瑜伽母众一切，瑜伽士于地上知其处。如是处等一切，人之主宰于外及身亦如是转变。168。佛陀及寂静者，或裸体具福者，如是清净住梵志，或持颅器者及拔发者，以及白衣等，及务农种姓者及能仁，或疯癫形相者，及无罪心者，贤者及名声亦转变。瑜伽士为成就义故，一切功德之藏，彼之获得乃人之自在。169。拇指与食指等，复如是中指与无名指，其后定为小指，一切功德之藏，瑜伽士应知。为手印义故，成为名称之差别，乃由功德力故，依手指之次第也。若说结缚，则成为金刚结缚，定于结缚拳头亦如是。170。拳头于腿上，安住金刚座，成为胜者主之金刚手印。于跏趺坐，则成为左手，右手从膝盖方向触地。触地不动手印，复又右手胜施，手持珍宝之。于左之上，右手仰卧平等安住，成为手持莲花等。171。左手于跏趺坐上，另一手掌中无畏，手持宝剑之。右之拳头于非右，定又另一指于结缚拳头上。明了触及心间，遍照手印，另一为法轮手印。食指拇指相合

All the yoginis, the yogi should recognize their place on the earth. Thus, all places and so on, the lord of men, both externally and internally, also change in the same way. 168. The Buddha and the peaceful one, or the naked fortunate one, likewise the pure-dwelling Brahmin, or the skull-holder and the hair-puller, and the white-clothed ones, and the farming caste and the able one, or those with mad forms, and those with sinless minds, the wise and fame also change. The yogi, for the sake of accomplishment, is the treasure of all qualities, and obtaining that is the freedom of man. 169. The thumb and the index finger, and again likewise the middle finger and the ring finger, after that definitely the little finger, all the treasure of qualities, the yogi should know. For the meaning of the mudra, it becomes the distinction of names, by the power of qualities, according to the order of the fingers. If binding is spoken of, it becomes the vajra binding, definitely also the same for binding the fist. 170. The fist on the thigh, abiding in the vajra posture, becomes the vajra mudra of the lord of victors. In the lotus posture, it becomes the left hand, the right hand touching the earth from the direction of the knee.
