其名必胜，后名必败，此乃定数。聚集之物，乃旗帜、烟雾、狮子、犬、牛、驴、象、乌鸦等之聚集。颜色乃绿色、白色、红色、黑色，如是婆罗门、刹帝利、吠舍、首陀罗。音韵等者，字母之集双倍，元音之集四倍，七分之余乃果，此等音韵等，及自在天所造作之言说，或等同或不等同，皆示无果，何以故？因无五神通故。世间一切言语，皆令孩童生起迷惑，远离享用自身业果，乃以星宿等果之伪装，由仙人等作虚妄之布置。安住自在天之法者，作音韵显现之布置，以自在天所说之虚妄之语，极度欺骗世间。此造作乃从广大殊胜不变之智慧成就而说，此处乃仪轨。今说根本罗睺之威力，如时等。此处以地作星宿者，乃二十八星宿，太阳所在之星宿，乃东方七星之中央，右与非右有三星，所谓能胜者七星在东方。以时轮转变者，如东方一般，于北方、西方、及阎摩处亦如是。轮之运转乃右旋，星宿之安置乃左旋。昼夜以二十八星宿各自显现而享用。此处以轮之力，于何星宿为时，即成罗睺之末端，且极成黑暗，若于战斗之地，人主之右为时，若非右为黑暗罗睺之面，则彼时战阵中天神之守护者乃强力夺取者。

Its name will surely be victorious, and the later name will surely be defeated; this is a fixed number. The gatherings are gatherings of flags, smoke, lions, dogs, cows, donkeys, elephants, crows, and so on. The colors are green, white, red, and black, and so on, like Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas, and Shudras. Sounds and so on are double the collection of letters, four times the collection of vowels, and the remainder of seven parts is the fruit. These sounds and so on, and the words created by Ishvara, whether equal or unequal, all show no fruit. Why? Because there are no five superknowledges. All the languages of the world cause children to become confused, and they are separated from enjoying the fruits of their own karma. It is a false arrangement made by sages and others under the guise of the fruits of stars and so on. Those who abide in the Dharma of Ishvara make arrangements for the appearance of sounds, and with the false words spoken by Ishvara, they deceive the world to a great extent. This fabrication is spoken from the accomplishment of vast and supremely unchanging wisdom; here it is a ritual. Now, the power of the root Rahu is spoken, such as time and so on. Here, making the earth into constellations means the twenty-eight constellations. The constellation where the sun is located is in the center of the seven eastern stars, and there are three stars to the right and non-right. The so-called Victorious One, the seven stars, is in the east. The transformation by the wheel of time is like the east, and it is the same in the north, west, and Yama's place. The turning of the wheel is clockwise, and the placement of the constellations is counterclockwise. Day and night enjoy the separate appearance of the twenty-eight constellations. Here, by the power of the wheel, whichever constellation is the time, it becomes the end of Rahu and also becomes extremely dark. If time is to the right of the lord of men in the place of battle, and if the face of dark Rahu is not to the right, then at that time, the protectors of the gods in the battle array are powerful takers.
