It should be declared that the earth possesses the nature of the four wisdoms and the nature of the six lineages. What the Bhagavan taught with the twenty-three letters beginning with "Omniscient" is the indivisibility of emptiness and compassion, the great bliss of the vajra of the mind of enlightenment. Here, the sound of the lion throne represents all aspects of the realm of space, that is, residing on that lion throne. Buddha means Vajrasattva. Yoga means great meaning, which is supremely immutable. To praise the great mandala of the Vajradhatu in the Truly Named, this yoga is truly declared in fourteen verses. Thus, the Buddha, the Bhagavan, the perfect Buddha, arises from A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanized: a, Literal Meaning: A). A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanized: a, Literal Meaning: A) is the most excellent of all letters, it is the great sacred letter. The great life is unborn, it has abandoned speech, it is the root of all speech, it clearly reveals all words. And so on, until "The protector is the great supreme lineage, the lama is the supreme of the great secret mantra, abiding in the way of the Great Vehicle, is the supreme of the way of the Great Vehicle." Ending with this, for all the kings of tantras, it should be truly declared according to the intentions of small, medium, and great beings. Similarly, with the fourteen letters beginning with "Emptiness Wisdom," declaring the nature of the six lineages, also in the Truly Named, the two verses praising the wisdom of accomplishment are truly summarized and spoken, namely: The secret mantra is the generator of all meanings, the great bindu is without letters, the great emptiness is five letters, the bindu emptiness is six letters. Therefore, since the Dharma is taught by infinite names, the king of tantras taught by Thus I have heard, etc., is spoken by the Tathagata. One should not say that what is taught by "Secret" etc. and "Omniscient" etc. is not spoken by the Tathagata, one should not say so, for if one finds fault with one's own tenets and the tenets of others, one will incur the sixth root downfall.

Therefore, one should understand the connection between the earlier and later parts of other tantras in order to recognize the qualities and faults. In another case, evil teachers who have turned away from the essence of the Tathagata, who are attached to enjoying objects and senses, and who speak falsely, will go to Avici hell because they cling to unseen faults. Thus, the order of speaking, with the holy scriptures and reasoning, without contradicting the earlier and later, the all-knowing one, etc., was truly taught by the Supreme King of Tantras, the Supreme First Buddha, the Bhagavan. Here, some may wonder, isn't the all-knowing one the same as the Buddha Bhagavan? Because the two names refer to the same entity. The repeated word 'Buddha,' for what purpose did the Bhagavan speak it? Therefore, it should be explained. Here, it is true that the all-knowing one is the Buddha Bhagavan. However, since others such as Vishnu and Shiva are also considered all-knowing by childish beings, in order to clarify their all-knowingness, it is said that the all-knowing one is the Buddha Bhagavan. Because in these three realms, among Vishnu and Shiva, etc., there is no other all-knowing one who teaches all dharmas in the language of all sentient beings. Here, if asked why there is no all-knowing one among them who teaches all dharmas in the language of all sentient beings, it should be answered that Vishnu and Shiva, etc., are born in the realm of gods in this cycle of the six realms, while the Buddha Bhagavan abides at the ultimate end beyond samsara. Here, in the praise of the extremely pure realm of dharma, which the Tathagata truly proclaims with names, the thirteenth verse states: 'Having reached the far shore of samsara, having done what was to be done, abiding on dry land, only wisdom is clearly manifest, completely destroying with the sword of wisdom.' Therefore, the all-knowing one is the Buddha Bhagavan, the word Buddha is...

It will not become a repetitive word. Is not that which is all-knowing the wisdom body? What is the purpose of the Blessed One repeating the wisdom body? That should be stated. Here, that which is all-knowing is the wisdom body, that is true. However, there are other Buddhas, also Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. In order to exclude those perfectly enlightened Buddhas, the Blessed One repeated that the all-knowing wisdom body is the perfectly enlightened Buddha, the wisdom body of the Blessed One. Here, among the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, there is no one who has become a wisdom body, a perfectly enlightened Buddha. Here, why is it that among the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, there is no one who has become a perfectly enlightened Buddha? It should be stated that here, the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas are dwelling in the Nirvana with remainder, and the perfectly enlightened Buddha is liberated from all remainders. As the Blessed One said in the praise of the individual self-realization wisdom that correctly proclaims the names, with eleven verses: "Liberated from all remainders, well-established on the path of the sky, holding the great wish-fulfilling jewel, is the supreme of all precious lords." Therefore, the Blessed One repeated that the all-knowing wisdom body is the perfectly enlightened Buddha, the wisdom body of the Blessed One. Is not that which is the wisdom body the body of the sun that destroys the darkness of ignorance? Someone might say, what is the purpose of the Blessed One repeating the body of the sun? For that reason, it should be stated that here, that which is the wisdom body is the body of the sun that destroys the darkness of ignorance, this statement is indeed true. However, there are other Buddhas who also speak of consciousness-only. In order to exclude those consciousness-only dharmata, the wisdom body, the body of the sun, is the perfectly enlightened Buddha who transcends the consciousness-only dharmata.
