ་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་ཚད་དང༌། གནས་དང་པོ་ལ་བཅུ་སྟེ། གཉིས་པ་ལ་ཡང་བཅུའོ། །དགུ་ནོར་དུས་ཞེས་པ་ནི་གསུམ་པ་ལ་དགུའོ། །བཞི་པ་ལ་བརྒྱད་དོ། །ལྔ་པ་ལ་དྲུག་གོ །དྲུག་ལག་པ་ཟླ་བ་དག་དང་ཞེས་པ་ནི། དྲུག་པ་ལ་དྲུག་གོ །བདུན་པ་ལ་གཉིས་སོ། །བརྒྱད་པ་ལ་གཅིག་གོ །རྩ་བར་ནི་ཕྱེད་ཕྱི་མ་ལ་མེ་དྲུག་བུག་པ་དང་ནི་དྲག་པོ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་དགུ་པ་ལ་གསུམ་མོ། །བཅུ་པ་ལ་དྲུག་གོ །བཅུ་གཅིག་པ་ལ་དགུའོ། །བཅུ་གཉིས་པ་ལ་བཅུ་གཅིག་གོ །མི་བདག་ཐུབ་པ་རྣམས་ཏེ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་བཅུ་གསུམ་པ་ལ་བཅུ་དྲུག་གོ །གནས་བཅུ་བཞི་པ་ལ་བདུན་ནོ། །རྒྱུ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་རིམ་པས་སོ་ཞེས་པ་ནི། དེ་ལྟར་བཟའ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་རྐང་པའི་ཆུ་ཚོད་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་གོ་རིམས་ཇི་ལྟ་བས་རིག་པར་བྱའོ། །མྱུར་ཞེས་པ་ནི་མྱུར་བའི་རྒྱུ་བ་སྟེ། གཟའ་ཤར་བའི་ཕྱེད་སྔ་མ་ལའོ། །དལ་བ་ཡང་ཕྱེད་ཕྱི་མ་ལའོ། །འཁྱོག་པོ་ནི་རིམ་པ་མིན་པས་ཕྱེད་སྔ་མ་ལའོ། །ཡང་ཡིག་གིས་འབྱུང་བ་ནི་རིམ་པ་མིན་པའི་ཕྱེད་ཕྱི་མ་ལའོ། །གཟའི་ཚོགས་ནི་ངེས་པར་ཉི་མའི་དབྱེ་བ་དག་གིས་ཏེ། ཉི་མ་ལས་རྣམ་པར་དག་པའི་དབྱེ་བས་རྒྱུ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །དྲུག་དང་ཟླ་བ་ཆུ་གཏེར་གྲངས་ཞེས་པ་ནི་བཞི་བརྒྱ་བཅུ་དྲུག་གི་ཚོགས་ཏེ། འདི་དག་ནི་པ་སངས་ཏེ་དཀར་པོའི་གནས་བཅུ་བཞི་ལ་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ལས་ཆུ་ཚོད་རྣམས་གནས་གསུམ་དག་ལ་ཉི་ཤུ་ལྔ་སྟེ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་དང་པོའི་གནས་ལ་ཉི་ཤུ་ལྔ་སྟེ། གཉིས་པ་དང༌། གསུམ་པ་ལ་ཡང་ངོ༌། །གཉིས་ནི་རྒྱལ་བ་ཞེས་དང༌། བཞི་པ་ལ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་བཞི་སྟེ་ལྔ་ལ་ཡང་དེ་བཞིན་ནོ། །ལག་མིག་རྣམ་པ་གཉིས་ཞེས་པ་ནི་དྲུག་པ་ལ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཉིས་ཏེ་བདུན་པ་ལ་ཡང་ངོ༌། །སྐྱོན་དང་ཚེས་དང་བརྒྱད་དེ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་བརྒྱད་པ་ལ་བཅྭ་བརྒྱད་དོ། །དགུ་པ་ལ་བཅྭ་ལྔའོ། །བཅུ་པ་ལ་བརྒྱད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་རྩ་བར་ཕྱེད་ཕྱི་མ་ལ་དྲུག་དང་ནམ་མཁའ་ཡོན་ཏན་དག་དང་ཞེས་པ་ནི་བཅུ་གཅིག་པ་ལ་དྲུག་གོ །བཅུ་གཉིས་པ་ལ་སུམ་ཅུའོ། །བཅུ་གསུམ་པ་ལ་གཅིག་གིས་དམན་པའི་བརྒྱའོ། །མཐར་བཅུ་བཞི་པ་ལ་མེ་དང་རི་ཡི་གྲངས་ཞེས་པ་བདུན་ཅུ་རྩ་གསུམ་མོ། །བརྟན་པ་སྲིད་པའི་གནས་ལ་སྟེ་གནས་བཅུ་བཞི་ལ་པ་སངས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུ་བ་རིམ་པས་རྟོགས་པར་བྱའོ། །ཉི་མའི་བུ་ལ་དྲུག་དང་འབྱུང་བའི་གྲངས། སྤེན་པའི་གནས་བཅུ་བཞི་ལ་ཆུ་ཚོད་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་ལྔ་བཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་ཏུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ལས་དྲུག་དང་འབྱུང་བ་དག་དང་འབྱུང་བ་རིག་བྱེད་ཅེས་པ་ནི་གནས་དང་པོ་ལ་དྲུག་གོ །གཉིས་པ་ལ་ལྔ་སྟེ་གསུམ་པ་ལ་ཡང་ངོ༌། །བཞི་པ་ལ་བཞིའོ། །ཆུ་གཏེར་མིག་དང་ཞེས་པ་ནི་ལྔ་པ་ལ་བཞིའོ། །དྲུག་པ་ལ་གཉིས་སོ། །བདུན་པ་ཟུང་ཞེས་པ་གཉིས་སོ། །བརྒྱད་པ་ལ་སྟོང་པའོ། །དེ་ནས་རྩ་བར་ཕྱེད་ཕྱི་མ་ལ་ཕྱོགས་དང་རིག་བྱེད་དག་དང་འབྱུང་བ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་དགུ་པ་ལ་གཉིས་སོ། །བཅུ་པ་ལ་བཞིའོ། །བཅུ་གཅིག་པ་ལ་ལྔའོ། །རོ་དང་ནོར་དང་རྩེ་མོ་ཅན་ཞེས་པ་ནི་བཅུ་གཉིས་པ་ལ་དྲུག་གོ །བཅུ་གསུམ་པ་ལ་བརྒྱད་དོ། །བཅུ་བཞི་པ་ལ་ཆུ་ཚོད་གསུམ་སྟེ་སྤེན་པའི་གནས་བཅུ་བཞི་ལ་རིམ་པས་གཞག་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་གཟའ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ནི་རྒྱུ་བ་མཐའ་དག་དུས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་དག་ལས་ཤིན་ཏུ་ངེས་པར་འགྱུར་ཞེས་པ་ནི་དབུ་མའི་ལོ་བརྒྱའི་དབུགས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་ལ་དུས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ་གཟའ་རྣམས་འཆར་བའི་རྒྱུ་བའི་ཆུ་ཚོད་ཀྱི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དོ། །ད་ནི་དལ་བའི་བྱ་བ་ལ་སྐྱེ་བའི་ཁྱིམ་གྱི་ཆུ་ཚོད་དལ་བའི་རྐང་པ་རྣམས་གསུངས་པ་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་ཅེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྟེ། སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་ཕྱེད་བཅས་ཟླ་བ་ནི་ལོ་གསུམ་གྱི་ཟླ་བ་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་དང་ཕྱོགས་གསུམ་ལས་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་བཟུང་བ་སྟེ་ངེས་པར་ཞེས་པ་གདོན་མི་ཟ་བར་རོ། །ནོར་གྱིས་བསྒྱུར་བ་དག་ཅེས་པ་ལ་སྒྲ་དང་རེག་དང་གཟུགས་དང་རོ་དང་དྲི་དང་སྙིང་སྟོབས་དང་རྡུལ་དང་མུན་པ་ནི་ཡོན་ ཏན་བརྒྱད་དེ་ཡོན་ཏན་བརྒྱད་པོ་འདི་དག་གིས་བསྒྱུར་བ་དག་ནི་གཟའ་ལྔ་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དལ་བའི་བྱ་བ་ལ་རྐང་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མིག་བུག་མིག་གི་གྲངས་ནི་ཁྱིམ་གྱི་ཆུ་ཚོད་གཉིས་བརྒྱ་དགུ་བཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་གྲངས་སུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ལས་རབ་ཏུ་གསལ་བར་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གནས་དྲུག་གི་ཕྱེད་སྔ་མ་དང་ཕྱེད་ཕྱི་མ་ལ་རིམ་པ་དང་རིམ་པ་མིན