The mandala of the sun, moon, and fire, sitting on it is sitting on a lion throne. Here, in the root tantra, the Bhagavan said: (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) On the lotus lion throne of Dharma origin, dwells Vajradhara, as well as Vajradhara and Vajrasattva, Vajrabhairava Vajra自在, Heruka and Kalachakra, and the names of the first Buddha, etc., the names of various places, I have said in other tantras. The thoughts of various sentient beings, the characteristics of the support, the place, and the supported, I have also said. The all-knowing teacher Vajradhara, the Buddha sits on the lion throne. You, Chandra Bhadra, prayed to the teacher of Kalachakra. Therefore, the all-knowing Buddha Bhagavan is the teacher who shows the Dharma of the world and beyond, the teacher of gods, asuras, and humans, the supreme compassionate one, who pleases without cause, and is liberated from all obstacles. Therefore, the teacher of Vishnu and the fierce ones, etc., is also the all-knowing Buddha Bhagavan. In the realm of the three thousand great thousand worlds, for the immeasurable and boundless sentient beings, the teacher who simultaneously shows the Dharma of the world and beyond with immeasurable and boundless languages, there is no other. Because the manifestation of the gods is only a temporary appearance, and they only speak Sanskrit briefly, they are not the ones who use the language of all-knowing to show the Dharma of the world and beyond to sentient beings with various intentions in their respective languages. In this human world, the songs, tenets, and ancient teachings shown by them in Sanskrit are only briefly manifested. The four Vedas are also because Brahmins and Kshatriyas can read the Vedas. Here, Brahmins and Kshatriyas should read the Vedas, not Jews and commoners, etc. Similarly, songs, tenets, and ancient teachings all come from the mouths of Brahmins.

The four castes, namely Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas, and Shudras, should listen. Because they do not hold the vows of ordination, fishermen and others should not listen. Because of this statement that prohibits the Dharma, the teachings they proclaim are one-sided and cannot benefit all sentient beings. In this human realm, how can the Dharma of the world and beyond be taught to sentient beings with various inclinations in various languages, using the one-sided language of Sanskrit? Therefore, in this human realm, those born in lower castes such as Vaishyas and Shudras should not read the Vedas, nor should they hold the vows of ordination and asceticism. Thus, the Vaishyas and Shudras and other castes were prohibited. The idea that "merely uttering a perfect Sanskrit sound will bring the desire for heaven" is the thought of those who are overwhelmed by false pride, because there is no language that knows everything. In this human world, if all people, including Shudras, become proficient in the Vedas, songs, various tenets, logic, and treatises, who would respect Brahmins? Because knowledge, Dharma, and wisdom are commonly known, and all Brahmins have no difference in merit from householders who are attached to the enjoyment of samsara. Knowing this, the wicked sages who are attached to material things decided to write the Dharma of songs, various tenets, ancient legends, etc., in Sanskrit on books, and also to recite the Vedas orally. This idea, which does not aim at knowing everything, will cause great confusion to ignorant beings. Here, in ancient times, when the Dharma of the Vedas, songs, various tenets, and ancient legends were not written on books, they existed in the mouths of those who held vows. Later, due to the power of the five degenerations, wisdom became low, so those who held vows wrote them on books. Here, the one-sided Dharma proclaimed by Vishnu and Shiva, etc., has no love and
