What is called the power of inherent qualities is the power of the qualities of the element (dhātu). The remaining movements, i.e., those arising from the three movements, etc., have no power. When moving quickly, it faces east; all the constellations move quickly, and in the first half, they face east. Again, when they deeply enter into curved motion, they clearly turn to the other side, i.e., clearly turn to the west. Slowly, in the latter half of the order, it faces south. It also appears due to the power of its own movement, and also in the non-sequential latter half, it faces north; this word is to manifest sound, it is the meaning of the power of the earth.