་པས་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ཉིད་བཅྭ་བརྒྱད་རི་དག་བརྟན་པ་ས་ཡི་བུ་ཡི་ཕྱི་མ་ཕྱེད་དང་སྔ་མའི་ཆ་ལ་སྟེ། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ཕྱོགས་རི་མེ་ནི་གཟའ་ལག་གིའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་དབང་ཕྱུག་དགུ་མེ་བླ་མའི་སྔ་ཆ་དང་གཞན་གྱི་ཆ་ལ་ཡང་ངོ༌། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་དཀར་པོའི་མདའ་དང་ཆུ་གཏེར་ཟླ་བའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་སྤེན་པ་ཡི་ཡང་མིག་བཅས་མིག་དང་ཉིན་ཞག་དུས་སུ་འགྱུར་ཏེ་རིམ་པ་འདི་ནི་སྔར་བརྗོད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ལྟར་དུས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་ཟླ་བའི་ཡོངས་སུ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་པ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་བསྒྱུར་བ་ལས་དྲུག་ཅུའི་ཆ་ཤས་ནི་ཁྱིམ་གྱི་རྐང་པའི་ཆུ་ཚོད་དུ་རིག་པར་བྱའོ། །ད་ནི་ཟླ་བ་ཞེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ལ་སོགས་པ་གཟའ་ལྔ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཁྱིམ་གསུམ་ཡོངས་སུ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་པ་ལས་ལོ་གསུམ་གྱི་ཉིན་ཞག་དང་མཚུངས་པའི་ཆུ་ཚོད་ཡོངས་སུ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་པར་གསུངས་པ། ཟླ་བ་ལ་ནི་ས་སྐྱེས་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཆུ་ཚོད་དགུ་བཅུ་དག་སྟེ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ལ་གྲགས་པ་སྟེ་རང་གི་ངོ་བོས་ནི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ཆས་ཐོབ་པའི་ཆུ་ཚོད་རྣམས་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཟླ་བར་ཡང་ཕྱེད་དང་བཅས་པའི་ཉིན་ཞག་སུམ་ཅུས་འགྱུར་རོ། །གྲུབ་པའི་མཐའི་ཚད་དེས་ཕུར་བུ་དང་སྤེན་པའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཉི་མ་ལ་རྣམ་པར་སྦྱོང་བ་གསུམ་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཆུ་ཚོད་དགུ་བཅུར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཞེས་པ་ནི་གྲུབ་པའི་མཐའོ། །ལྔ་དང་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཟླ་བའི་གྲངས་པ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་སྟེ་མི་རིགས་སོ་ཞེ་ན། གྲུབ་པའི་མཐའ་ཚད་མ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །གང་གི་ཕྱིར་ཉི་མའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཀྱིས་པ་སངས་ལ་རྣམ་པ་སྦྱངས་པ་ལས་པ་སངས་སུ་འགྱུར་བ་དེས་ན་པ་སངས་ཀྱི་ཟླ་བའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཀྱི་ཆུ་ཚོད་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་ནི་བརྒྱ་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་ལྔ་སྟེ་གཟའ་ལག་གི་ཡང་དེ་བཞིན་ནོ། །དེ་དག་གཅིག་ཏུ་བསྡུས་པ་མཁའ་རོ་བསྲེག་ཟ་སྟེ་ལྔ་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཆུ་ཚོད་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་སུམ་བརྒྱ་དྲུག་ཅུར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འདི་དག་ཟླ་བ་གསུམ་གྱིས་ལོའི་ཉིན་ཞག་བུ་ལོན་ཆུ་ཚོད་དེ་ཆུ་ ཚོད་སྟོང་བརྒྱད་ཅུའོ། །ལོངས་སྤྱོད་འདི་ནི་གསུམ་གྱི་འོ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་འཇམ་དཔལ་གྱིས་ཚིག་ཟུར་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པའི་མཐའ་གསུངས་པའོ། །ཟླ་བར་བླ་མའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དུ་འགྱུར་ཞེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་གྲུབ་པའི་མཐའི་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་འདི་ནི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་གྲགས་པ་ཉམས་པར་བྱ་བའི་དོན་དུ་ཚིག་ཟུར་གྱི་དོན་གསུངས་པའོ། །འདིར་ཕྱོགས་གསུམ་པོ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་དག་ནི་མཇུག་རིངས་འཆར་བའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དང་འབྲེལ་བར་གཟའ་ལྔ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རྩ་བའི་གྲུབ་པའི་མཐའ་ལས་གསུངས་སོ། །དེའི་ཕྱིར་དེ་དག་ཕུར་བུ་དང་སྤེན་པའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ལ་སྦྱིན་པར་མི་བྱའོ། །ད་ནི་སྒྲ་གཅན་གྱི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ལས་མཇུག་རིངས་ཀྱི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་གསུངས་པ་ཟླ་གཅིག་ཅེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྟེ། འདིར་སྔར་གྱི་དལ་བའི་བྱ་བ་ལ་ཟླ་བ་ཕྱེད་དང་བཅས་པའི་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་གི་ལྷག་མའི་ཟླ་བ་གང་ཞིག་གཟའ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མ་སྤྱད་པའི་ཟླ་བ་དེ་ཉིད་ཡོན་ཏན་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་བསྒྱུར་ཏེ་དེ་ལས་དྲུག་ཅུའི་ཆས་ཆུ་ཚོད་བརྒྱད་གཟུང་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་དག་ལས་ཆུ་ཚོད་ཕྱེད་དང་བཅས་པའི་བདུན་ནི་སྒྲ་གཅན་གྱི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དེ་འདི་ཉིད་ལ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་ཉི་མའི་ཟླ་བའི་ཚད་ལའོ། །སྒྲ་གཅན་ཟླ་བའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཉི་མ་དང་བཅས་ཟླ་བའི་རྐང་པ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་ཉི་མའི་སྙིང་སྟོབས་དང་