The Bhagavan Kalachakra, which abides in the nature of five aggregates, is to be spoken of here. The collection of chapters that reveals this, the King of Tantras, is to be elucidated. The relationship between these things to be spoken of and the elucidator, which is the characteristic of the thing to be spoken of and the elucidator, is connection. What is to be spoken of is the Bhagavan Kalachakra, abiding in the nature of five chapters, and the elucidator is the nature of the five chapters that elucidate Kalachakra. Furthermore, the first Buddha, the Bhagavan, is the thing to be spoken of, and the elucidator is that which elucidates the first Buddha, which is called the characteristic of the thing to be spoken of and the elucidator, which is the connection between the thing to be spoken of and the elucidator. Then, having entered the mandala, the purpose of accomplishing the accumulation of merit by bestowing the worldly empowerment is the necessity. By bestowing the fourth empowerment of great wisdom that transcends the world, obtaining the siddhi of the great mudra without lineage, the purpose of accomplishing the accumulation of merit and wisdom is the necessity of the necessity. Having clearly seen these characteristics of the things to be spoken of, etc., for those who are uncertain and need to be tamed, with the thought of their own minds, it is said: "Certainty" refers to the supreme discipline of the Shravakas, the discipline of morality that is separate from enjoying the five desires, and being separate from that is uncertainty. The thought of their own minds is the desire to enjoy the five desires. Similarly, the desire for the great bliss of the two organs is the thought of the minds of those who are uncertain. With this thought of one's own mind, the fruit of Buddhahood itself is fully given in this life, that is, the King of Tantras fully gives the fruit of Buddhahood itself in this life in human birth. It is not so for the beings of the five realms, such as gods. Why is that? Because they are not born by karma. Here, even the gods and others, having obtained human birth, will be given the fruit of Buddhahood. This is the certainty of the Bhagavan. It is said to the person who has the accumulation of merit and wisdom and the nature of the six elements, the great person.

Alternatively, the Tathagata believes that it is impossible for a person with bad karma to attain Buddhahood in this lifetime. If someone asks: Why is it that in the Tantric Vehicle, the Blessed One Buddha said: "Outcastes, bamboo workers, etc., and those who commit the five heinous crimes, if they practice Tantra, they will attain Buddhahood in this very life?" The answer is: The Blessed One's teachings are true. In this life, the evil deeds such as the five heinous crimes that were previously committed are destroyed in this Tantric Vehicle by the great seal of immutable bliss samadhi. In order to prevent other sudden evil deeds from entering, in the palace of the Vajra Dharma Realm, the doors through which the four maras and the enemies of obstacles enter are closed with loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity, etc., and the doors of the Dharma of the aspects of enlightenment are closed. Then, together with Vajrasattva Mahamudra, even those who commit the five heinous crimes will attain the fruit of Buddhahood in this very life. This is what the Tathagata believes. However, the Tathagata does not believe that even if one commits evil deeds such as the five heinous crimes after entering the Tantric Vehicle, one will attain the fruit of Buddhahood in this very life. Here, for all three vehicles, the Blessed One's teachings are "good in the beginning, good in the middle, and good in the end." Therefore, it is not the true intention of the Tathagata that even if one commits evil deeds after entering the Tantric Vehicle, one will attain the fruit of Buddhahood. If someone asks: Why is it that in this Tantric Vehicle, the Blessed One allows yogis to eat meat, and eating meat is always inseparable from killing, and meat cannot be obtained without killing. If there were no meat eaters, there would be no killers. Therefore, both the meat eaters and the killers will commit the sin of killing. Moreover, the Tathagata says that one should recite mantras every day and practice the four vows. Is this the true intention of the Tathagata? The answer is: This is true, because of what reason?
