我 乃是祈请。 于坛城主尊之坛城中， 请摄受弟子。 为利有情我祈请， 请宽恕并垂念。 其后弟子于上师之， 足下顶礼如是说： 大乐您乃我导师， 上师您请垂念。 大菩提之行稳固者， 大怙主我求您。 彼誓言请赐予， 菩提心亦赐予我。 佛法僧伽， 三宝亦赐予我。 于大解脱之胜城中， 大怙主我进入。 上师之教诲： 皈依三宝， 皈依佛法僧伽。 此乃佛陀种姓清净之， 誓言成为稳固。 金刚铃杵手印亦， 具慧者当受持。 何为菩提心即金刚， 智慧铃即如是说。 上师亦当受持， 上师与诸佛等同。 此乃金刚部清净之， 誓言修持如是说。 珍宝种姓大尊前， 日与夜间三次中， 财物无畏法与慈， 四施恒常作布施。 外内秘密三乘法， 殊胜法您当受持。 此乃莲花部清净之， 誓言律仪如是说。 事业种姓大尊前， 具足一切律仪者， 如实受持当精进， 供养事业亦莫能为。 此外复有十四条， 因他胜故而善说。 不应舍弃与抛弃， 是为根本堕罪如是说。 日与夜间三次中， 每日里当念诵。 何时瑜伽士失坏， 则成粗重罪。 汝勿杀害有情， 不予取亦勿取。 于欲不应邪行， 不应妄语。 坏灭一切之根本， 酒当彻底断除。 除为调伏有情外， 非为之事皆当断。 殊胜者定当依止， 瑜伽士皆当敬奉。 身之三业与， 语之四种及， 意之三种， 尽己所能

I Pray. In the mandala of the main deity's mandala, Please accept the disciple. For the benefit of sentient beings, I pray, Please forgive and remember. Then the disciple at the feet of the master, Prostrates and speaks thus: Great joy, you are my teacher, Master, please remember. One who is firm in the way of great enlightenment, Great protector, I seek you. Please grant that vow, Also grant me the mind of enlightenment. The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, Please also grant me the Three Jewels. Into the supreme city of great liberation, Great protector, I enter. The master's instruction: Take refuge in the Three Jewels, In the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. This is the pure lineage of the Buddha, The vow becomes firm. The vajra, bell, and mudra also, Should be held by the wise. Whatever is the mind of enlightenment is the vajra, The bell of wisdom is as it is said. The master should also be held, The lama is equal to all Buddhas. This is the pure lineage of the vajra family, The practice of the vow is as it is said. Before the great noble jewel lineage, Three times during the day and night, Material goods, fearlessness, Dharma, and love, Always give the four kinds of generosity. The outer, inner, and secret three vehicles, You should hold the sacred Dharma. This is the pure lineage of the lotus family, The vows and precepts are as it is said. Before the great noble karma lineage, One who possesses all vows, Should diligently take them as they are, And should not be able to do the work of offering. Furthermore, these fourteen, Are well explained because of defeat by others. They should not be abandoned or discarded, They are said to be the root downfalls. Three times during the day and night, Each day they should be recited. When the yogi becomes corrupted, He becomes heavily defiled. You should not kill living beings, And you should not take what is not given. You should not engage in sexual misconduct, And you should not lie. The root of the destruction of all, Wine should be completely abandoned. Except for taming sentient beings, All non-essential activities should be abandoned. You should definitely rely on the noble ones, And all yogis should be honored. The three actions of body, and The four of speech, and The three of mind, To the best of your ability

之后守护。 不欲劣乘。 为利有情不背弃。 轮回亦不舍弃。 恒常不住于涅槃。 诸天及非天之秘密。 汝勿轻蔑。 手印坐骑及兵器。 形相亦勿践踏。 此等是说为誓句。 顺后广大之仪轨。 于秘密续中善说。 汝应恒常守护之。 弟子说： 皈依三宝。 一切罪过皆忏悔。 于有情之善随喜。 以意执持佛菩提。 于佛法及僧伽胜众。 乃至菩提果皈依。 为自他义而精进。 发起殊胜菩提心。 发了殊胜菩提心之后， 我将一切有情作为客人招待。 我将行持殊胜悦意菩提行。 为利有情愿速成佛。 如是念诵三遍，复次， 诸佛及诸佛子。 勇父空行母等众。 祈请垂念于我。 我名名为某某者。 从此时起。 乃至菩提心要之间。 如三世诸佛。 于菩提中而决定。 无上菩提心。 我发殊胜菩提心。 别解脱之学处。 及摄集善法。 饶益有情戒律三。 我将各自稳固受持。 佛法及僧伽。 无上三宝尊。 从最初。 受持佛之瑜伽律仪。 于金刚大种姓。 金刚铃及手印。 如实受持。 亦受持阿阇黎。 于珍宝大种姓。 悦意之誓句。 每日六时中。 恒常布施四种施。 从大菩提所生。 清净莲花之种姓。 外内密三乘。 受持一切殊胜法。 于业之大种姓。 具足一切律仪。 如实受持。 亦尽力行持供养事业。 菩提心

Afterwards, protect. Do not desire inferior vehicles. Do not turn your back on the benefit of sentient beings. Do not abandon cyclic existence either. Do not constantly abide in Nirvana. Do not despise the secrets of gods and asuras. Do not despise the hand seals, mounts, and weapons. Do not trample on the symbols either. These are said to be the vows. The vast subsequent concordant rituals. Are well explained in the secret tantras. You should always protect them. The disciple says: I take refuge in the Three Jewels. I confess all sins separately. I rejoice in the virtue of sentient beings. I hold the Buddha's enlightenment in mind. I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and the supreme Sangha, Until enlightenment. In order to accomplish the benefit of myself and others, I generate the supreme Bodhicitta. Having generated the supreme Bodhicitta, I will treat all sentient beings as guests. I will practice the supreme and pleasing Bodhisattva conduct. May I attain Buddhahood quickly for the benefit of beings. Repeat this three times, and then again, All Buddhas and their sons, All heroes and yoginis, Please pay attention to me. My name is so-and-so. From this time onwards, Until the essence of enlightenment, Just as the protectors of the three times, Have determined to attain enlightenment, I generate the unsurpassed Bodhicitta. The discipline of the Pratimoksha, And the gathering of virtuous Dharmas, The three disciplines of benefiting sentient beings, I will hold them firmly and separately. The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, The unsurpassed Three Jewels, From the beginning, I will take the vows of Buddha Yoga. In the great Vajra family, The Vajra bell and hand seals, I will take them as they are. I will also take the Acharyas. In the great Ratna family, The pleasing vows, Six times each day, Always give the four kinds of generosity. Born from the great enlightenment, In the pure Padma family, The outer, inner, and secret three vehicles, I will hold all the sacred Dharmas without exception.
