That time is certain for practice, starting from the year of the Kula-kula. "Rabjung and others have passed" means that the first of the sixty years is Rabjung, those are Rabjung and others, and from those, the year before the current year is Rabjung and others that have passed. Adding those to the sum of three hundred and four will completely become the year of the Kula-kula. Starting with one year, as many sixty years as there are, that many Rabjung and others that have passed will be mixed. That year is very famous for all other practices, just like the sun.
