འི་སྐྱེད་མོས་ཚལ་གྱི་དབུས་ན་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཟླ་བ་བཟང་པོས་མཛད་པ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དུས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་སྟེ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ལྔའི་རང་བཞིན་ལྷ་དང་ལྷ་མོའི་བདག་ཉིད་ཡོངས་སུ་གྲུབ་པ་གྲུ་བཞི་པ། རྒྱར་ཁྲུ་བཞི་བརྒྱ་ཡོད་པ། ཕྱི་རོལ་དུ་སྐུའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྲུ་བཞི་པ། སྒོ་བཞི་པ། རྟ་བབས་བཞི་དང་དུར་ཁྲོད་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་བརྒྱན་པ། ར་བ་ལྔས་བསྐོར་བ། ཕྱི་རོལ་དུས་ལ་སོགས་པའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བཞི་དང༌། རྡོ་རྗེ་ཕྲེང་བས་བརྒྱན་པ་སྟེ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཕྲེང་བའི་མཐར་ཐུག་པའི་རྒྱར་ནི་ཁྲུ་བརྒྱད་བརྒྱའོ། །སྐུའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ཕྱེད་ཀྱི་ཚད་དབུས་སུ་གྲུ་བཞི་པ་ནི་གསུང་གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཏེ་གྲུ་བཞི་པ། སྒོ་ བཞི་པ། རྟ་བབས་བཞིས་བརྒྱན་པ། ར་བ་ལྔས་བསྐོར་བའོ། །གསུང་གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ཕྱེད་ཀྱི་ཚད་ནི་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཏེ་གྲུ་བཞི་པ། སྒོ་བཞི་པ། རྟ་བབས་བཞིས་བརྒྱན་པ། ར་བ་གསུམ་གྱིས་བསྐོར་བའོ། །དེའི་ཕྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་སྟེ། ཀ་བ་བཅུ་དྲུག་གིས་ཉེ་བར་མཛེས་པའོ། །དེའི་ཕྱེད་ཀྱིས་པདྨ་འདབ་མ་བརྒྱད་པ་སྟེ་པདྨའི་སུམ་ཆ་ནི་ལྟེ་བའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་སྐུ་དང་གསུང་དང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་རྣམས་མཚན་ཉིད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པ་དོ་ཤལ་དང་དོ་ཤལ་ཕྱེད་པ་དང་ཡང་དག་པར་ལྡན་པ། རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་སྣམ་བུ་དང༌། ཁ་ཁྱེར་དང༌། བ་ཀུ་ལའི་དང་བཅས་པ། མེ་ལོང་དང་ཟླ་བ་ཕྱེད་པ་དང་དྲིལ་བུས་རྣམ་པར་མཛེས་པའོ། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གསུམ་གྱི་བདག་ཉིད་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ཁང་པ་དེར་དབོའི་ཟླ་བའི་ཉ་ལ་ཉི་མའི་ཤིང་རྟ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཚངས་པའི་དྲང་སྲོང་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་ཕྱེད་དང་བཞི་ལ་རྒྱལ་པོ་གྲགས་པས་ངེས་པ་བྱིན་པ་ནི་ཉི་མའི་ཤིང་རྟ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཚངས་པའི་དྲང་སྲོང་རྣམས་བདག་གི་ཚིག་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པའི་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་བྱེད་པ་ཉོན་ཅིག །ནག་པའི་ཟླ་བའི་ཉ་འདི་ལ་རིག་བྱེད་ཀྱི་གཞུང་གི་ངེས་པ་སྐྱོང་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ལ་བདག་གིས་བསྟན་པ་སྦྱིན་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་བས་ན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཡུལ་སྣ་ཚོགས་པ་གཞན་གྱི་རིགས་དང་ལྡན་པའི་བྲམ་ཟེ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་དག་ཐ་དད་དུ་བྱས་ཏེ་བདག་ལ་བསྟན་པར་བྱའོ། །ཚིག་དེས་ཡུལ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་སྤྱོད་པ་ཐོད་པར་ཟ་བ་དང་བ་ལང་གི་ཤ་དང་མ་ཧེའི་ཤ་ཟ་བ་དང་ཆག་མཐའ་བ་དང་ལ་མ་སོགས་པ་ལེན་པའི་ཡུལ་གྱི་ཐ་སྙད་ཕན་ཚུན་འགལ་བ་དག་གིས་རྣམ་པར་དཔྱད་པ་ན་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་ལྷུང་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ལྟར་དེ་དག་འགལ་བར་གཟིགས་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོ་གྲགས་པས་གསུངས་པ། འདིར་བདག་གིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དུས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ཁང་པ་འདིར་གཞུག་པར་བྱ་ཞིང་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ལ་འཇིག་རྟེན་དང་འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་འདས་པའི་དབང་སྦྱིན་པར་བྱའོ། །གཞན་ཡང་བདག་གི་བཀས་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་རིགས་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཏུ་བཟའ་བ་དང་བཏུང་བ་དང་བག་མ་བླང་བའི་འབྲེལ་ པ་དག་ཀྱང་བྱའོ། །ཅི་སྟེ་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་བདག་གི་བཀའ་མི་བྱེད་པ་དེ་ལྟ་ན་བདག་གི་གྲོང་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་དགུ་བཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་པོར་ལ་གང་དང་གང་དུ་ཁྱེད་ཅག་མོས་པ་དེར་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་སོང་ཤིག །རྣམ་པ་གཞན་དུ་ན་ལོ་བརྒྱད་བརྒྱ་འདས་པའི་རྗེས་ལ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་བུ་དང་ཚ་བོ་ལ་སོགས་པས་ཀླ་ཀློའི་ཆོས་དར་བར་བྱས་ནས་ཤམྦྷ་ལ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཡུལ་ཆེན་པོ་དགུ་བཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་ཏུ་ཀླ་ཀློའི་ཆོས་སྟོན་པར་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཀླ་ཀློའི་ལྷ་བི་ཥི་མི་ལླའི་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་ཕྱུགས་ཀྱི་སྐེ་གྲི་གུག་གིས་བཅད་དེ་དེ་ནས་ལྷའི་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བསད་པའི་ཕྱུགས་དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཤ་ཟ་བར་བྱེད་ཅིང་རང་གི་ལས་ཀྱིས་ཤི་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཤ་ཟ་བར་མི་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཆོས་དེ་ཡང་ཁྱེད་ལ་ཚད་མ་སྟེ། མཆོད་སྦྱིན་དོན་དུ་ཕྱུགས་དག་སྤྲོས་ཞེས་པའི་གཞུང་གི་ཚིག་ལས་སོ། །ཀླ་ཀློའི་ཆོས་དང་རིག་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཆོས་དག་ལ་ཡང་ཁྱད་པར་མེད་དེ་སྲོག་གཅོད་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །དེའི་ཕྱིར་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་དང་ཚ་བོ་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཀླ་ཀློ་དེ་དག་གི་གཟི་བྱིན་དང་གཡུལ་དུ་བདུད་ཀྱི་ལྷ་འཇུག་པ་ཡང་མཐོང་ནས་མ་འོངས་པའི་དུས་ལོ་བརྒྱད་བརྒྱ་འདས་པ་ན་ཀླ་ཀློར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་དག་ཀླ་ཀློར་གྱུར་པ་ན་གྲོང་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་དགུ་བཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་ན་གནས་པའི་རིགས་བཞི་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་ཀླ་ཀློར་འགྱུར་ཏེ་སྐྱེ་བོ་ཆེན་པོ་གང་ནས་བགྲོད་པ་དེ་ནི་ལམ་མོ་ཞེས་ཚངས་པའི་དྲང་སྲོང་གིས་སྨྲས་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །འདིར་ཀླ་ཀློའི་ཆོས་དང་རིག་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཆོས་ལ་ཡང་ལྷ་དང་ཕ་མེས་ཀྱི་དོན་དུ་སྲོག་གཅད་པར་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ལ་རྒྱལ་རིགས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་ལ་ཡང་ངོ༌། །ལྷ་དང་ཕ་མེས་ཚིམ་བྱས་ནས། །ཤ་ཟོས་སྐྱོན་གྱི་ཆ་ཡོད་མིན། །ཞེས་པ་དང༌། དེ་བཞིན་དུ། གང་ཞིག་གདུག་ལ་གདུག་སྤྱོད་པ། །དེ་ལ་སྐྱོན་ནི་མ་མཐོང་ངོ༌། །ཞེས་བྲམ་ཟེས་སྨྲས་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །དེ་ལྟར་རིག་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཆོས་ཚད་མར་བྱས་ནས་ཀླ་ཀློའི་ཆོས་ཡོངས་སུ་འཛིན་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། རྒྱུ་དེས་ན་མ་འོངས་པ་ན་ཀླ་ཀློའི་ཆོས་མི་འཇུག་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ལ་བདག་གིས་ངེས་པ་སྦྱིན་ནོ། །དེ་བས་ན་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བདག་གི་བཀའ་བཞིན་བྱའོ། །ཞེས་སོ། རྒྱལ་པོ་གྲགས་པའི་ གསུང་ཆད་པ་དང་བཅས་པའི་བཀའ་དེ་སྐད་བརྗོད་པ་འདིས་མགོར་ཐོག་ལྷུང་བ་བཞིན་གྱུར་པའི་ཚངས་པའི་དྲང་སྲོང་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཉི་མའི་ཤིང་རྟ་ལ་སྨྲས་པ། ཀྱེ་ཉི་མའི་ཤིང་རྟ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་མིའི་དབང་པོ་གྲགས་པ་ལ་བདག་ཅག་ནི་རིག་བྱེད་ལས་བཤད་པ་རིགས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་དོར་ནས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་རིགས་ཀྱི་དབང་བསྐུར་བའི་ཆོས་ལ་མི་འཇུག་སྟེ་དེ་བས་བདག་ཅག་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་བཀས་ཤཱི་ཏ་དང་ཁ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ལྷོ་ལངྐའི་གླིང་གི་བྱང་འཕགས་པའི་ཡུལ་དུ་འགྲོ་བ་མཆོག་གོ་ཞེས་ཞུ་བ་མཛོད་ཅིག་ཅེས་སོ། །ཚངས་མའི་དྲང་སྲོང་དེ་དག་གི་ཚིག་གིས་ཉི་མའི་ཤིང་རྟས་མིའི་དབང་པོ་གྲགས་པ་ལ། ཀྱེ་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་མཆོག་གི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དབང་ཕྱུག་དམ་པ་སྐྱེས་བུ་ཆེན་པོའི་མཚན་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་དང་དཔེ་བྱད་བརྒྱད་ཅུའི་ཡན་ལག་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པ་དཔལ་ཤཱཀྱའི་རིགས་ཀྱི་ཐིག་ལེ་མཆོག་གི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཅན་རང་རང་གི་རིགས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་ལ་ཞུགས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་མཛོད་ཅིག །ཅི་སྟེ་བདག་ཅག་གིས་གདོན་མི་ཟ་བར་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་བཞིན་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ལྟ་ན་བདག་ཅག་རྡོ་རྗེའི་རིགས་ཀྱི་དབང་བསྐུར་ལ་འཇུག་པར་མི་བགྱི་སྟེ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་བཀས་ཆུ་བོ་ཤཱི་ཏའི་ལྷོ་ཁ་བ་ཅན་དང་ལངྐའི་གླིང་གི་བར་འཕགས་པའི་ཡུལ་དུ་འགྲོ་བ་མཆོག་གོ་ཞེས་ཞུས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་ཉི་མའི་ཤིང་རྟའི་ཚིག་གིས་རྒྱལ་པོ་གྲགས་པས་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ཤམྦྷ་ལའི་ཡུལ་ནས་མྱུར་དུ་བྱུང་ལ་སོང་ཤིག །གང་གི་ཆུ་བོ་ཤཱི་ཏའི་བྱང་ཕྱོགས་གྲོང་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་དགུ་བཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་ན་གནས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་སྲོག་གཅོད་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་མི་དགེ་བའི་ལམ་ཡོངས་སུ་བཏང་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དུས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས་ཡང་དག་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ལམ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །རྒྱལ་པོ་གྲགས་པའི་བཀའ་དེས་ཀ་ལཱ་པའི་གྲོང་ནས་ངེས་པར་བྱུང་བའི་ཚངས་པའི་དྲང་སྲོང་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཉི་མ་བཅུ་པ་ལ་ནགས་ཚལ་གྱི་ནང་དུ་རབ་ཏུ་ཞུགས་སོ། །ནགས་ཚལ་གྱི་ནང་དུ་རབ་ཏུ་ཞུགས་པ་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་རྒྱལ་པོ་གྲགས་པས་མངོན་པར་ཤེས་པ་ལྔའི་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་མཁྱེན་ཏེ། ཇི་ལྟར་ཚངས་པའི་དྲང་སྲོང་འདི་དག་འཕགས་པའི་ཡུལ་དུ་སོང་ན་གྲོང་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་དགུ་བཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་ན་གནས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་མི་བཟད་པའི་ སེམས་དང་ལྡན་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། འདིར་རྒྱུ་གང་ཞིག་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཐེག་པར་གསུངས་པ་ཡང་དག་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ལམ་མ་ཡིན་པའི་རྒྱུ་དེས་དྲང་སྲོང་ཐར་པ་དོན་དུ་གཉེར་བ་འདི་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་དཔལ་རྒྱལ་པོ་གྲགས་པའི་འཇིགས་པས་རང་གི་གནས་ཡོངས་སུ་བཏང་སྟེ་རང་གི་གཉེན་བཤེས་བཟུང་ནས་འཕགས་པའི་ཡུལ་དུ་སོང་ངོ་ཞེས་རྒྱལ་རིགས་ལ་སོགས་པའི་སྐྱེ་བོ་རྣམས་སེམས་པར་བྱེད་ཅིང་སྐལ་པ་ངན་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ་ཟབ་པ་དང་རྒྱ་ཆེ་བའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྣོད་ལ་སེམས་ལེགས་པ་དང་མི་ལྡན་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །དེ་ལྟར་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་རང་གི་སེམས་ཀྱི་བསམ་པ་མཁྱེན་ནས་མིའི་དབང་པོ་གྲགས་པས་ཁྱབ་འཇུག་དང་ཚངས་པ་དང་དྲག་པོའི་རིགས་ཐམས་ཅད་རྨོངས་པར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ལ་སྙོམས་པར་ཞུགས་སོ། །ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་དེ་དང་ལྷའི་བྱིན་གྱི་རླབས་ཀྱི་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་དྲང་སྲོང་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་ནགས་ཚལ་དེ་ཉིད་དུ་རྨོངས་པར་གྱུར་པ་དང་ནགས་ཚལ་དེ་ན་གནས་པའི་རི་ཁྲོད་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