They wrote the three vehicles on scrolls. The Tathagata, with definite meaning, wrote the three pitakas in Magadhi. The Sutra Pitaka was written in Sindhu. The way of Prajnaparamita and the way of mantra were written in Sanskrit. Tantras and other tantras were written in Sanskrit, common language, dialects, and non-Sanskrit, such as hermits and others in barbarian languages. Thus, all the dharmas taught by the all-knowing ones were written by those who compiled them. Similarly, in the land of Tibet, the three vehicles were written in Tibetan. In China, they were written in Chinese. In Great China, they were written in Great Chinese. In the land of Persia, they were written in Persian. North of the Shita River, they were written in the language of the Champaka region, the language of the monkey region, and the language of the region called Gold. Similarly, north of the Blue River, they were written in the language of the region called Rugma and the language of the region of Suram. Thus, in ninety-six regions, each with billions of cities, they were written in ninety-six languages. Similarly, in the twelve continents, heavens, human realms, and underground realms, the compilers wrote the three vehicles in the languages of various beings. The Shravakas wrote the Shravaka Vehicle, the Pratyekabuddhas wrote the Pratyekabuddha Vehicle, and the Bodhisattvas wrote the Mahayana Prajnaparamita and the Mahayana Secret Mantra, the nature of cause and effect. Various compilers wrote for the purpose of taming sentient beings. When analyzing the scriptures and reasoning written in the languages of various regions by various compilers, the Buddha Bhagavan is the all-knowing one, teaching the Dharma in the language of the all-knowing one, and not other deities such as Vishnu and Shiva. If there are any among Vishnu and Shiva who fully possess these qualities, then we should bow down to them, make offerings to them, and honor them in every way. The wise respect qualities; the Buddha is supreme.

Not to wealth and so on. What respect is there for those without merit? That is born from the foolish and unwholesome deeds. The Dharma that benefits all sentient beings, even ordinary people are shown. The wise reveal their likes and dislikes, causing harm to sentient beings. Even in the world of Rakshasis, they think their own son is good. If there is no love for one's own son, what is there to say about others? Offerings, generosity, and so on are the root of the Dharma. For those who kill their parents, Brahmins say they only care about themselves. What is there to talk about benefiting others with them? Therefore, for the supreme primordial Buddha, the all-knowing Buddha Bhagavan, compassionate to all sentient beings, the all-knowing one, teaches the Dharma in all languages. Similarly, the lord of the ten bhumis, Vajrapani Chandrabhadra, is renowned as the one who supplicates and gathers. The commentary on the condensed king of tantras, the Kalachakra, following the root tantra, the twelve thousand verses of "Vimalaprabha" (Stainless Light), and so on, summarizes the expounder and supplicator of the king of tantras into four. Fifth, the summary of the summary of the expounder and so on. Now, speaking of the collection of Vajra Yoga, namely Yoga Shri Kalachakra and so on. In this system of mantras, relying on the truth of the mundane and supramundane, the Buddha Bhagavan has definitely taught two meanings in the tantras and other tantras. One is through worldly convention, and the other is through ultimate meaning. Among them, what is taught through worldly convention is provisional meaning, and what is taught through ultimate meaning is definitive meaning. These two meanings should be understood by the disciples through the oral instructions of the wool-maker. Similarly, in all tantras and other tantras, what is to be spoken of is of two kinds: one is through worldly convention, and the other is through ultimate meaning. That which is through worldly convention is characterized by color, hands, signs, and shapes. That which is through the truth of ultimate meaning is devoid of color, hands, signs, and shapes. Among these, that which belongs to worldly convention
