དང་རྡུལ་གྱི་བྱ་བ་གསུངས་ཏེ་འདིར་ལུས་ལ་མངལ་གྱི་ཟླ་བ་གཅིག་གི་རྗེས་ལ་ཉིན་ཞག་སོ་སོར་རྩ་བརྒྱ་ཕྲག་གཉིས་སུ་འགྱུར་ཏེ་ཟླ་བའི་ནང་དུ་ཉིན་ཞག་སུམ་ཅུས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་དྲུག་གི་གྲངས་སུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཟླ་བ་བཅུ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་མཚམས་སུ་ ཉིན་ཞག་སུམ་བརྒྱ་དྲུག་ཅུ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བདུན་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་གྲངས་སུ་འགྱུར་ཏེ། རྩ་རྣམས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་དྲུག་ནི་ཉིན་མོར་བྱེད་པས་བསྒྱུར་བ་སྟེ་བཅུ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་བསྒྱུར་བའོ། །མངལ་གྱི་དབུས་དག་ཏུ་ཡང་འཕེལ་བ་ནི། བྱས་ནས་ཡང་ཡིག་གིས་ཕྱི་རོལ་དུ་ཡང་སྟེ་ཟླ་བ་བཅུ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་མཐའི་བར་དུའོ། །མངལ་བཟུང་བའི་ཟླ་བ་གཅིག་པོར་ནས་ལོ་རྫོགས་པར་གྱུར་པ་ན་འཕེལ་བ་གཏོང་སྟེ། རི་བོང་འཛིན་པ་ནི་ཡང་ཡིག་གིས་ཟླ་བ་བཅུ་གསུམ་ན་སྟེ་ཉི་མ་དག་ཀྱང་འཕེལ་བར་བྱེད་དོ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་དེ་ནས་ཟླ་བ་དང་ཁུ་བའི་རྩའི་ཁམས་ཀྱི་གྲངས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཆད་པར་གྱུར་པ་ན་ལོ་བཅུ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་རྡུལ་གྱི་ཁམས་འཕེལ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཀྱང་ཡིག་གིས་ཁུ་བའི་ཁམས་ཀྱང་འཕེལ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །ལོ་ནི་བཅུ་གཉིས་དག་ན་ཉིན་ཕྱེད་ཁམས་ནི་འཕེལ་བ་གཏོང་སྟེ་རང་གི་ལུས་པོ་དག་ལའོ་ཞེས་པ་བུད་མེད་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རྡུལ་འབྱུང་བའི་བར་དུ་ཉི་མ་འཕེལ་བ་སྟེ་ཀྱང་ཡིག་གིས་བསྡུས་པ་ལས་སྐྱེས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལོ་བཅུ་དྲུག་གི་མཚམས་སུ་ཁུ་བ་འབྱུང་བའི་བར་དུའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་རྩ་ནི་འཆད་པ་དག་ཀྱང་རབ་ཏུ་སྐྱེས་པར་གྱུར་པ་ནས་ཉིན་ཞག་སོ་སོར་རིམ་པས་ཟུང་གི་གྲངས་སུ་འགྱུར་ཞེས་པ་ནི་འཆད་པར་འགྱུར་བ་ལས་རྒྱ་ཆེར་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ། །རྩ་དང་ཁམས་འཕེལ་བའི་ངེས་པའོ། །ད་ནི་དཔལ་ལྡན་འབྱུང་བ་ཞེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པས་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་དེ་ཉིད་རྣམས་གསུངས་ཏེ་འདིར་བྱིས་པའི་ལུས་ལ་དཔལ་ལྡན་འབྱུང་བ་ལྔ་དང་དབང་པོ་ལྔ་ནི་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་སོགས་པ་དང་རྣ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྟེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་བཅུར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ལས་ཀྱི་དབང་པོ་ལྔ་པོ་རྣམས་དང་དེ་ཙམ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་སྒྲ་དེ་ཙམ་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྟེ་དེ་ཙམ་ལྔ་རུ་བརྗོད་པ་རྣམས་སོ། །ཡོན་ཏན་བཅས་པ་དག་ཀྱང་ཡིད་དང་ཞེས་པ་ནི་སྙིང་སྟོབས་དང་རྡུལ་དང་མུན་པ་དང་བཅས་པའི་ཡིད་དེ། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བློ་དང་དར་འཛིན་དང་མཆོག་གི་རང་བཞིན་ཡང་ངོ༌། །འདི་དག་ནི་དེ་ཉིད་རྣམས་ཏེ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་བཞིའོ། །ལུས་དང་ཕྱི་རོལ་སྲིད་པ་གསུམ་གྱི་གནས་སུ་འདི་ནི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དེ་གཙོ་བོ་དག་གིའོ། །ཇི་ལྟར་གྱུར་པའི་ཞེ་ན། ཕུང་པོ་ལྔ་ཡི་བདག་ཉིད་དང་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཀུན་རྫོབ་ཀྱིས

