It is the pervasive discernment of life exertion, which, through the sequence of moving day and night, transforms into twenty-one thousand six hundred. The practice of this, with the ultimate sequence of excellence, for the sake of stopping life exertion, with aspects such as grasping, stops its eighty natures, through the entry of negation. Thereafter, the body of expanding and contracting Vajradhara arises again, this is the nature of negation and non-negation. He and this also perfectly accomplish the mastery of the eighth ground. As said by the feet of Jalandharipa, after that, view Going upwards from above should be contemplated. As desired, without focus, inhaling from the nose should be contemplated. Likewise, only when exhaling, as far as possible, without focus below. The sound of desire is realization, such a secret instruction is extremely hidden, this is Vajra recitation. With this, it is said that, through the stages of generation and completion, relying on the realization that body, speech, and mind are of a false nature, one enters the mind of enlightenment, in which emptiness and compassion are inseparable. One should also comprehend the self-blessing through that. Also said in Kye Vajra, Vajra Heart inquired, by what means can the mind of enlightenment be generated? The Bhagavan replied, with means such as mandala wheels, and also with the sequence of self-blessing. This is Vajra recitation, the second stage. Third, the sequence of self-blessing. Now, the sequence of self-blessing should be understood, in that, after understanding the means such as the wheel of the mandala, the false body, speech, and mind should be explicitly declared with the word 'I'. The blessing of these is the inseparable body and so on, born from the aspect of being mutually non-different, that which possesses the thirty-two marks and eighty signs of a Buddha, the house of bliss without focus, the nature of special joy, the co-emergent wisdom like an illusion, the pure co-emergent joy wisdom, that is called self-blessing, it is perfect enjoyment. How is it on that body

If it is said that there is no difference between etc., then it is said in the fourth chapter of the Second Examination: When the body is abandoned and goes elsewhere, the mind will not become beautiful; when the mind is abandoned and goes elsewhere, the body will not be seen to exist. It is also said in the Glorious Collection: The form of the body is the mind, the form of the mind is the body, and expressing it in words is the mind, you should generate it. The Venerable Deva also said from the Essence of the Path: Whoever can become his own master, that is self-blessing here. Liberation is certain from non-duality, and it is expressed by the word "I." The Venerable Jalandharipa also said: Taken from the Chapter on Lineage, it is called perfect enjoyment. Great wisdom dwells in the body, abandoning all discriminations, pervading all things, dwelling in the body but not born of the body. In the eighth chapter, the Bhagavan said: This self-awareness is wisdom, transcending the path of language, it is the realm of practice. Therefore, it is for the sake of the order of blessings, that omniscient wisdom is its own nature. The Bhagavan spoke of self-blessing with other names depending on the various things observed, and in the tenth chapter it is said: That is the way to fully understand, the ancient purusha, the lord, and the self, life, sentient beings, time, and the individual himself, and the nature of all things, truly exist in an illusory form. It is also said in the Holy Lankavatara Sutra: The continuum of the individual and the aggregates, and the causes and the atoms, likewise, the lords, the independent ones, the agents, I say are only mind. Here it is said: Great wisdom dwells in the body, the body here is an emanation. Dwelling in that body, the wisdom that is the characteristic of self-blessing will dwell in the body. Because of fully realizing all objects, its true aspect is like this. Because of not fully understanding it, the birth of the aggregates is taken, why? Because after the aggregates of previous and previous habits have ceased, habits are grasped from the joy of co-birth. The antidote to the intermediate state of existence is the arising of wisdom with the characteristic of special joy. Then, seeing the lotus and vajra of wisdom and means truly united, one approaches desire.
