Whichever yogi meditates on this, will quickly attain accomplishment. All those goddesses, having been perfected in the order of how they are spoken of, dissolve into the venerable Bhagavan Vajrasattva, and become his very nature. That itself is the moon, the nature of fifteen parts, which is the mind of enlightenment. The mind of enlightenment, the nature of conventional and ultimate truth, arises through methods such as the wheel of the mandala, and the order of blessings. Those fifteen parts are also truly regarded as fifteen yoginis. How do they transform? For the sake of acting, the moon is the mind of enlightenment, and is spoken of as the great bliss of the form of Āli. Therefore, each goddess generates the nature of skillful means and wisdom. Conventional truth is gathering, therefore "similar to Kunda" refers to the abode of skillful means itself. Ultimate truth is analysis, and is called the form of bliss, the wisdom that is unmanifest. This is the sixth part, the Mother of No-Self. Seventh part. The section on the Bhagavan with Sixteen Hands. Now, the practice of the Bhagavan with Sixteen Hands, who has become the nature of non-duality, will be spoken of. The hands are shown to be the sixteen emptinesses. What are they? Inner emptiness, outer emptiness, inner-outer emptiness, emptiness of emptiness, great emptiness, ultimate emptiness, conditioned emptiness, unconditioned emptiness, emptiness that is beyond extremes, emptiness that is without beginning or end, emptiness of all dharmas, emptiness of self-nature, emptiness of non-apprehension, emptiness of non-things, emptiness of own being, and emptiness of the own being of non-things. These sixteen emptinesses are spoken of as the sixteen hands. The four perfect saṁgrahavastus are the four feet, and what are they? Giving, pleasing speech, beneficial conduct, and accordant conduct. These are the feet. The seven limbs of enlightenment are the skin, and what are they? Mindfulness, effort, joy, pliancy, samādhi,

Limitless light appears near the ears of the self. The neck is adorned with the nature of a necklace, making it a jewel of freedom. It is said that the qualities of the belt accomplish meaningfulness at the waist. The five Buddhas, being the nature of forms such as hatred, are transformed into mudras. The four Maras are the Skandha Mara, Klesha Mara, Death Mara, and Devaputra Mara. These are subdued by the feet. Brahma, Maheshvara, Vishnu, and Kama are the meanings of ignorance, jealousy, hatred, and desire. The ten non-virtuous deeds are made into a garland for the head. What are they? They are killing, stealing, sexual misconduct, lying, idle talk, slander, harsh speech, harmful thoughts, malicious thoughts, and wrong views. These are used to make the garland. On the arms, the four legs of miraculous power are used as arm ornaments, namely desire, effort, mind, and investigation. The anklets on the feet are the five supramundane skandhas, namely morality, meditation, wisdom, liberation, and the vision of the wisdom of liberation. To diminish perverse desire, the net of yoginis is shown. To diminish fear, the body is smeared with ashes. Embracing with the mudra of holding a curved knife and skull cup, through the meditation of the selflessness of samsara. All the skull cups are spoken of with the nature of skillful means and wisdom. Among those skull cups, the eight skull cups on the right are elephant, horse, donkey, cow, mule, human, Sharabha, and cat. Similarly, the eight skull cups on the left are earth, water, fire, wind, moon, sun, Yama, and Yaksha. These are also spoken of as desire, hatred, ignorance, slander, jealousy, self-grasping, pride, and stinginess. Whose supreme wisdom is it that all things are obtained freely? The unmoving crown of that one is held by the noble guru. Because wisdom has become manifest as light, it is examined by blazing rays.
