The sun chariot used the words of those Brahmā ascetics to say to the human lord Name: O great king, supreme king, sacred possessor of power, perfect in the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor marks of a great person, essence of the auspicious Shakya clan, possessing supreme compassion, please have compassion on those who have entered the dharma of their respective castes! If we do as you command without hesitation, then we will not enter the initiation of the Vajra lineage, but rather follow your command and go from the south of the Sita River, between the Snowy Mountains and Lanka Island, to the holy land. All these ascetics seeking liberation, due to the fear of the glorious King Namcak, abandoned their abodes, taking their relatives and friends, and went to the holy land, so thought the people of royal lineage and others, and became unfortunate, because they did not possess a good mind as a vessel for the profound and vast Dharma. Thus, knowing the thoughts of all sentient beings, King Namcak entered into the samadhi called "Bewildering all lineages of Vishnu, Brahma, and the Powerful One." By the power of that samadhi and the blessings of the gods, all those ascetics became bewildered in that very forest, and the hermits and others dwelling in that forest bound all the ascetics and brought them back to the mandala palace, throwing them at the feet of King Namcak, and they fully awakened and saw King Namcak, the mandala palace itself, and the gardens of Malaya. Seeing this, they exclaimed in amazement, "Emaho! This is truly amazing, who brought us from the great forest to the great mandala palace while we were not fully awake?" They spoke these words. Hearing these words of the Brahma ascetics, the minister of King Namcak, the emanation Ocean Intelligence, said, "O Sun Chariot and other Brahma ascetics, do not be amazed! This King Namcak is not just a lord of one direction, but a great Bodhisattva who has appeared by the blessings of the Buddha for the purpose of guiding you. Therefore, take refuge at his feet and request the empowerment of the path to accomplish worldly and transcendental attainments from the King of Tantras, the first Buddha." Then, by the words of Ocean Intelligence and the blessings of the Buddha, the Sun Chariot and other Brahma ascetics fully awakened and spoke these words, "Excellent! Excellent! Ocean Intelligence, your words have completely awakened our minds. Therefore, I take refuge in the Three Jewels.

Having gone to a certain place, in order to enable all sentient beings to attain the complete and perfect enlightenment of Buddhahood in this very life, with such words, we beseech the King of Tantras, the Kalachakra, to bestow the empowerment of the path that accomplishes mundane and supramundane siddhis. Having spoken thus, those sages summoned the Sun Chariot, the king of the Brahma lineage, saying: 'Hey, Sun Chariot, you are the sole scripture that holds the scriptures such as the Rigveda, and you possess the mind that holds the measure of all mundane and supramundane scriptures. Therefore, please use our words of supplication to beseech King Yashas. We too, with the mandala as our guide, will go for refuge and supplicate together.' Then, with the words of the Brahma sage, the Sun Chariot made a mandala with precious golden flowers, scattered precious flowers at the feet of the King of Men, Yashas, knelt on both knees, placed his hands together on his head, and together with the Brahma sages, prostrated at the feet of Yashas. Kneeling with his right knee on the ground, placing his palms together on his forehead, he supplicated the King of Men, Yashas, saying: 'Bhagavan, please reveal the King of Tantras, which prophesies that even those who commit the five inexpiable sins can attain Buddhahood in this very life, and which prophesies the excellence of the Bhagavan Vajradhara, who can attain the Mahamudra that is completely held by immutable bliss.'
