This is the meaning of the four states. It means the time of one great kalpa, two kalpas, three and four kalpas. The position of the hair below the summit of Mount Sumeru is for those who have meditated on the four kinds of complete emptiness. Similarly, the pair of Brahma's kalpas is the position of enmity for those who possess duality, and is for those who have meditated on the four kinds of complete wind nature. Similarly, the duality of Brahma transcending the world is the position of the nose for those who possess duality, and is for those who have meditated on the four kinds of complete fire nature. Similarly, the pair of auspicious kalpas is the end of the skin below the nose for those who possess duality, and is for those who have meditated on the four kinds of complete water nature. Similarly, the pair of white kalpas is the position of the throat for those who possess duality, and is for those who have meditated on the four kinds of complete earth nature. Thus, there are sixteen kalpas of the form realm, from the sixteen kalpas to the time of each kalpa. From below the throat to the end of the lower wind wheel, there are eleven existences of the desire realm, from the position of complete freedom to the eleven desires. Thus, the distinction of the eleven desires is a different meaning. Those of the formless realm are the four letters A, etc., separated from Ha, meaning that here the seed letters of the formless realm, etc., are the four vowels of the letter A, etc., and those are also separated from the two letters Ha. This is a word without doubt about the six emptinesses. The sixteen beginning with I are form, meaning that here the first of the sixteen vowels is the letter I, those are called beginning with I, and the sixteen beginning with I are forms. Ha beginning with La ending is also the complete manifestation of the ten desires, meaning that the first of the ten vowel changes is the letter Ha, and the ending is the letter La, those beginning with Ha and ending with La will become ten desires. Completely manifest, it is spoken from the body. The pure letter one Ka Sa o, meaning that the pure letter Ka, etc., are all spoken separately, and the correct summary is that one letter Ka Sa Ra changes, and Ka and Sa superimposed is the meaning of the letter ཀྵa. That is also the existence of the eleven desires. Thirty-one existences here

The so-called "transformation into the three realms" refers to the transformation into the three realms by these thirty-one existences, such as the letter A, namely the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm. Here, the thirty-one existences refer to the formless realms, etc., that is, approaching the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception, approaching the sphere of nothingness, approaching the sphere of infinite consciousness, and approaching the sphere of infinite space, which are called the four formless realms. And the sixteen forms such as Akanistha, namely Akanistha, Sudarshana, Atapa, Avriha, Brihatphala, Subhakritsna, Anabhraka, Punyaprasava, Apramanasubha, Subhakina, Abhasvara, Apramanabha, Parittabha, Mahabrahma, Brahmapurohita, Brahmaparishad, which are called the sixteen forms. The eleven desires such as Paranirmita-vasavartin, namely Paranirmita-vasavartin, Nirmanarati, Tushita, Yama, Trayastrimsa, and the retinue of the Four Great Kings, which are called the six desire heavens in the desire realm, possessing the lifespan of six small kalpas, five small kalpas, four small kalpas, three small kalpas, two small kalpas, and one small kalpa. Here, the Asuras, humans, animals, pretas, and hells contained within them are called the five desires, thus there are thirty-one existences. The mantras of the names of these formless realms, etc., such as the letter A, are arranged in order according to the sequence of recitation. For example, A A Am Ah (Tibetan: ཨ་ཨཱ་ཨཾ་ཨཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ अः अं अः, Sanskrit Romanization: a ā aṃ aḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: A A Ang Ah), this is formless, namely space. I I E Ai (Tibetan: ཨི་ཨཱི་ཨེ་ཨཻ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: इ ई ए ऐ, Sanskrit Romanization: i ī e ai, Literal Chinese meaning: I I E Ai), this is the exhaustion of wind. Ri Ri Ara Ara (Tibetan: རྀ་རཱྀ་ཨ་ར་ཨཱ་ར་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ऋ ॠ अर आर, Sanskrit Romanization: ṛ ṝ ara āra, Literal Chinese meaning: Ri Ri Ara Ara), this is the exhaustion of fire. U U O Au (Tibetan: ཨུ་ཨཱུ་ཨོ་ཨཽ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: उ ऊ ओ औ, Sanskrit Romanization: u ū o au, Literal Chinese meaning: U U O Au), this is the exhaustion of water. Li Li Ala Ala (Tibetan: ལྀ་ལཱྀ་ཨ་ལ་ཨཱ་ལ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ऌ ॡ अल आल, Sanskrit Romanization: ḷ ḹ ala āla, Literal Chinese meaning: Li Li Ala Ala), this is the exhaustion of earth, transforming into the sixteen forms such as Akanistha by the power of discipline and the power of samadhi of the exhaustion of wind, etc. Ha Ha Ya Ya Ra Ra (Tibetan: ཧ་ཧཱ་ཡ་ཡཱ་ར་རཱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह हा य या र रा, Sanskrit Romanization: ha hā ya yā ra rā, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha Ha Ya Ya Ra Ra), these are the six practices in the desire realm, transforming by the power of generosity and the power of mantra recitation. Va Va (Tibetan: ཝ་ཝཱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: व वा, Sanskrit Romanization: va vā, Literal Chinese meaning: Va Va), these are Asuras and humans, becoming Asuras and virtuous through the power of generosity.