并且讲述了微尘的作用，这里身体在怀孕一个月后，每天增加两百条脉，一个月三十天就增加到六千条脉。十二个月时，三百六十天就增加到七万两千条脉。六千条脉是白天增加的，也就是乘以十二。子宫中央也在增长，通过“也”字向外增长，直到十二个月结束。从怀孕一个月到一年结束时，停止增长。兔子（月亮）被抓住，通过“也”字在第十三个月，太阳也在增长。从那时起，当月亮和精液的脉络元素完全耗尽时，在十二年内，微尘的元素会增长。通过“也”字，精液的元素也会增长。十二岁时，白天的一半元素停止增长，指的是自己的身体。女性在微尘产生之前，太阳会增长，通过“也”字来概括，而男性在十六岁时，精液才会产生。同样，脉络的讲解也从完全生长开始，每天逐渐增加到双数，这将在讲解中详细说明。这是脉络和元素增长的确定性。现在，从“吉祥生起”等开始，讲述了虚空等的自性。这里，在婴儿的身体里，吉祥生起的五种元素和五种感官，即虚空等和耳朵等，总共变为十种。同样，五种行为感官和“仅此而已”，指的是声音等，被称为五种“仅此而已”。具有功德的，以及“心”，指的是具有勇气、微尘和黑暗的心。同样，还有智慧、持续和至高自性。这些是自性，共二十四种。在身体和外部三种存在状态中，这是主要的享受。如何变化呢？通过五蕴的自性和世间的世俗。

And the function of particles is explained. Here, after one month of pregnancy in the body, two hundred pulses are added each day, so in a month of thirty days, the number increases to six thousand. At the juncture of twelve months, three hundred and sixty days increase to a number of seventy-two thousand. The six thousand pulses are multiplied by the day, which is multiplied by twelve. The center of the womb also increases, and by the word "also" it increases outwards, until the end of twelve months. From one month of pregnancy until the year is complete, the increase stops. The rabbit (moon) is grasped, and by the word "also" in the thirteenth month, the sun also increases. From then on, when the number of lunar and seminal pulse elements is completely exhausted, the element of particles increases for twelve years. By the word "also," the element of semen also increases. At twelve years, half of the day's element stops increasing, referring to one's own body. Before the generation of particles in women, the sun increases, summarized by the word "also," while in men, semen is generated at the age of sixteen. Similarly, the explanation of the pulses also begins from complete growth, gradually increasing to even numbers each day, which will be explained in detail in the explanation. This is the certainty of the increase of pulses and elements. Now, beginning with "Glorious Arising," the nature of space and so on is explained. Here, in the body of a child, the five glorious arising elements and the five senses, namely space and so on, and ears and so on, become ten in total. Similarly, the five action senses and "just that," referring to sound and so on, are called the five "just that." Those with merit, and "mind," referring to the mind with courage, particles, and darkness. Similarly, there are also wisdom, continuity, and supreme nature. These are the natures, twenty-four in total. In the body and the three states of external existence, this is the main enjoyment. How does it change? Through the nature of the five aggregates and the worldly convention.