རྡུལ་དང་མུན་པ་སྟེ་རྐང་པ་གསུམ་མོ། །ཟླ་བའི་དྲི་དང་རོ་དང་གཟུགས་དང་རེག་དང་སྒྲའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཏེ་རྐང་པ་ལྔའོ། །རྐང་པ་བརྒྱད་པོ་འདི་དག་ནི་སྒྲ་གཅན་གྱི་ཆུ་ཚོད་ཕྱེད་དང་བཅས་པའི་བདུན་གྱི་རང་བཞིན་ནོ། །ལྷག་མ་ཆུ་ཚོད་ཕྱེད་ནི་མུན་པ་མེད་པའི་རང་བཞིན་ཏེ་དེས་དམན་པ་ནི་ཆུ་ཚོད་ཕྱེད་ཀྱིས་རྣམ་པར་དམན་པའོ། །ཉི་མའི་བགྲོད་པ་དང་པོ་ལ་གསུམ། ཆུ་སྲིན་གྱི་འཕོ་བའི་ཕྱོགས་དང་པོ་ལ་ཆུ་ཚོད་གསུམ་སྟེ་སྙིང་སྟོབས་དང་རྡུལ་དང་མུན་པའི་བདག་ཉིད་ནོར་གྱི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ཀ་རྐ་ཊའི་ཕྱོགས་དང་པོ་ལ་བུ་ལོན་གྱི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དོ། །ཟླ་བ་མྱོས་བྱེད་ཉིན་ཞག་དག་ལ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་གནས་སུ་བཅུ་བཞིའི་ཆའི་ལྷག་མ་ཉིན་ཞག་དང་པོ་སྟེ་རྐང་པ་དང་པོ་འམ་བཅུ་གསུམ་པ་ལ་ཟླ་བའི་ཆུ་ཚོད་ལྔ་སྟེ་ཡོན་ཏན་ལྔའི་བདག་ཉིད་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །གང་ཞིག་མ་སྤྱད་ཕྱེད་ཀྱི་ཆུ་ཚོད་ཅེས་པ་ནི་སྒྲ་གཅན་གྱིས་མ་སྤྱད་པའོ། །དུས་ཀྱི་ཉིན་ཞག་དུས་ལ་སྟེ་ཉིན་ཞག་དྲུག་ཅུ་རྩ་བཞི་ལ་དེ་ ནི་ཆ་དམན་ཟླ་བ་སྟེ་ཟླ་བའི་ཆ་ཉམས་པའོ་ཞེས་པའི་དོན་ཏོ། །དེ་ནི་ཉི་མའི་ལྷག་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ་ཉི་མའི་ཆུ་ཚོད་གཉིས་སུ་གྱུར་ནས་ཉིན་ཞག་སོ་སོར་ལྷག་སྟེ་དུས་ཀྱིས་བསྒྱུར་བ་རིག་བྱེད་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཚེས་གྲངས་བསྒྱུར་ཞེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པས་སོ། །གང་ཞིག་ཟླ་བའི་ནང་དུ་ཉིན་ཞག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པ་དེ་ཉིད་ནི་ལྷག་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ་ཉི་མའི་ཟླ་བ་སྟེ་འཕོ་བའི་ཟླ་བ་ལ་ཉིན་ཞག་གཅིག་ལྷག་པ་དེ་ཉིད་དབུ་མའི་ཡན་ལག་ཏུ་རིག་པར་བྱའོ། །སྒྲ་གཅན་ཟླ་བའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་མིག་གིས་རྣམ་པར་བསྒྱུར་ཏེ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་སྒྲ་གཅན་གྱི་དུས་ཀྱི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཆུ་ཚོད་བཅྭ་ལྔ་ལ་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དག་གིས་བགོས་པ་ལས་ཏེ་རྐང་པས་དམན་པའི་བཞིས་ཐོབ་པ་དག་ནི་མཇུག་རིངས་ཀྱི་ཆུ་ཚོད་བཞི་སྟེ་ཉིན་ཞག་སོ་སོའི་དུས་སུའོ། །སླར་ཡང་སྒྲ་གཅན་གྱི་ཟླ་བའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ལས། །ཆུ་སྲད་བདུན་དང་ཕྱེད་ཕྲོགས་ཏེ་ཆུ་སྲང་བདུན་དང་དབུགས་གསུམ་པོ་འདི་དག་ཡོན་ཏན་གསུམ་གྱིས་བསྒྱུར་བ་ནི་ཕྱེ་དང་བཅས་པའི་ཆུ་སྲང་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཉིས་སུ་འགྱུར་ཏེ་བྱེད་པ་བརྗོད་པར་འདོད་པས་སོ།
