Pa wa wa o! A frowning countenance is displeasing. Blazing light is fierce. A fully expanded face is arrogant. A garland of wet heads is terrifying. With a mind to take care of sentient beings, the mind itself is compassion. The illusory form is wondrous. Abandoning afflictions such as desire is peaceful, and endowed with those qualities. One should view oneself as the Bhagavan, who sports in the form of sixteen years old, and is in union with the selflessness mother. Just as the Bhagavan is, so is the Bhagavati, but with a body adorned with a garland of five sets of five dry human heads, holding a skull cup filled with the blood of gods and asuras in her left hand, and holding a curved knife to cut off all afflictions. In order to make the three realms belong to one taste, she is one-faced. She is thoroughly enjoying the corpse of the lower body of the Bhagavan. One should contemplate being in union with the Bhagavan with the joy of great bliss, with the left foot extended. Due to the purification of the six perfections, he is the six-armed Heruka, that is, the three-faced one, the root face being black. The right face is red. The left face is white. The two left hands hold a trident and a vajra bell. The two right hands hold a vajra and a curved knife. The remaining hands hold a curved knife and a skull cup, and one should contemplate being in union with Vajrashrinkhala, pressing down on a corpse. Again, due to the purification of the four maras, he is the four-armed Heruka, that is, the right hand holds a vajra and the left hand holds a skull of blood. The remaining hands are in union with Vajravarahi. One should contemplate the one-faced one pressing down on a corpse. Again, the two-armed Heruka is the one who holds a skull cup and a khatvanga in the left hand, and a blazing vajra in the right hand, and one should contemplate pressing down on a corpse. The wisdom mother of these six-armed ones and so on is Vajra Mother, and the rest are like the sixteen-armed ones, and one should contemplate the form of body color and ornaments and so on, and those born from HUM and so on. Similarly, Vajrashrinkhala and so on are like the selflessness mother, only the names are different. One should contemplate that all who abide embracing a khatvanga belong to all. Thus.
