Having prostrated to the lotus feet, the turner of the wheel of the three realms, the supreme primordial Buddha without lineage, the Bhagavan glorious Kalachakra. Because of the prayer made by Chandrabhadra (ཟླ་བ་བཟང་པོ།), the twelve thousand supreme primordial Buddhas, without lineage, the king of tantras, Kalachakra. The Vajradhara's wisdom body manifests, praised by the true utterance of names. The Vajra words of all tantras manifest, opening the jewel casket of the Buddha's treasury, relying on the truths of the mundane and supramundane. Completely purified by the four perfect enlightenments and the four vajras, the nature of the four bodies, six families, twelve truths, sixteen suchness, sixteen emptinesses, and sixteen great compassions, the expressible and the expressing. The ten mundane empowerments and the eleven supramundane ones are made very clear. The karma mudra, the wisdom mudra, the mahamudra, and the mundane and supramundane siddhis are made very clear. The nature of the world realm, the inner, and the abhiseka, and the sadhana and wisdom, that is, the nature of the five chapters or the nature of the five examinations, is truly taught for the sake of all sentient beings, including humans, attaining perfect Buddhahood. The tantra condensed from that, for truly gathering, here is Manjushri, and for the purpose of taming the Brahma sages in the future, there is the explanation by myself, and for the purpose of teaching the tantra, there are other deities such as Yamantaka, and for all sentient beings residing in the ninety-six crore cities such as Shambhala (ཤམྦྷ་ལ།) to attain the pure path, the Tathagata prophesied thus. Here, the aggregation of subtle particles preceding is the world realm. The world realm preceding is sentient beings. Sentient beings preceding is the abhiseka of the mundane and supramundane. Abhiseka preceding is the accumulation of merit, reaching the peak of Akanistha by familiarizing oneself with the practice of the wheel of the mandala.

It is the accomplishment of worldly siddhi. Worldly siddhi is preceded by the purification of the accumulations of merit and wisdom, and the power of the emptiness and compassion of previous lives, conventional and without object, surpassing the accumulation of fine particles, and free from the meditation of conceptualization such as mandalas, it is the accomplishment of the siddhi of the wisdom of Mahamudra. Therefore, first is the examination of the world realm, then the inner examination, then the examination of empowerment, then the examination of accomplishing worldly siddhi, then the examination of accomplishing the supreme immutable wisdom. Thus, in order, the king of tantras is the nature of five examinations or five chapters. Here, the nature of skillful means and wisdom, the first Buddha of Vajra Yoga, the Bhagavan Kalachakra, who is without lineage, is to be spoken of. It also abides by the nature of these five chapters. First, briefly, the chapter of the world realm, such as the omniscient one, etc., abides by the nature of the teacher, abides by the nature of the place shown, abides by the nature of the great assembly being complete, abides by the nature of the petitioner, abides by the nature of asking about what is to be spoken of, Vajra Yoga, and the necessity of what can be spoken of and what is to be spoken of, abides by the nature of the five letters of great emptiness, etc., and the various arising, mandala, empowerment, and petition, abides by the nature of the teacher's answer, abides by the nature of the world realm, planets, stars, sentient beings, mantras, and life, etc., arising and gathering, abides by the nature of the mandalas of wind, etc., and the number of oceans, continents, and mountains, abides by the nature of the thirty-one existences, abides by the nature of the great wheel-turning king arising, abides by the nature of the measure of day and night, etc., by extremely subtle breaths, etc., abides by the nature of Manjushri's prophecy, and the limit of accomplishment.
