།འདིར་སྟེང་དུ་སྐར་མའི་ཚོགས་དང་འོག་ཏུ་སྐར་མའི་ཆུ་ཚོད་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་སོ། །སླར་ཡང་མ་དག་པ་ལས་ཀྱང་མ་དག་པའི་ཟླ་བའི་ངེས་པ་བྱིས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རབ་ཏུ་རྟོགས་པར་བྱ་བའི་དོན་དུ་བཀོད་པ་གཟའ་ལ་གཟའ་ནི་རབ་སྦྱིན་གཟའི་གནས་སུ་གཟའ་གཅིག་སྦྱིན་པར་བྱའོ། The so-called mixing of the elements depends on the action. The share obtained by time and the sun is the limit of establishment. Dividing by one hundred and two is formation, dividing by twenty-eight becomes an assembly. Because it is the foot of the seven planets, it becomes twenty-eight parts. What is obtained by that share becomes the foot of the constellation of each month, under the constellation hour. Now the determination of the sun's constellation is declared, the middle of the three impure places is transformed by the Lord.
