At the throat, the so-called "number of teeth" refers to the throat chakra accommodating twenty-eight constellations and four staff stars, totaling thirty-two. At the navel, that is, at the navel lotus, outside the root of the house, there are eight roots of time, multiplied by eight, which is sixty-four, that is, sixty mandalas descend and four emptinesses descend, that is, sixty-four staffs descend. The so-called "double human lord" refers to thirty-two, that is, in the secret place, at the root of the secret lotus, accommodating thirty-two realms such as semen. Among these, six channels will obstruct the wheel. Ten will obstruct the realm, and these are the nature of aggregation. Again, twice those are the part of mucus, that is, twenty. Again, twice is the part of bile, that is, it becomes forty. Again, those are the part of wind, becoming eighty, so in the six wheels, one hundred and fifty-six channels abide, which should be understood at the Kalachakra. These will surely give death, but by the definitive empowerment of the guru, they can also give life and freedom from disease. If the Kalachakra channels mentioned in the six wheels are practiced with the guru's instructions, the fear of death can be taken away, and yogis will not be surprised by this. At the crown is the water store, that is, four. At the forehead, the so-called "times struck by the ocean" refers to sixteen, and these twenty channels are the extreme disturbance of the mucus element. At the throat are the teeth, referring to thirty-two channels. At the lotus of the heart, the so-called "times transformed by the eyes" refers to eight channels, and these forty channels are the extreme disturbance of the nine bile elements. At the navel and secret place, as their number, the so-called "sixty water stores" refers to sixty-four channels. The human lord is also, that is, completely surrounding outside the secret lotus is sixteen channels. These eighty channels are the extreme disturbance of the wind element. At the secret place, the other directions refers to completely surrounding is ten channels. The other six channels are also, as their number, at the complete surrounding of the heart essence. Aggregation and so on refers to extreme disturbance of aggregation. Obstruction.

Oṃ refers to the nature of obstructing the six wheels. Thus, one hundred and fifty-six, the abode of the root deities and goddesses of the Kalachakra, is an obstacle to death for children. Together with the roots of the six lineages, the Kalachakra of one hundred and sixty-two, when one meditates on the nature of the six wheels, it bestows bliss upon yogis. Again, in each of those one hundred and sixty-two roots, ten winds circulate, and by the nature of the ten aggregates and elements, they transform into ten aspects. Thus, when all are multiplied by ten, it becomes a number of one thousand six hundred and twenty, which is where the water of the twenty-seven constellations flows. Similarly, the first Buddha, the chief of the glorious constellation mandala, has this many deities of wisdom and means. From this vast constellation mandala, the deities who cause the flow of phlegm and other elements for the sake of worldly conventions, or for the sake of accomplishing worldly siddhis or accomplishing one's own body, are the chief mothers of the six wheels extracted by Manjushri. This is the definitive understanding of the collection of Kalachakra roots. Now, beginning with "six," the protection of the roots of the six lineages is taught. Here, those who are said to obstruct the six chakras in the body, reside on the three paths: above are the moon, sun, and Rahu, that is, residing on the left, right, and central paths; below, with the distinction of moon, sun, and fire, residing on the paths of excrement, urine, and semen. This is what yogis should protect in the body. With what should they protect it? By the empowerment of the guru's definitive understanding, the guru's definitive understanding is the union of the six limbs, by which one is protected from death. What gives death to beings is the entry of life into these six. If life fully enters into the six, then at that time, people will certainly be able to destroy death at all times. Among these six, the subtlest is the central channel, Avadhuti; if life does not enter into that subtle place, then where will yogis cut off the place of death? Certainly, they will not cut off the place of death.
