In emptiness, due to the definitive instructions of the guru, one should meditate in the intervals of images such as smoke on the path. Then, in the wheels of the channels, the life and downward-clearing winds should also be stabilized. From the outside, blocking like the moon, acting like Rahu, the bodhicitta is the yogi's. Then, whatever one slightly desires, one will attain in this life in a few days. 108. Blocking the sun and moon, in equal and unequal movement, enters the fire of the central channel. If the two, life and downward-clearing winds, are exhausted on the first day, it deceives untimely death. After completely filling the joints of the fingers and toes and the ends of the nails with life. On the six wheels, the yogi should visualize the Buddha, goddess, fearless one, lotus in hand. 109. If the downward-clearing wind is contracted, one will become desirous, and for the supreme body, all wind diseases will disappear. The exertion of life will turn into phlegm, and again relaxing them will produce the faults of bile. Correctly blocking above and below will bring happiness, for gatherings and epidemics. Above the navel, the life-breath will steal all diseases, and at the root of the navel, there are also others. 110. Contracting, the downward-clearing wind moves on the path of three kinds, and life also from above. Until they completely meet, the fire has power and completely pervades the whole body.