་དྲང་སྲོང་ཐམས་ཅད་བཅིངས་ནས་སླར་ཡང་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ཁང་པ་ཉིད་དུ་ཁྱེར་འོངས་ཏེ་མིའི་དབང་པོ་གྲགས་པའི་ཞབས་ཀྱི་དྲུང་དུ་དོར་བ་དང་རབ་ཏུ་སད་དེ་མིའི་དབང་པོ་གྲགས་པ་དང༌། དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ཁང་པ་དེ་ཉིད་དང་མ་ལ་ཡའི་སྐྱེད་མོས་ཚལ་མཐོང་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་མཐོང་བ་ན་ཡ་མཚན་ཐོབ་ན་ཨེ་མ་ཧོ། འདི་ནི་ངོ་མཚར་ཆེ་སྟེ་བདག་ཅག་རབ་ཏུ་མ་སད་པར་ནགས་ཚལ་ཆེན་པོ་ནས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ཁང་པ་ཆེན་པོར་སུས་ཁྱེར་ཏེ་འོངས་ཞེས་པའི་ཚིག་འདི་སྨྲས་སོ། །ཚངས་པའི་དྲང་སྲོང་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཚིག་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་འདི་རྒྱལ་པོ་གྲགས་པའི་བློན་པོ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་བློ་གྲོས་ཀྱིས་ཐོས་ནས་སྨྲས་པ། ཀྱེ་ཉི་མའི་ཤིང་རྟ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཚངས་པའི་དྲང་སྲོང་རྣམས་ཡ་མཚན་པར་མ་བྱེད་ཅིག །རྒྱལ་པོ་གྲགས་པ་འདི་ནི་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་རྗེས་སུ་གཟུང་བའི་དོན་དུ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ཀྱིས་བྱུང་བའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་ཞིག་གོ །དེའི་ཕྱིར་འདིའི་ཞབས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་སོང་ལ་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དང་པོའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་འཇིག་རྟེན་དང་འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་འདས་པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ལམ་དབང་བསྐུར་ བར་གསོལ་བ་ཐོབ་ཅིག་ཅེས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་བློ་གྲོས་ཀྱི་ཚིག་དེ་དང་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ཀྱིས་ཉི་མའི་ཤིང་རྟ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཚངས་པའི་དྲང་སྲོང་རྣམས་རབ་ཏུ་སད་དེ་ཚིག་འདི་སྨྲས་པ། ལེགས་སོ་ལེགས་སོ། If you do not follow my command, then in my ninety-six crore cities, you may go wherever you please. Otherwise, after eight hundred years, your sons and grandsons, etc., will spread the Dharma of the heretics and will teach the Dharma of the heretics in ninety-six great cities, including Shambhala. The heretical god's mantra of Biṣmi-lla will cut the necks of animals with a curved knife, and then, with the god's mantra, they will kill those animals and eat their meat, but they will not eat the meat of those who have died by their own karma. That Dharma is also a measure for you, from the words of the scripture, "Sacrifice animals for the sake of offerings." There is also no difference between the Dharma of the heretics and the Dharma of the Vedas, because they both involve killing. Therefore, your sons and grandsons, etc., having seen the splendor of those heretics and the descent of demonic gods in battle, will also become heretics after eight hundred years in the future. When they become heretics, all the four castes, etc., dwelling in the ninety-six crore cities will also become heretics, because the sage Brahma said, "The path is where the great ones go." Here, the Dharma of the heretics and the Dharma of the Vedas also involve killing for the sake of gods and ancestors, and so does the Dharma of the royal family. "Having satisfied the gods and ancestors, there is no fault in eating meat." And, "No fault is seen in acting violently towards the violent." This is what the Brahmin said. Thus, having taken the Dharma of the Vedas as a standard, the Dharma of the heretics will be completely accepted. Therefore, in order to prevent the Dharma of the heretics from entering in the future, I will give you certainty.
