"This year" refers to the year the Tathagata taught the Dharma. Six hundred years from that year, in the land north of the Sita River called Shambhala, the one called Fame, this is a statement of prophecy, referring to the clear appearance of the great Manjushri Fame, meaning he will take on an incarnate body. "Then, after the hundred years of the dragon," refers to after Fame passes away, from the year of the dragon, after eight hundred years, it will definitely happen. Without a doubt, in the land of the sky where the barbarian religion prevails, the land of the sky south of the Sita River, adorned with millions of villages, the non-divine Dharma of the Tajik barbarians will prevail. In that era of the barbarians, people will recognize the manifestation of few actions in the world. The so-called "tenets completely decline" refers to the tenets of Brahma, the Sun God, the naked ones, and the matted hair wearers. The complete decline of these four is the complete decline of the tenets. The so-called "all foundations" refers to where all non-Buddhist tenets enter. The foundation refers to the land south of the Sita River. In places like Shambhala, the Buddhist tenets do not completely decline. The so-called "the Kalachakra union will appear" refers to the barbarian religion. Combining with their tenets is the Kalachakra union that will appear. The so-called "Kalachakra union" refers to the seventh in the sense of the fifth. The so-called "tenets completely decline, therefore few actions manifest," the "ma" and "angu" are suffixes. If actions and so on are clear, then the established tenets will not be degraded, because the planets are accomplished even through actions. On days when traveling north, by fully observing the shadows, the sun is not seen to be pure in other actions as well. If there is no pure shadow when traveling north, then the sun's enjoyment is not pure. Because the sun's enjoyment is not pure, the moon's enjoyment is also not pure. Similarly, auspiciousness and so on are also cultivated through the sun's enjoyment, and because the sun's enjoyment is not pure, their enjoyment is also not pure. Thus, because the planets' enjoyment is not pure, the fruits of the planets, Jataka tales, and so on of the heretics are meaningless. Here, if the movement of the planets in the established tenets is to be accomplished by women and children, then children and others will quickly understand the planets. Therefore, the malicious heretics born from jealousy deliberated, saying, "If all women and children and so on come to know the movement of the planets, then who will respect us?" Therefore, they hid the established tenets and performed tantric actions and so on. Thus, they hid the established tenets and elucidated the tantric actions and so on, so that children, seeing unpleasant things, would flee far away and would not take up the name of astrology. In the tantras, there are many collections of days and nights, and in the actions, there are elaborations of the four activities such as slow and fast. Thus, due to the power of time, the certainty of actions is not clear. Precisely because it is not clear, the sun's enjoyment is not pure. Because the sun's enjoyment is not pure, the enjoyment of all the planets becomes impure. Here, the actions and so on that the malicious heretics arranged in order to prevent others from knowing, due to the power of time, they themselves will not fully understand, because they harmed others.
